Mangiare con una vista cosi é meraviglioso, le camere hanno tutto l’occorrente ed il ragazzo che ci ha servito è stato bravissimo e super disponibile sempre! Si mangia benissimo sempre, qualsiasi cosa prendiate! Super consigliato il tour in tuk tuk di kandy con ternce, vi porterà ovunque con tanto di spiegazioni incluse!

As per it is mentioned that they’re providing breakfast but they didn’t give us it. They said that breakfast is not included to the price. Very disappointed. 👎

Las vistas del sitio son espectaculares. Además, la zona que tienen está preciosa. También nos gustó el trato de los trabajadores, muy amables a la hora de recogernos la ropa y las demás necesidades. El desayuno estaba bien, te dan 3 opciones.

Para llegar el camino es un poco complicado. La habitación tenía varias humedades en la pared y había ruido de fuera. En general la habitación dejaba un poco que desear pero tampoco es cara

Had a very comfortable stay at Mount Palace. I had booked a room for three, but they kindly allowed four of us to stay without any extra charge. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

The staff was super friendly and we had a very nice afternoon. Me and a buddy of mine were there, and the view vibe, and we were more than satisfied. There is also a restaurant and the prices were fair and affordable.

Si può cenare sulla terrazza che è incantevole e la cucina da 10 e lode !

Sin duda la terraza con las vistas a todo Kandy es espectacular. Puedes desayunar, comer y cenar en cualquier momento con estas vistas, además de que todo está muy rico. El personal muy atento, pendiente y dispuesto siempre a ayudar.

Dada sus bonitas vistas, se encuentra en un lugar muy alto respecto a la ciudad, el acceso es algo complicado y no estás muy céntrico.

Situé sur les hauteurs de Kandy, le logement était difficile d accès mais tout de même proche du secteur clé de la ville, il répondait onc totalement aux attentes compte tenu du faible prix proposé. Les services étaient efficaces et nous avons passé un très bon séjour grace au personnel qui est ouvert à nous présenter des anecdotes sur la ville et la vie locale.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful view.

The room was quite small and felt cramped as a three-person occupancy, with creaky and uncomfortable beds. It's location is a little uphill and around 1.5–2 km from the city centre, with no shops or amenities nearby. We mostly relied on tuk-tuks to get around, as walking to the city centre is not very convenient.

Casa a pochi minuti dal centro di Kandy, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con una vista splendida sulla città. Camera molto spaziosa, con aria condizionata e nel complesso in ordine e pulita. Terrazzo panoramico. Personale molto gentile ed estremamente disponibile, che ci ha organizzato il trasferimento da Colombo a Kandy. Cena ottima, molto abbondante.

Vista stupenda su Kandy. Abbiamo mangiato qui sia a colazione che a cena e tutto si è rivelato molto buono. La camera aveva una terrazza con una bellissima vista.

Purtroppo ci siamo svegliati con delle feci in terra davanti alla porta della camera. Consigliamo un maggior controllo

Las instalaciones son muy precarias, además para llegar al hotel la carretera es muy mala.

This place is awesome! We came directly from Colombo Airport and were completely tired and exhausted after traveling with our baby. But the moment we saw the view from the balcony and dining area, all our tiredness disappeared! We booked the room with the best view, and it was absolutely worth it. From our balcony, we could enjoy a beautiful elevated view of Kandy city and the mountains. Honestly, these were some of the best days we spent during our trip. I also loved the peaceful environment and the cozy homes around our small street. It felt very warm and local. Dew was incredibly kind and helpful. He suggested places we should visit and made us feel very welcome. When we were checking out and leaving the area, our driver accidentally forgot to take one of our bags. Dew immediately rushed after him on his bike to bring our luggage back to us. What a gentleman! We really appreciated his kindness. The food was also delicious, especially the seafood fried rice. Definitely worth trying! The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection, which was not very reliable. If they can fix that, this place would easily be 100/100. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The views from the restaurant are very beautiful. The food were very good and we assumed for no spicy and it was no spicy. One of the rooms had a nice terrace.

Parking is very small, the access is difficult due to the location (uphill), but the location is good, close to the main street. It was not possible to pay by card.

Hotel carino con buona posizione per la vista..fuori dal casino di Kandy. Camera semplice ma colazione molto buona. Abbiamo anche cenato lì due sere, ottima scelta.

La stradina per arrivarci é molto ripida anche le macchine e i tuk tuk fanno un po di fatica .

La struttura si trova lontana dal caos della città (10 minuti di tuk tuk dal centro). La camera era pulita, il letto abbastanza comodo. Ti permettono di scegliere l’opzione per la colazione, la colazione continentale era buona. La terrazza fuori è un grande punto di forza, passare lì le serate è stato piacevole.

Non avevamo l’aria condizionata (e ne eravamo a conoscenza) ma il ventilatore era rotto e quindi,oltre al rumore della ventola, cigolava nel girare. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura parlano poco inglese e non sono molto pronti nell’aiutarti anche solo per gli spostamenti. Non sempre trovi qualcuno se vuoi chiedere qualsiasi cosa.

Sada, el regente, es encantador. Nos ayudó a gestionar el tour por Kandy muy bien de precio. Las vistas desde el hotel son increíbles y si quieres comer comida local de calidad a buen precio, el restaurante es una magnífica opción si no quieres bajar al centro de la ciudad.

Mooi terras en vriendelijk personeel! We hebben hier niet ontbeten, maar kandy zelf was de moeite waard.

Geen airco in de ene kamer, wc was in 1 kamer kapot waardoor er water uitspoot.

Our first room was damp but luckily due to our low season visit we were able to switch rooms. The bed needed a mosquito net and so did the window in the bathroom because every shower was a battle not to get bitten. Food was very very slow to come out

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and the view is the highlight of the place. The staff is very cooperative they connected us to a very good tuktuk driver (Terence). The Sri Lankan breakfast is very tasty. Loved it completely. Most likely they decorated our room for a special happy birthday as it was my mum's birthday 🎈

The pathway to the city is very steep.

Mount Palace offered a wonderful and peaceful stay with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and city. The location was perfect for relaxing while still being close to the main attractions in Kandy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The balcony and dining area provided stunning scenery, especially during sunrise and sunset. Overall, the property provided excellent hospitality and great value for money.

There was very little to dislike about the property. A few minor upgrades to the facilities could enhance the overall experience even further. However, everything was clean, well organized, and the staff ensured a comfortable stay.

The view was amazing. Tranquil, quiet, birds everywhere singing all day. Absolutely magical.

It was perfect, the staff were so accommodating offering an AC room because I am a foreigner, their generosity was amazing and the hospitality was professional and kind.

L’hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de Kandy avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. C’est au calme et c’est plutôt propre avec une balcon. Le personnel est adorable et le petit dej est bon.

It was a great place with an AMAZING view over the city! Nice service, with an attitude to every guest, and a decent restaurant.

Maybe a bit far from the center for walking (and it is quite uphill!), but with cheap tuk-tuk service, I see no issues.

Had an excellent stay at Mount Palace. Really worth the money! The view was amazing from the spacious dining area. Rooms are big with big beds and a big bathroom too. Cleanliness was impeccable. Being a fan of walking, I walked to the Temple of the Tooth and it only took 27 minutes. English breakfast with the fruit platter was also really good! Special thanks to the staff too who were very accommodating and hospitable! Would recommend the place 10/10.

Mount Palace is located on a hill in Kandy, offering exceptional views of the nearby stadium, the Buddha statue, and the surrounding hills. The scenery is truly breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel; however, it’s advisable to contact the staff before arrival so they can guide you along the correct route.

Het avondeten was erg lekker, en de milkshakes heerlijk, het uitzicht vanop het terras over Kandy was erg mooi. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

De kamer leek oké op het eerste zicht, maar was toch niet zo proper. Op het beddengoed zaten vlekken, de spiegel en het kastje in de badkamer waren niet echt gepoetst, aan het plafond en ook tussen de latjes van het plafond zat heel veel stof en viezigheid. We hadden één kamer met airco en één zonder, daar hong gelukkig een ventilator aan de muur, maar met zoveel stof, precies na jaren van de zolder gehaald... In één kamer zaten heel grote mieren, dit was omdat het de dag ervoor geregend had. Onze badkamers waren niet zoals op de foto's van booking, deze leken erg netjes, de onze erg verouderd en toe aan een poetsbeurt en een opknapbeurt. Het ontbijt was minder, vooral het fruit leek niet erg vers. Mijn dochter wou een kopje melk, dit hadden ze niet.
