YASODHARAPURA Residence

Staff was friendly and cleaned rooms

I had a fantastic stay at Yasodharapura and only wish I had planned to be there for more than the 1 night. The facilities were wonderful - beautiful pool setting, great restaurant, and very comfortable rooms. However the best part was the staff as they made my stay great. One employee in particular, Sreymor, assisted me with plans before I arrived. She helped me make the most of my short stay. And the people she arranged to meet me at the airport and drive me to the temples were great. They were timely and guided me well. Also, the location was perfect - good launching point to the temples, close to the museum, the Royal Palace and the market.

Nothing - it was all great!

The breakfast delicious

No

Near an Angkor mart and the road leading to Angkor Wat

Low security. Its as if anybody can enter

Yasodharapura Residence was completely comfortable and fine for a few nights’ stay for work. I had a very spacious room which was unbelievably good value. The decor is a little tired and the hotel could do with a refurbish, but it was clean and comfortable.

A little bit shabby and tired.

The room was clean and big for the price

The swimming pool has way too much chlorine in it. The eating area didn't have air conditioning.

Second stay at Yasodharapura Residence. Staff friendly and professional. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Good level of security. Buffet breakfast, Khmer and Western food of high standard. A few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. City center approximately five minutes by tuk-tuk. Good value for money.

Not applicable, very happy with my stay.

Bad experience

Very bad experience

The staff were outstanding. Laura, the lead person went above and beyond to make us feel valued and looked after.

The bathroom facilities in our particular room could definitely do with a reno.

The location and wood work in the hotel

Inexperienced and uner staff.

Comfortable clean room, really nice staff. Great pool and breakfast. Short walk to the museum which was well worth visiting and also to a big supermarket.

Most things were a tuk-tuk ride away.

Great value with excellent location The staff are wonderful

The staff were very kind, attentive, and friendly. I want to give a special mention to Laura, who treated us exceptionally well during our stay.

The professionalism and friendly nature of the staff. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, catering for foreign and Khmer guests. The onsite restaurant offered a good choice of meals in the evening. Yasodharapura is located within walking distance of the National Museum and a short tuk tuk journey to the center of Siem Reap.

Suuuuper gentili, tutto perfetto vicino a tutto

The hotel is very nice, super well maintained and the room was spacious. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was very nice

The shower's position could not be regulated and it was flooding the bathroom at every shower

La gentilesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner 😁

Demander d'allumer l'eau chaude a la réception.

It was just nice stay again.

Not much I did not like about the property

Very nice property

Starf and the Swimming pool

we had only one magnetcard for f Room

Enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast had good selection and flavor. Tuk Tuks waiting, short ride to market areas.

Lack of hot water in washroom (probably an isolated incident)

We liked all the facilities, the room pool and restaurant were all great! The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and the location is neat.

It seems they only give out one toilet roll at a time, which quickly evaporates when two european tourists like me and my friend had to use the bathroom after dining on local street food. We had to ask for extra rolls a few times. The breakfast was good, but its scale and selection was expectedly proportional to the hotel's scale.

This was a gem of an oasis! Everything was fabulous and the staff were just sooo lovely! Nothing was too much trouble. I would go there again anytime!

There was nothing to not like, I wish we had the time to have stayed longer!!

Perfect! The staff is amazing—they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast is really good, and the swimming pool is relaxing. I highly recommend it!

This is the 3rd time I have been to this hotel and I have loved it. However, this time, I felt that it had gone a little down in service. No more coffee available in the room only tea. Also, the breakfast has become very basic. The one morning there was no meat available , ie ham or sausage. Otherwise , a really good stay.

I really do not normally complain , however the lady making the eggs and omeletes really appears to hate her job. No smiles and looked disgruntled and it felt like she was doing you a favour making the food.

Ottima posizione; Staff gentile.

The hotel is very clean and the stuff is very polite and friendly. The pool is clean and the room are very big.

There is no hot Water in The rooms. The Tv doesnt work.

The property is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and always ready to help with any request, making you feel truly welcome throughout your stay.

If I had to mention one small downside, I would have appreciated a wider selection of vegetarian and vegan options on the restaurant menu.

Breakfast had a reasonable range of oprions. The pool is lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. Very good value.

The television was outdated.

Kahvaltısı

Tv yok

Breakfast is good, but they have to see that everyone gets the food and the quality provided, especially the Juices, its diluted and inside room there is only tea bags, no sugar, no milk or alternative coffee for choices

The securities are not helpful in anyways

Ontbijt is in feite het belangrijkste en uiteraard kan je aan de vriendelijke kokkin zes roereieren bestellen;

Niets

100% recomendable

Lovely stay. Very friendly staff. The swimmingpool is nice and they have a good breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel and loved the pool area. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are absolute gems.

No suggestions.

Wspaniały hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Czysty basen, śniadania wspaniałe. Bardzo miła obsługa. Do kompleksu Ankor Wat 5 km, pod hotelem mnóstwo tuktuków. Polecamy serdecznie ten hotel.

La atención del personal y su amabilidad

Nada en particular

Pool, bedroom, breakfast

Lovely boutique hotel, nice staff, good neighbourhood
