Felicity Island Hotel

Close Location from airport and hygienic hotel/room

Nothing

We had a wonderful stay at Felicity Island Hotel in Cebu! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing by plane. We really appreciated the free airport pick-up and drop-off service—it made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Most importantly, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend Felicity Island Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Cebu. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and had a good shower

Nothing

The room was advertised as a “Double or Twin Room” during booking. When we requested a twin room, your staff informed us that all twin rooms were fully booked. Based on that information, we paid for an additional room to accommodate our group. However, after making the payment, we were surprisingly assigned a twin room anyway. This directly contradicts what your staff told us earlier. If a twin room was actually available, why were we told there were none left and encouraged to book an extra room? This situation contains elements of deception and is highly misleading to customers. We made our decision and spent additional money based on information that later proved to be inaccurate. We are extremely disappointed with this experience and expect a proper explanation

Near to Aitport

Small bathroom and the cleanliness

Location and helpfulness

The greatness thing about staying in this hotel is the free airport pickup and back again to Airport it's really makes life easy especially in a big place like Cebu. Then I can tell you breakfast keeps you going all day lovely choices and great Coffee ☕️ thanks again

All good and of course staff very helpful

Location and airport transport

No elevator, bathroom was small, the sink was clogged and the shower had very weak water flow.

Close to airport and nearby mall. Good breakfast

Very friendly service and great food Free airport transfers

Locatiom

Not so clean

Close to the airport which is what we needed, they also offer a free shuttle to the terminal.

Super super noisy as we were situated on the ground floor outside the main road. Also felt a little unsafe at times but that is not the hotels fault.

Close to the airport.

Outdated. I feel like I am in the boat to ozamiz. I dont like the idea of upper decks plus the sink to brush your teeth is outside.

Me deram um travesseiro extra.

I loved the provided shuttle. I also enjoyed how clean it was and its centrally located to many shops and a mall in walking distance.

I wish they kept the breakfast warm. What they use doesn’t keep it warm.

Great location with complimentary pick up and drop off to and from the airport! Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Breakfast was surprisingly good (be aware, not continental; was rice, fried fish, scrambled egg but all really tasty!) Bed and room were very comfortable, clean and good shower. Proximity to airport was ideal, making this a great transit hotel.

Be aware of free shuttle; they only go every two hours which makes it a less useful "free" offering.

The breakfast was basic but plentiful and good quality. The best thing about this hotel was the free pick up and drop off for the airport.

The room was small as was the shower room. Our room was next to reception area, it was very noisy.

The location and the staff.

Too noisy in our room maybe because it's next to the kitchen.

The Queen size bed which my son like much!

Easy check-in even late at night

The noise at night

For Getting to the airport is amazing! All the staff are very nice and the room was more than suitable! Breakfast was very tasty! Would recommend if you want to be closer and have an easier transition to the airport.

I like that the room was clean.

No kettle in the room even though there were free coffee and tea.

I was there only for one night, waiting for my flight next morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they had everything organized for my arrival and made me feel welcome. Even when the hotel is right on a main road, it was quiet and I could sleep well. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, and they offer free transfer to the airport which, for people who haven't been in Cebu before, is crucial, because traffic in this city can be a gigantic pain in the derrière. I was very happy staying there!

All was good, no complaints.

Heerlijke ontbijt, goede service, vriendelijk personeel. Geweldige pick up van het vliegveld.

Alles was helemaal oké.

Amazing for a stopover - the transfer facility from the airport was great. From getting our luggage at the airport to being in the room took less than 20 minutes! Staff was very friendly!

Very kind and accommodating staff

Close to the airport with easy check-in and reliable WiFi, this hotel works well for a simple one-night stay.

2 nights felt too long given the limited amenities. The “restaurant” is best avoided—uncooked chicken was served to multiple guests, items were missing from an already small menu, and the large number of idle staff made the experience feel unprofessional. Food options nearby were also limited, so we wouldn’t choose this hotel for a longer stay.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereiter. Kostenloser Shuttel vom und zum Flughafen. Muss zum Flughafen aber vorher reserviert werden.

Great staff, great breakfast, great rooms, great location.

Close to the airport and clean rooms. Staff are really nice too, very helpful.

The room was a bit small so harder to move around if you have big suitcases.

It was all good. 2nd times i have started here

Nothing

The room was clean but very small; it was barely large enough for 2 people. The breakfast buffet was limited its offerings with only 3 basic vegan options (pineapple slices, bread/toast with jam, and salad). Orange juice was not even available. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport.

Free airport shuttle

The room smells of mold. Filipino breakfast

I HAVE ONE WORD : PERFECT I WAS SATISFIED WITH ALL PACKAGE

Nice and clean And the breakfast also

Yes there bed I think its broken Something sounds even when you sitting on the bed

Good

The hotel was near the Ironman venue.

1. The buffet had limited options. 2. The shower had weak/low water pressure

Like the property clean and have a good breakfast buffet

Expected have soap/disposable toothbrush,paste

Thanks!

Clean, accommodating staff, free airport shuttle transfer, good breakfast, great value for money

Pick up at Airport, helpful Stuff and nice Room

Breakfast not so much choice, Hotel is directly at national highway, bit loud

Awesome staff. My room was perfect. Simple, clean, compact.

Excellent service. Will stay here again.

Great location, tasty breakfast, nice shuttle service to airport Friendly staff
