Reviewed Aug 24, 2026had booked a four-night stay at this hostel, and left after only one night. I’ve stayed at literally hundreds of different accommodations, and leaving early was a first for me! But, one thing after another kept stacking up until I’d had enough. First, the positives though. It’s inexpensive, always a plus! It had a nice pool area, and there is hot and cold drinking water on every other floor, as well as coffee. Oh, and the room’s AC was excellent.
Now, the negatives. This place has in its title “with Pool and Bar,” which was why I elected to stay. But this is, simply put, a lie! There’s no bar, unless you consider a small refer with a few beers in it a bar? And no ice available at all on-site, and no advice even as to where to buy any either! Ugh. Okay, not ideal, but I could work around it, and found ice on my own. Next, the room. It was big, although it had no windows and only a small set of glass blocks to provide any natural light, as soon as we got in the room, we took our footwear off, walked around for a minute, and our feet were dark brown. The floor had been swept, but it was filthy. Next, the Wi-Fi was barely functional, and it took 30 seconds to a minute to even open an email. Ugh. Oh well, I resolved just to live with it. But later that evening, after swimming, I went to take a shower in the very dark bathroom, only to find that the water heater was not functional! Damn. I asked one of the staff to check it, and shesaid Yep, it’s broken, and that we could move rooms the next morning. Why in the world did they give me this room if the water heater was broken, especially since when we checked in, as far as I could tell, we were almost the only ones there? It takes 20 minutes to half hour to pack, and then the same time to unpack as we’re traveling for two months and carrying a lot of stuff, so this is a big deal, having to move. That was it. When I got up the next morning, I left, even though I paid in advance for three more nights. Of course, I’ll ask Booking.com to refund these unused nights because of what I experienced, but I am doubtful that they would refund me my loss.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Lugar decente y moderno. Nos guardaron las mochilas mientras aprovechábamos el día del check out. Además, tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto gratis, además de agua y café en la tercera planta.
Es una pena que la piscina no estuviera operativa. Precisamente escogimos este hotel porque la piscina nos venía muy bien para emplear unas horas que teníamos sueltas. También propondría renovar las toallas. Por lo demás todo correcto.

It looks way better in pictures, than in real life. Walls were moldy, overpainted, and we could feel a strong odor from mold everywhere.

道路側の206号室は外からのライトアップで、窓が直に照らされ、真夜中でも昼間のように窓が照らされ、眠れません。ライトの角度を変えるか、遮光カーテンに変える必要があります。もう一つの難点は弱いwifi です。まるで一般家庭並みで、とてもホテルのレベルではない。ツアーの申し込み中に途切れ切断され、申し込みができなかった。

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Nice staff, has a poo,l and close access to airport with free shuttle from the accommodation. Beds were very comfortable.
Despite the shuttle being free, it only goes every 2 hours which doesn't really work with all flights. We had to taxi (which was not expensive, but still). A/C was a bit intense as it was right above the bed.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026We booked this place to have some time to rest before a 3am flight. It was comfy and just what we were looking for. The free airport shuttle is a huge bonus. The last one in the evening is at 11:45pm and I believe they start early in the morning.

Wasserflecken an der Decke Der Abfluss des Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab und ist schmutzig Die Aircondition steckt in einem Loch in der Wand und ist an den Rändern offen-es wachsen Pflanzen in den Raum durch die Schlitze und es dringt viel Straßenlärm ein Das Fenster ist mit Folie abgeklebt,Moskitonetz kaputt

There are also some restaurants around, but I notice they close early or open late. Still, great location if you want to be near the airport.

We stayed for 2 nights. The first night was a disaster. we arrived at midnight and it was pouring heavily. Our room had a window which was probably partly opened so rain was going inside the room and the noise of rain hitting the iron roof was so loud. There were no toiletries and the guy at the front desk said that they were still on order and that we have to wait until the morning and talk to the lady in charge about it. Time to replace those towels!!

Había cucarachas y hormigas, las almohadas muy finas, se escucha TODO, los de la habitación de al lado, los que bajan por la escalera, los de arriba, etc, las sábanas están agujereadas…

値段から考えると仕方がないが温かいシャワーとは言えなかったが値段から考えたら仕方がない。

La ducha daba poca agua y se salía todo para fuera. Se escuchaban mucho los ruidos de la calle y de tras habitaciones y eso que estábamos en el último piso. Si lo que buscas es quedarte en Cebú, no te alojes aquí, está muy lejos del centro.

The hook in the shower was broken, there was no soap or bottled water provided, and a floor mat in the shower area would’ve helped prevent slipping. Wi-Fi also didn’t work well at first, but eventually connected.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025The hotel was fairly close to the airport and could be walked in about 40 minutes. The reception area and outside area looked fairly modern.
All rather disappointing. Beware of the pool as we were excited to go in after a stressful day of travelling, but when we arrived there the water was very cloudy and definitely stagnant, with no signs of chlorine or water jets, so for our health we decided not to go in, so this needs sorting! The room was extremely stuffy with next to no airflow, and the air on buttons did not work so we had to go down to reception and he said to look for a remote as hidden away the buttons do not work. Sadly the air con sounded like a jet plane taking off and was right above the bed, and it was very dirty so I was nervous about it dripping in the night, but thankfully it didn’t. The shower was also useless and we could not get the normal (non foot tap) to work at all, and the bathroom flooded from the excessive foot tap pressure. It was very confusing as there were about four dials and none worked properly so this was very disappointing not to have a working shower. It seemed like it was only opened a few years ago so the fact facilities didn’t work as they should have done was extremely disappointing.

Reviewed May 13, 2025Convenient for the airport, free airport shuttle which accommodated our bike boxes. Great front-desk staff, friendly and very helpful. Location walkable to mall / restaurants (but get used to lack of pavements on some streets!). Deluxe room was spacious, clean, comfortable with quiet aircon, warm shower. Water dispenser at reception. Good value for money. Recommended if you need to be in the airport area. Didn't give 10/10 for 2 minor dislikes: the small pool (very clean) wasn't open-air, so the poolside felt like a super-hot greenhouse. Also: some quite intrusive voice transmission was coming from above our room, thankfully this stopped before it got too late.
