The owner was plesant and breakfast was good
The previous reviews that convinced us book this room. Mosquitoes ate us up in the bathroom/room, old furniture, not close to a lot of things. The room was overpowered with oil fragrances and air freshners
I had a really lovely stay here and would defo recommend it especially if you’re looking for relaxing atmosphere. The private pool made the whole experience feel more exclusive and calm. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to the main road where you’ll find food and drinks. One thing worth mentioning is the staff. The same person manages reception, prepares breakfast and cleans the room, it’s important to understand he is working hard to take care of everything. He was always kind and doing his best.

A very good hotel, also the private pool beside and the rooms are spacious and comfortable !! A perfect place to stay after a whole day hot activities !! highly recommended !!
The only 1 minor problem is the residence far away from the town around 5-10 min !! but not a big deal !!
Frühstück a la carte, schönes großes Zimmer, niedlicher privater Pool am Zimmer.
Leider kein warmes Wasser für die Badewanne, dadurch war diese nicht nutzbar.
Very kind staff. Clean room, was awesome to had an own pool.
The room was absolutely amazing, we had private pool, large bed, large bathroom with bathtub and shower, flipflops, bathrobe, towels, hairdryer etc., you can choose one meal for breakfast and they will prepare it for you. Thay also have normal meals during the day, so you can buy it there and everything was delicious. Parking space in front of the hotel is a big plus. It’s quiet place perfect for relax. To the main markets and busy streets, it's a 9 minute ride so I recommend to rent a scooter or using Grab. All the employees are helpful and kind, we can truly recommend this accommodation. Thank you one more time for a nice stay. Aneta & Dawid

Very nice room . Liked the small pool by our room
Really spacious room with kettle, fridge and safe. Nice staff and 10 min tuktuk to downtown or Angkor Wat.
The room/property didn't quite live up to the photos. Mattress very hard and bathroom could have been cleaner. Lack of decent communal areas with WiFi. Not walkable to anywhere really but tuktuks cheap and easy to use.
The room was a large size, provided with bath robes & flip flops. We had the pool- lovely to cool in after a day visiting temples. However, photos on site made it look bigger than it was. Not a swimming pool, a plunge pool. Location of property was quiet but quite away from the main centre. You need a tuk tuk driver to take you & drop you off. The young man on front desk very friendly.
The breakfast was poor. I had fruit & was literally given a plate of water melon & mango nothing else. I don't like mango & there is only so much water melon you can eat. However, the young man on front desk went out of his way to produce banana & pineapple for the next day when we mentioned it. The other breakfast options were basic but poor.
Very nice decoration. Very comfy and big beds, a/c works great. Staff was very helpful. A very small market was very close in order to get basic things. The owner arranged free pick up from the bus station which was great after a long bus trip
It was a little bit out of the center. But it was ok with a tuktuk. If you are a little bit late there are lots of dogs in the street of the place.
Nice and clean apartment. The private swimming pool was amazing! Lovely, friendly hosts (a family business). Highly recommended!
Nice and helpful staff, pool outside the room - quite interesting idea, tasty breakfast, room was clean and quiet during night.
We liked the room and the pool and the welcoming and friendly staff
Dining area was dirty, tables and floor was covered in dust and food leftovers It would be nice to have drinks available in the fridge
The breakfast wasn't bad, I had pancakes and fruit every day though because I felt the menu was very limited. The shower had hot water if you showered before 8am.
The aircon was noisy, the pool was a bit green, there was a weird smell in the room that lingered, no one cleaned my room in 5 days, the lobby was rarely attended, I had to get my own water, I asked for toilet paper and was ignored, it was a bit far from town and I had a massive flying ant infestation on the last night. I mean massive. They got all through my suitcases, I had to empty everything out and repack
Nice people, good Communication very helpful and private Pool was so Nice
Everything looks nice , good atmosphere and nice breakfast 🧇
I’m Not sure how booking allowed you to put rate 9 for wi-fi. Just be prepared that this hotel has 2g -WiFi . Basic needs of internet 🛜 is not covered .
Pool
Very difficult to find the location
Very nice accommodation with nice staff who take care of everything. The morning meal was always very tasty! With the grab you are in a few minutes in the city center. The rooms are nice with pool or view. From the roof top you can see angkor wat in the distance. Value for money is very good, we would recommend it to anyone.
all, no breakfast, but it was good. the owner looked after us and called a tuktuk to take us to the main city area. after that, it was great, not to mention they don't mind that you bring food or groceries along to the room.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.. mention about Mr. Ley.. he also provided transport service for our entire 3 days of tour
one big family room and it was not a separate rooms.. No extra power points.. but they provided extension box on request..
Amazing staff, very clean and spacious rooms, lovely rooftop, comfortable beds, parking And yes, a private pool is worth every penny if you’re a pool person
It’s kinda far from the central bit but you can easily order a tuktuk that will take you there in 10 minutes for under $2. On the plus side, you get to see less touristy streets and areas with a more local feel
The staff was friendly and always helpful. SereyVanthana was bubbly, very helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious, and I loved the hot tub.
The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Plus the room was very beautiful and big.
The location is not a walking distance from Pub street but just a minute away when you ride a tuktuk.
The room was clean with a modern design that we really liked. There’s a cozy lounge area on the third floor, perfect for relaxing. The room featured a rain shower head, which added extra comfort. A special thanks to a manager Hor Bora, who made our stay as comfortable as possible. He was always ready to help: he provided us with umbrellas during the rain, helped with our luggage when we were leaving, and recommended great spots in the city. His friendliness and professionalism greatly enhanced our stay!
We had our private pool which we enjoyed a lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely stay again if we come back to Siem Riep
Great room with a beautiful private pool. The staff (especially Bo) was extraordinarily helpful and very lovely to talk to :) We felt very at home.
The bed could be a bit softer.
The room was so spacious, we were surprised. We got a room with two queen beds, one mini pool, but there’s still enough room for my kid to run around. The utilities were great. The bathroom design was like from Angkor era. The staff, Bo, was very friendly and helpful. He makes sure the stay felt like home.
I thought we would get a room with a private pool, but turns out we got a different room. The room was super large but the downside of it is the AC was not cold at all. We all ended up sleeping on the floor to get direct air from the AC. We didn’t make any complaints bcuz it wasn’t much a big deal for us. But would be good if they can change the AC to a bigger one.
Everyone so welcoming and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Not a just a usual hotel experience, you almost feel like you’re staying with friends. Big thumbs up to Mr Ley who even took a diversion during one of the days to show me his little farm, giving me an authentic glimpse into the Cambodian way of life - Priceless!
Swimming pool
Lovely place to stay! Owner had decorated the room on request. Me and my fiancé had a great romantic weekend here. Big super comfortable bed. Very nice having a private swimming pool and big hottub. the rooms have much space. Everything we need and wish was available, very satisfying hotel on a calm place in Siem Reap ❤️🙏🏻 Again thank you so much Ley for the balloons and decoration and for your kindness ❤️ Also its very affordable accomodation for the facilities you get here. Very worthy!
Nothing, just perfect! Sadly I can't upload video here or on Google...
The room was amazing, it was great to have a private swimming pool. The staff was excellent, both Mr. Bo and Miss Ly were super friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests.
While the location is not bad, is not in city center and that is a bit uncomfortable. You'll need a tuk tuk to go to the temples in the morning, then back to hotel, then to city center for dinner/party then back to hotel.
The room was perfect, the private pool was a great asset to have to cool down after being under the heat all day. The staff were amazing, always willing to help and very friendly. The breaksfast was perfect and we were even offered to have it in the room, it had amazing fresh fruit and the staff, again, amazing.
Very sweet staff! Thanks Ley! Clean and big rooms to stay. Very comfortable furniture, Many tools for selfcare, many more than expected. Rooms and service are worked out into details, Lovely private swimming pool, no swimwear needed ;) Very big hottub bath. Calm area, just outside busy centre. Relaxing terras both in front and at swimming pool. Worth its price alot. The perfect place for a romantic weekend. Thanks Ley for decorating the room on personal request ❤️🙏🏻 100% recommend this place 😍
Really nothing! ❤️
Service and the facilities were fantastic! The host was very friendly, he brought us a fruit platter and drinks because we had missed breakfast that morning. The private pool is very nice to cool down, and you can rent a scooter for a very good price. Special thanks to the host, as he made the effort to come and find us in one of the transport locations to Phnom Penh as we forgot something in our apartment!
A lot of dogs in front of the hotel, but this is obviously not the hotel’s fault. They warn you in advance, which is good.
The room is big and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet so we slept well. We also usually used the pool after walks in the sweltering heat. Hot water in the shower was also stable and with good pressure.
WiFi in the room 101 is awful. Seems like there are different routers set to different passwords by mistake and when you are in the bed it wrote that the password was wrong. And the common hotel network could not be catched in the room. So I could use the network by only sitting in front of the door. It was very uncomfortable and it is the only urgent thing they should fix. The location is a little bit far from centre, so there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, however it is not a problem to book a tuktuk via Grab and ride to the centre by no more than 2$. We also lacked a soap dish and we have to put the soap on the beautiful surface of the bathroom furniture. I did not understand whether there are a place for common breakfast as we got our breakfast in the room (what we liked because we were in the a/c room, but instead we had a very limited choice (only omelette or pancakes), but for 2-3 days is not such a problem.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious. The pool was fabulous.
The Internet was not good in the room (101) . Also under the sun bed needs cleaning .
Quiet suburb and made to feel like an honoured guest. We had a private pool room and it was amazing.
All good
The private pool obviously. Very spacious apartment and friendly owners. Had an amazing 3 days here and would definitely come back
The apartment is located a bit outside of the city, which however is nice if you just want to explore the temples and a $1 Grab brings you to the center. WIFI wasn't exactly great
It’s amazing, as soon as I booked the owner messaged me in whatss app and asked for a free pick up from airport. Our room was exactly as in pictures, clean pool and room is even larger than it is on the photos. Staff is very kind, the reception guy speaks English well , which is rare in Cambodia. We could ask him about advice where to eat or what to see, even though having everything planned he helped us with time management because everything closes early. Room was cleaned every day.

The private pool was a nice thing.
Those people tried to take money for absolutely everything. The driver from the airport charged 4 dollars to take us to the city center (tuktuk was only 1.5 $ as we found out the day after), although he claimed tuktuk will be at least 5 $. That was an obvious try to fool us. He was too pushy with trying to be our tour guide for temples... They didn't even give us water except for the first day. They charged us for the drinking water. We were there for 5 nights, they changed towels 0 times. Cleaned the room 0 times. Trash bin emptied 0 times. We have had to empty it by ourselves. Breakfast was far from fabulous, as it was written on the site. The lady tried to persuade us to go to the ATM and pay for the hotel in cash. We absolutely insisted to pay by card, because of some previous review here we saw. And the worst part was when we realized the money was missing from our bag which accidentally was left at the dining area. We were the only guests at the moment there. Some staff member took it down to the desk and after that noone knows what was going on with the purse, although everything is completely covered by video surveillance. I got the purse back, but without money. After insisting, the lady showed and sent us camera recordings, but irrelevant and useless ones. When I asked for the recording of precise time slot (I gave her the exact minutes), she acted as if she didn't understand me and didn't send it. But she perfectly understood how to charge for drinking water and ride to the city center. Worst experience ever.
The private pool was wonderful after hot day touring temples. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large, including the bathroom. Restaurant had tasty food and they always brought out fresh fruit regardless of what you ordered.
As others have mentioned, it is a little away from anything else such as other restaurants or mini marts, but staff helped arrange (inexpensive) Tuk Tuk rides when we wanted to "go to town"
The personal plunge pool is cool and nice to have in the hot days after the temple. The staff were nice - but hard to find! The waterfall shower was really nice too. The room was spacious. Location is very out in the local area (but this is obvious from the map). If you can’t find a staff member to help you you will have to download and enable grab to get about. They did make a very basic take away breakfast for the early morning I was going to the temple for sunrise
The bath tub was more a box built into the wall and the grouting and finishing was eroded and rusty. There was no hot water to fill the spa tub. The staff were impossible to find sometimes and I often had to message via booking.com then someone would eventually come down to my room. Food and breakfast were very sub par and I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra for the included breakfast as there are many restaurants in town with much better value for money. Nobody cleaned the room or replaced the water for the 3 days I was there and I couldn’t find any staff when I was looking to ask for this. Overall there are much better value for money places around town
Lovely house with a few rooms. We took the one with the private swimming pool. The house was clean, the staff very friendly. Basic amenities offered, incl the slippers and bath robe. You can eat at the property, the menu is simple but everything we tried was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Note of two things when booking: This is the private house and not the hotel (still recommended though). It is a little bit away from the centre (although they offer the driver). I am a mother travelling with a minor hence we booked the driver (via the property) who collected us at the airport and then looked after us during our stay and I very recommend to book him if needed.
Room, cleanliness, quiet
Nothing
location was little bit away from the center, But we knew that when we were booking. The breakfast was affordable and tasty to say the least. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. And the staff and their service was unbelievably good. They helped us with everything we wanted and was super fast and attentive too. The owner of the place, Mr Ley, is super nice and knowledgeable and he offered to drive us around and guide us through the Angkor complex for a really reasonable cost. Overall, Can totally recommend.
Very clean and spacious rooms Quiet location outside the town Super friendly staff
Services such as laundry and bike rental were quite expensive compared to places nearby
The room is spacious.
The location is not good. When we booked up tour nobody wanted to pick us up in this location. Breakfast was very small. We stayed there for 3 nights and they didn’t clean our room. Rooms are not like on the picture they are more outdated.
Staffs were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious. The bathroom and bathtub was clean. Also, the driver who offered to take us to fishing village was friendly and co-operative. We enjoyed that ride.
They didn't clean the outer swimming pool area before checking us in, I guess. The seats aside the swimming pool were not prepared, it looked like a garage. Also, the plants and the flowers beside the swimming pool are dead long ago and they haven't cleaned it at all. The photos I took at the pool came out dull, because of all the dead plants and leafs around. The thing I was most excited about was the swimming pool, and it came out to be expectation vs reality.
A very friendly hotel, conveniently located in Siem Reap and a short tuk-tuk ride from the centre. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Food and drink is available on the rooftop terrace - very relaxing at the end of a day's tour. Jerry.
Great personal pool which was super cute. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Nice staff
Hot water was basically non existent which made the bathtub useless. The Wi-Fin also wasn’t working.
Staff were very kind and helpful, and while the food available was limited it was all very good and a reasonable price. When we got up early for sunrise photos at Angkor Wat, we were provided with quite decent takeaway breakfasts. Also appreciated the spacious room and private pool!
No hot water in the bathroom, though in tropical humidity cool showers were just fine. AC wasn't very cold, but cool enough. Would have appreciated a chair, coffee table, or bigger couch. We ended up eating our meals on the bed.
Great staff, great room, private pool. Very helpful staff. Good fresh breakfast.
Location was a little out of the way but the room and staff made it up twice over. Not a major issue.
A hidden oasis set amongst the locals , about a 40 minute walk in to the town. You wouldn’t know the hotel existed, it’s truly hidden down an alley amongst local houses. This meant it was so peaceful and quiet. We stayed in a ground floor room with a private pool and it was quiet asides from the family living behind when their children were out playing but this was not a problem for us. Privacy was great however with the wooden panels up around the pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful, arranged a pick up from the airport, a Tuk Tuk driver for a day out at Angkor Wat temples (about 30 mins drive) etc. We enjoyed the walk to the town and unexpectedly stumbled across pub street, if you’re looking for nightlife and more western style restaurants etc, here’s your place. We mostly ate off street food vendors which line the streets here & we also went for drinks and ended up coming home at 5am… Can easily hail down a Tuk Tuk on the way/ way back if you don’t fancy the walk too. Cost about $3. We had breakfast included in the stay and you select from a small menu, we had pork and rice and eggs etc. Portions great, tasty food and fresh fruit was included in each meal which was a lovely touch! You eat up on the roof terrace which we enjoyed as sun worshippers! You can also sit inside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, a family friendly feel from the ‘staff’ running things, a peaceful stay that gave an authentic feel to experience SR.
Nothing!
The hotel arranged for us to be collected from the pier after we arrived by boat from Battambang. There are some really luxurious features to the room design including a huge bath, unique sink and a lovely plunge pool that is great for cooling off after a hot day exploring the temples.
The location is OK not too far out of town but you would need to get a tuk tuk - staff were quite pushy with trying to organise their own drivers for us which would have been alot more expensive than using Grab or arranging your own tuk tuks. The bed was very uncomfortable with springs sticking into our backs - I think the mattress probably needs changing and you only get one pillow each so we didn't sleep very well at all during our stay. Some of the other elements of the room were not to a great standard including some of the sockets where the covers just come off. The breakfast was underwhelming, effectively the only realistic breakfast option is omelette and bread - on the first day this was brought straight out in seconds and was dry as if it had been sat out for a while. The second time we had breakfast the egg was undercooked so we couldn't finish it so the third time we passed on breakfast. Finally the payment experience was a bit confusing- when we checked in we were given the option to pay by card but were told this would be more due to a 2% government tax so we delayed paying initially and said we would pay later in our stay. We decided we would pay the government tax and pay by card as this was cheaper than ATM transaction fees for taking out more cash. When we went to pay on our final night we were told we must pay by cash and that the card machine wasn't working. The machine not working seemed very convenient timing and meant we had to go to an ATM to get more cash out and pay transaction fees for doing so. It seems from other reviews the owner is quite defensive regarding negative feedback but I hope they take some of the feedback on board as if they can improve some of the basics they already have some luxurious features and that would make this a great place to stay.
Size of rooms and beds .
Misleading on the pool It could only be used if you booked the room adjacent to it . We thought it was a communal pool.
The private swimming pool
Private pool was great, room was very big and spacious. We had a lovely time.
Ok
Didn’t update room daily
Staff super friendly, helpful. Tuk tuk is $2.5 with pass app to city Pool is great, clean Not much around the area but nice and quiet.
All good
The stuff is very friendly and helpful, brilliant people. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.
In my opinion, the hotel should have a courtyard, a common outdoor area where you can sit together.
The staff were very accommodating. I appreciate the services they provided. Ley was very knowledgeable and it was interesting to learn and hear about Khmer history. Nee was an excellent cook and she took good care of us. The hotel was really nice and I liked that it felt more like a residence than a hotel. I will come back when I visit Cambodia in the future.
The staff are amazing. Mr. Bo Ra is very accomodating and their team really helped me out in doing a surprise to my girl friend. We enjoyed our stay and I greatly recommend the place. it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again and greatly recommend this place. 10 out of 10!!
Nothing, everything was great!
We enjoyed our time. Wonderful people working here, very kind. Fresh food and very delicious. Felt like home. Thank you, we will come back.
The hotel is just perfect the people are wonderful I want to thank them all for their kindness again thank you
Super polite hosts! We had a really good time there and enjoyed our stay. We even got bikes from them for free to go to pub street. When there was a rainy night and we didn't want to go out, we ate at the restaurant on the top floors: they prepared tasty and fresh food. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
The location is good to go to Ankor Wat. But for going out at night you need to do a 15min bike ride (but tbh we enjoyed that ride a lot).
The location was very convenient to visit Angkor Wat temples, the room was quite big, everything was clean, and the staff was super nice & helpful with everything!! I booked it for my birthday and they surprised with a home-made cake! Very sweet from them.
Everything in the room is a bit more worn out than in the pictures, and the pool is super small (not for swimming, just dipping), but looks cool anyway. The mattress was really hard (for westerners), however that seems to be the norm everywhere in South Asia.
Nice, clean, friendly staff.
Bit further out of town and bit hard to find.
Super nice staff, never saw other guests which made it feel very private and comfortable. Would totally recommend!
The breakfast was tasty and always accompanied by a good variety of fresh fruit. We had more than enough to eat. The room was spacious, and the little pool with refreshing water just outside our patio was a hit in the heat. The staff is more than attentive and appreciative of guests. We had every need met. Our week’s laundry was done in a day for $10. This was truly a charming place.
The neighborhood was not my favorite, but the hotel made itself a little island refuge for us. We always felt safe.
The staff were very friendly and the outdoor plunge pool was perfect after a day out in the hot sun. The hotel is about 2 miles from Siem Reap, and it was easy to get a Tuk Tuk for 2-3 dollars. The manager, Mr Ley, messaged me the day before we arrived to arrange to meet me at the airport. He also doubles as a tour guide and driver around the temples. He used to be a Buddhist monk for 4 years but fancied a change.
There were minor things like the TV not working and no hot water in the shower. But the price was reasonable so this did not bother me.
Clean, very Friendly people, pool was a Highlight. Air Condition was very good. Bed was clean and confortable.
Little bit far to City, but with a tuk tuk no problem. Because transport very cheap.
Absolutely awesome accomodation! Its really pretty, clean, modern and the best thing about it is the private pool. The host and staff were really friendly and helpful.
This place is amazing! loved the private pool! I was enjoying it a lot! Also the room is huge and really clean!

We had a good stay here. The picture shows exactly how it looks like. The staff was friendly. The tuktuk driver was helpful too.
Everything went well. No issues.
The owner Mr. Lee was very helpful.
Only down side A.C does not work properly.
