Beautiful house, my family really enjoyed staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Such a great location close to a lot of places and the kids each had their own space! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Hamilton.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like The electronic door panel on the inside is a bit loose. Everything else was great

Great location and that all rooms had a decent size bed. 4 adults (colleagues) stayed and needed seperated rooms and this was perfect with plenty of space and bathrooms.

There were a couple of small insects on the pillow in main bedroom on ground floor. I tried contacting Anita through wattsapp and also sent the pictures. But got no response. There is also a kind of bushes just along the driveway and there were rubbish bags lying there (which was just about 30 meters from the house).

This is an amazing house with ample room for the whole family. We enjoyed having three bathrooms and enjoyed our stay immensely.

The house was very spacious, nearly every room had its own ensuite, and got really good sun in the morning.

There was a musty smell in the kitchen near the kitchen sinks, but didn't really affect our stay as we barely used the kitchen.

The house was beautiful & suited our family. The downstairs bedroom & ensuite a bonus as it was super handy & helped avoid the stairs. Making it easier & more comfortable for my husband.

Only mirrors in bathrooms and would have been good to have one in bedrooms. Also hook behind bathroom door would be good

Very clean and spacious facilities. Easy Location. Easy instructions to get in to property. Great communication. Modern and well set out house great if you have 4 couples or lots of children with you.

Pillows weren't great but beds were comfy and rubbish bin was full to the top so doing all the recycling rules was a bit hard. These were minor things and didnt have any negative affects on our stay.

Spacious house in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Pictures match the property and check-in/out (dial pad) was easy. Price asked was at the edge of acceptable when looking at the negatives.

Surroundings: a construction site (Jan 2025) near the house. Garden was not really usable, and a lot of cat/dog(?) poos. Kitchen not overly clean, equipment basic. Couch had a strange smell (pipi) and the walls were quite scratches so we didn’t know how this is recorded (no penalty payments though).

It was beautifully set out we loved that it had 4 bedrooms very comfortable house

Space and modern comfort

The house is in a central location and was perfect for our family get together. 3 bathrooms is fantastic with a lovely big kitchen and garage.

Nothing really an outside washing line would be useful but we improvised.

Quiet location

Room was hot as it was summer. It could have been exceptional if they had air condition in the bedroom. It was a bit hot and stuffy in the nights.

The front door locking system was very cool and easy to use. The house had a nice layout for our group’s comfort.

There wasn’t a tiny milk for a coffee. ( but not the end of the world )

Big and spacious. Equipped with almost everything u need. Only missing a dryer.

It was getting warm since summer is coming. Was a little warm and not all rooms had a fan supplied. There was a cockroach on the wall when we arrived. But it was the only one we saw the whole stay…

Email with directions was clear and easy to follow. House was close to University and big enough that we felt we could have our own space.

Bit of a funny smell in the main bathroom. Not sure if it was drains or coming from outside. Nothing too major.

Loved the separate living spaces, upstairs lounge area. Comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, no need to share. Great location in quiet cul-de-sac. Warm and homely.

Freeview TV stopped working after the first day. Split system heating stopped working after first day.

Large bedrooms, soft beds and great showers.

No outdoor clothes line and pegs. A few minor maintenance that needed attention but nothing major.

Very clean, spacious and easy checkin. Having a Laundry was good, particularly with complimentary soap powder. Amazing gardens in hamilton

It was spacious, clean, new, and was simply a beautiful house!

The only complaint was I had an elderly aunt with me and 1 of the reasons we chose this stay was it said ther was a bath which suited her more than a shower! However??? 😞 Sadly ther wasn't so we purchased a plastic chair to shower her on!

This unit is very clean and spacious! The kitchen is fully equipped. Families with children will love the entertainment facilities like Netflix. There are plenty of bathrooms and toilets, so even with a large group, you won't feel cramped.

The only downside I can think of is that there is no separate dryer.

Cleanliness and the amount of space

The house is new and is on a quiet street. The TV has Netflix. All the bedrooms have queen beds and two of them onsuite. We were there to watch a musical in CBD and the house is just a few mins drive to the Hamilton Gardens and CBD,.

Loved the freshness of the house it was warm and welcoming, exceeded our expectations, loads of space through the whole house, security system was perfect especially with the young group of girls I had with me. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful house! Spacious, Inviting, Warm and accommodating! Had everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms aswell and a large kitchen we all enjoyed.

You have a lovely home and it made you feel like it was yours, so warm inviting and so many comforts. Great that it was away from the roads and very nice and quite.

There was nothing we didn't like, if it had a spa pool it would of topped it right off.

I loved everything about my stay here. 100% recommend! I just wish a vacuum was available so we could clean up.

Location was good and relatively easy accessible to the places we needed to be. The house was warm and nicely laid out with plenty of bathrooms and we liked the room on the bottom for the 2 aunties who could not walk up the stairs. Having good wireless was great. The house was very clean :-)

No clear directions on where the keys to the house were. The code given was for the house alarm. We accessed the house via the back door that was left open. No-one came to meet us or picked up the phone when we rang to get clearer idea of where the house keys were so we couldn't lock up the house when we went out. The walls of the rooms are very thin, can hear what is being said in the next room. We needed to have a broom and small broom set to sweep floor though a vacuum would have been better. And the bed downstairs and one of the rooms upstairs need to have 2 king single beds in each of them. We had to have children sleep together who usually have their own beds and two adults (aunties) sleep together who would have preferred their own bed.

Beautiful clean modern just on a nice quiet street. Host were awesome 🙌🏽 hoping to stay again
