O duche era díficil para acertar com a temperatura da água. Atenção que o Riad só é acessível a pé e tem algumas escadas até ao acesso.

Il Riad non era come me lo aspettavo, troppo disagevole internamente, camere piccole e buie, struttura non adeguata al prezzo e alle 4 stelle che vanta.

It was really nice experience to stay there and the view from terrace was so amazing, you also can see sunset from there. Breakfast is so big and the workers there so nice ! Highly recommend to stay there if you go to this town

The staff here are truly lovely and Zaed ensured we had a fantastic vegan/vegetarian spread for breakfast. Situated on a hill, the Riad offers views of the city. While the internal steps are narrow, this only adds to the authentic, charming experience of staying here. we loved our stay here. It was very close to the city center. the room and bathrooms were good and spacious

The breakfast at Riad Mosaic was delicious and beautifully presented. Fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and traditional Moroccan items made it a perfect start to the day. Loved the rooftop setting!

Riad Mosaic is a true respite. A hidden gem! It is the most beautifully unique Riad in Chefchaouen. The staff, especially Zaed, are incredible. So helpful and kind. We are already planning a return trip!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace was very beautiful.

After shower the whole bathroom was wet.

-Built in the old city so you can have easy access to the markets -A very unique Raid with traditional Moroccan design -Good breakfast I wish my overall experience could have been better but after long travels and dealing with some of challenges mentioned, I could not give this a high rating.

-Location is very far from drop and hard to find. Instructions are not well explained. It requires you to pay someone (30-50 MAD per person) to carry your luggage up steep steps (must be able to walk up steps for about 15 mins). The owner does not provide this service. -I had a room booked but they offered a bigger room so they told me to cancel and then I paid them directly which saved the owner booking fee even with that he did not want to pay for the luggage service. He also charged the tax of €9 that booking.com should get but kept it himself since I paid directly. He penalized me for being a Genius lvl 3 -Not well advertised and needs some maintenance but the rooftop has a good view of the city. -Only accepts MAD no Euro or cards -Owner is business minded over being hospitable/friendly which is too bad because his Riad is unique. With a few changes he can improve his rating.

The people working there were so kind! Thank you for washing my pants for free after I spilled Harris soup. The terrace was also very beautiful!

We felt maybe the stairs would be difficult for older people.

Staff were phenomenal, very kind and helpful. Room was comfortable with good adjustable airconditioning. Breakfast was good.

The shower and toilet were in the same very small place and were difficult to use. The shower head was also leaking and spraying water everywhere.

Riad super top au cœur de l’ancienne ville, à côté de la mosquée espagnol pour le coucher du soleil. Lors du check out je devais partir à 6h du matin et j’ai eu le droit à un petit déjeuner à emporter sans même le demander cela a été apprécié.

Bagno, la doccia praticamente non esiste, lo scarico della doccia è direttamente sul pavimento del bagno, non c’è box nè tenda. Il lavandino è nella camera e non nel bagno, ma questo se si presta attenzione si vede dalle foto. Stanza piccola.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and their hospitality made the stay feel special. Breakfast had lots of variety and was fresh and delicious each morning. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the whole house had a lovely, inviting feel. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views and a great atmosphere — enjoying breakfast up there was a real treat. Plus, the strong Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus.

Parking is managed by local boys who expect a fee (30-40 MAD/ Day), so be prepared to negotiate. From the parking area, it’s about a 10-minute uphill walk to the riad. The same boys may offer to carry your bags, but it’s best to agree on a tip beforehand to avoid being overcharged. While manageable, it’s something to keep in mind when arriving with luggage.

The location of the riad was about a 5 minute walk to the creek, the main plaza and all the shopping you could imagine.

The bathroom was a little tight but we made it work.

The staff at this Riad was fantastic, not only did they help us carry our heavy luggage in and out of town, but they made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. The owner, the ladies in charge of breakfast, and the gentleman, Mohammed from Merzouga, were all wonderful and attentive. The terrace of this riad was by far my favorite of all the riads we stayed in; I worked here remotely for 3 days and the internet connection was fantastic. The hotel has a privileged location and the view during both the breakfast and sunset could not be better from the terrace. The breakfast each morning was generous and varied, overall very delicious, and had everything you could want (except for maybe fruit). The homemade peanut butter was fabulous. The location of the riad (although hard to access with luggage) was lovely once you're exploring, and we found it to be very walkable and close enough to all the sights and restaurants. The weather was quite chilly, but the heater worked really well, a huge plus, and the heavy blankets were nice to have.

In terms of quality/price, the junior suite was not great. The room itself was small, and very dark. The bathroom was also quite small and the shower was over the toilet, which made everything wet. The odor in the bathroom was unbearable, like a mix of septic system and humidity. Keep in mind, that the walk from the taxi drop off to the hotel is a steep climb on a gravel path with lots of people, and no cars enter the medina meaning you will have to lug your bags for about 10 minutes (if you're fit).

We stayed at this Riad in Chefchaouen, and overall had a decent experience. The location is at the top of a hill, so if you’re carrying luggage, be prepared—you’ll have to walk uphill, as there’s no way to arrange a direct taxi to the entrance. That said, the elevated position has its benefits: you get stunning views over the city and a peaceful atmosphere, away from the crowds. Starting your day from the top of the Medina and walking downward is actually a great way to explore Chefchaouen, since many tourists don’t venture that high up. The breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the view from the property. The staff were kind and helpful, though English was limited, which made communication a bit challenging at times—but they did their best and were always polite. Where the experience fell short was the room layout and facilities. The bathroom was extremely small, with the shower directly over the toilet, which made it uncomfortable to use. The room itself also felt tight, and for the price paid, we expected a bit more in terms of space and comfort—especially compared to other riads we’ve stayed at in Morocco. Overall, this riad offers lovely views, a peaceful location, and friendly staff, but be aware of the steep access and compact bathroom setup before booking.

Location, value and staff were all great! Plus they had filtered water which was convenient. Easy walk to top of the hill to watch the sunset and also an easy walk down to the main square with all the restaurants.

We were in room 1 which had 2 windows facing the street, so it was a bit loud during the night. Can make it hard to sleep.

Beautiful property, amazing views…breakfast was great. Easy to get to lovely areas and the main square, albeit with lots of uphills and stairs, which is normal for the town. Loved the decor and Moroccan touches in every corner.

It is very difficult to get from the parking area to the Riad. At least a 10 min walk over cobblestone. This might be normal for this town but might be important for less mobile travelers. The staff were nice but not overly so. Didn’t have the “family” feel of the past Riad stays we have done. Getting to the rooftop and even navigating the stairs in the riad is treacherous. Not for older travelers or anyone with mobility issues. The mattress is extremely firm. Not enough hot water for our family to shower.

Fantastic breakfasr. Very kind staff. We arrived at 1:30 AM due to travel snafus and the gentleman waited for us and brought up our (many, large) bags. The place is small but charming, with great views. It isn't palatial, but well put together with good people.

Rooms too small especially bathroom but for the price it was acceptable. Plenty clean and beds were comfortable just with three people it was very cramped.

Beautiful small hotel in the middle of the center of Chefchaouen. At arrival the taxi driver called the hotel and the man from the hotel (sorry I forgot your name 😅) picked me up from the taxi point and helped me with the luggage to the hotel, giving me some top tips on the way. Room was very clean, with good blankets. It is in the perfect location, where you can stroll directly in the city and waterfall & mosque 🕌 Even with Ramadan the staff was so friendly and made some coffee/ tea for me whenever I came back to the hotel. At the top there is 3 terraces where you can sit. I had my breakfast in one of them. Perfect stay. I will come back to Chefchaouen, as it was raining when I was there so see you again !

Very nice place with an extremely helpful and gentle receptionist. On the last day of my stay it was raining and he acompanied me with an umbrella to take a taxi. The riad was clean and confortable. Also it's really easy to find.

We enjoyed our time at Riad Mosaic during our short time in Chefchaouen. Riad's location at the edge of the medina was great for exploring the blue city. The rooftop allowed for a wonderful view of the city as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff arranged a taxi early the next morning and helped carry our bags down the winding alleys to the taxi stand.
