The lady that was always around was super nice and nothing was ever any trouble, she always greated us with a smile and made us feel very welcome dispite us not speaking the same language. The breakfast was great after we communicated what I could and couldn't eat being gluten free. It was so close to town and really quite, comfortable and spacious room. The room for serviced everyday and we had a very comfortable stay. Thankyou too all the staff who made our stay pleasant :)

I am gluten-free and said this ahead of time when I booked but the staff didn't have any knowledge of this. The first day I was abit hungry after breakfast, the second day they made me some semolina bread which is not gf but then after that I got fresh cornbread everyday which was a real treat.

Un alojamiento chiquito pero con amplias habitaciones muy cómodas y muy bonitas. El personal muy atento y servicial, el desayuno muy ampliado y bueno.

El alojamiento se encuentra muy bien situado y tiene un buen desayuno

Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido que sus instalaciones huelen bastante a humedad y que las habitaciones podrían estar más limpias. Nada más llegar nos pusieron en la habitación del bajo, la cual olía muchísimo a humedad y estaba bastante sucia. No se podía estar. Nos cambiaron a una de arriba, que también olía, pero no tanto. Fueron amables en ese aspecto. A la hora de pagar el último día tuvimos que pagar en efectivo, cosa que en la app de Booking me ponía que me lo iban a descontar de la tarjeta. Con eso no contábamos y tuvimos una pequeña discusión con el chico de recepción.

Bien ubicado, el personal es amable, aunque está ausente gran parte del tiempo. Terraza agradable, donde se puede cenar tranquilamente.

La habitación olía a humedad y podía estar más limpia.

Estaba cerca de la entrada a la medina. Fácil de encontrar siguiendo Google Maps. Muy amables en recepción, nos dejaron guardar dentro las bicis, nos ayudaron a encontrar el servicio técnico para reparar un teléfono, para contratar actividades...

Faltaban los elementos de aseo en el baño, que indican como incluídos. Mejoraría algo la limpieza y mantenimiento.

Riad in posizione strategica soprattutto se arrivate a Essaouira in auto. Buona la colazione e gli spazi sono molto ampi.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Se devo indicare una nota stonata (a parte l'umidità, ma quella dipende dal clima, non dalla struttura) non mi è piaciuta la consistenza dei materassi.

Très beau riad à l’entrée de la médina ! Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avions choisi la chambre familiale avec deux lits doubles, séparés par un brise vue. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. Les lits et oreillers étaient confortables. Petits déjeuners servis sur la terrasse avec jus d’orange frais, boissons chaudes, tartines de pain avec miel ou confiture, fruits frais, omelette. Le riad était tout proche de l’entrée de la médina, très calme, avec un parking juste en face de cette entrée (tarif du parking : 50 la nuit / 20 le jour).

El riad es muy bonito y las habitaciones cómodas pero está un poco antiguo. Mejoraría mucho cambiando algunos detalles y mejor mantenimiento.

La meva habitació, situada a planta baixa, era extremadament humida.

The lady that worked in the place was very nice to me and accommodated a very late arrival.

The bedroom was smelling mold and the linens and towels didn't seem very clean. There was no reception and no one to speak English. I was not provided with breakfast one morning, because I was simply not informed where the breakfast was supposed to be served. Even if the lady was very nice all the time, she could not communicate in English and they should have arranged for the information to be provided in another way.

Me ha gustado todo. Personal súper amable. El Riad es precioso y la ubicación excelente. Se puede aparcar cerca sin problema. Y el zoco te lo recorres caminando justo al salir del Riad.

L'emplacement du riad était bien situé dans la ville. Le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. La cours du Riad avait du charme.

Les chambres sont à rénover, à rafraîchir. Elles sont vétustes , tout est de bric et de broc. Pour être bien dans ce Riad, il faut refaire complètement les chambres ainsi que la terrasse ou se déroule le petit déjeuner. La terrasse est dans le même état que les chambres.

Este alojamiento no deberia estar publicado en Booking ya que no cumple con nada de lo descrito excepto la ubicacion. El Riad huele a humedad y ya las habitaciones ni te lo quieras imaginar. Humedades visibles y un olor insoportable al dormir. Elementos rotos como enchufes, cortinas, lamparas, mando de ducha etc. Las toallas dejaron de ser blancas hace mucho tiempo y las sobrecamas tenian manchas. Mantenimiento nulo. La terraza en muy mal estado. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realdiad. Las dos chicas que estan de cara al publico son muy amables pero el encargado es un pieza de mucho cuidado. En resumen: espero que Booking tome nota de nuestra reclamacion y elimine este alojamiento.

Lo único salvable: la ubicación y la amabilidad de las dos chicas de recepción. El resto, una decepción. Reservamos dos noches en la misma habitación y nos obligaron a cambiar a mediodía del segundo día porque tenían un grupo más grande al que querían asignar nuestra habitación. Alegaron habernos avisado, pero nunca recibimos ningún mensaje. Al pedir explicaciones, el responsable se puso al teléfono con un tono cada vez más agresivo. Ambas habitaciones en mal estado: humedades, olor fuerte a humedad, mobiliario deteriorado y elementos rotos. Toallas amarillentas y grisáceas, claramente fuera de uso. La segunda habitación además carecía de varios servicios anunciados (secador, cafetera, productos de ducha) y la televisión no funcionaba. No lo recomiendo.

J’ai apprécié l’espace de la chambre qui est très spacieuse.De plus,le personnel fut accueillant et gentil nous ayant même conseillé.Le petit-déjeuner fut également excellent sur la terrasse.

Hôtel bien placé dans l'anceinte de la médina. Le reste laisse à désirer. A prendre que pour 1 nuit ou une urgence.

Purtroppo la camera a nostro avviso non è stata confortevole , situata praticamente al piano terra, non appena si entra nel Riad. Era umidissima ed abbiamo avuto difficoltà a riposare bene , persino le lenzuola erano bagnate dall' umidità.

Le Riad est un peu fait de bric et broc, ce n’est pas le grand luxe mais parfait pour le prix!

We enjoyed the location directly in the Medina of the city, the staff was super friendly and helpful, communication was easy! Having delicious breakfast on the rooftop of the Riad was a highlight of the stay!

The location of the riad is great, the center can be reached within minutes. The beds were comfortable too.

Sadly, the walls were paper thin and it was possible to hear all the other guests, as well as sounds from the outside. The breakfast wasn't great too.

Das Riad ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und verfügen neben einem Schlafzimmer auch über einen weiteren kleinen Raum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch das Frühstück war wunderbar!

The riad is absolutely wonderful, our room was in the bottom floor. The hosts are super kind and willing to help us with everything we needed - they even let us keep the bags in the riad after checkout, as we had to wait a couple hours for the bus to Marrakech. The breakfast is served on the terrace, which offers a nice view across the city. Portions might be a bit small, but it's something we've noticed at all the riads during our trip to Morocco. The location of the riad is excellent and easy to find, two turns away from the main medina. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perhaps it was just our room, but there was sand all over our bedroom floor.

Liegt günstig in der Altstadt.

Abfluss im Bad hat gestunken, man hat den Rauch der Nachbarzimmer gerochen und die Dusche ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Ein vorzeitiges Frühstück war auch nicht möglich und es wurde mehr Geld verlangt, als bei Booking angegeben.

The Riad was centrally located in the Medina but still in a quiet area. It was cute and clean.

It did have the smell of mold, though I don’t know that it is unusual for the area. I would have liked clearer info on what time the breakfast was.
