The bed was very comfortable and the sea view was great. It was a pity it was a cloudy day as the sea view would've been amazing on a sunny day

The kettle was stained brown on the inside and the shower was not very well cleaned. I did not use the kettle for that reason even though I felt like having a cup of tea. Only 1 tea bag was available in a room that accommodated 2 people.

Breakfast is simple and minimal, cereals, yoghurt, fruit and choice of eggs, bacon, sausage and tomato. Bedroom was clean and comfortable.

Starting time for breakfast is 07:00. Could be earlier.

Hidden gem in Oslo beach !! The ocean view is just spectacular from the top floor. As the B& B is so close to the beach without anything in front of the rooms , Breakfast was great

We stayed in what is called a King room which one would assume has a king size bed . However it turned out to a queen size bed , which is a lurker small fir us both , as we are both tall , large people . The website does tell you that it is a Queen but the name is confusing . However would stay here again , just in a larger room

Great place ., beautiful sea view and easy access to the beach . Peaceful and very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchenette and has a lovely loss and brass area and pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stunning views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Close proximity to main road.

It was peaceful, relaxing, right on the beach and overall fantastic. Not a huge resort with loads of people which is exactly what we needed.

Very very clean but what made it the best was how friendly the staff were in particular the ladies that keep the place spotless. Always greet with a smile on their face and extremely helpful.

The photos depict an entirely different picture it was not great. There were not enough towels, the floors were cracked, the chairs were ripped, the place looks nothing like the photos, two single beds in the kitchen. After a walk on the beach at 5 we came back to find the sliding doors locked and our keys didnt work the doors lock was broken, we had to walk around to enter through the front door, thankfully we had our keys. There was no milk provided for a cup of coffee either. Overall the price was over priced for what we got very dissapointing stay!

Breakfast could be better like crossiants cheese as we do not eat pork or beef. My hubby doesn't eat eggs. So he had only 1 mutton sausage a small portion of mushroom and little baked beans.

Direct aan het strand heerlijk en rustig. Mooi zwembad en grote tuin. Nette kamer met aanrecht en magnetron. Borden/bestek en waterkoker. Grote BBQ Geen fornuis ( kregen wel een electrische plaat om op te koken en 2 pannen super lief als nog.

Dat je niet iets had om op te koken.(aardappels ?) Na navragen of we de keuken konden gebruiken nee is niet de bedoeling maar anders maken de meisjes je eten wel.

There was nothing to like about this property. It was just a horrible experience from the time I got there

There was nothing to like about this property. From the time i got there i was annoyed and frustrated with the lady in the reception. She was very unfriendly. I paid for a two bedroom family suite with a king size bed. Unit 6 was allocated to me. I was given unit 1 with a double bed and two single beds. The floors were dirty and the carpets were disgusting. When i asked for the room that i paid for, receptionist told me that i should contact Booking.com and ask them!!! Really. There wasn't enough parking. The establishment booked for more vehicles than what space they had. The reception is a racist as far as I am concerned. I will never recommend them

Located in a very nice area and everything is close by, 2 mins from a garage, Has access to a private beach and has a lovely sea view from the room, Apartment was comfortable and clean.

Owner was very rude to us, Booked for 2 friends and upon arrival requested for a third friend, was given 2 towels, when requested for another towel was told by the owner we booked for 3 not 20. When I requested to add a third person, Booking.com worked out cheaper on the website but was shouted at and told by the owner that she will not accept it as she gets charged a 35% commission, why is this held against us. Has a so called curfew which I understand for the security alarm but why not give each room a remote to disarm when you enter or exit, which place tells you when to come and go. Was shouted at on numerous occasions by the owner like we kids, a dog that is always wanting to run on the road, we are shouted at for it, the owner mistreats her dog. We were also accused of having multiple guests over to sleep when few of us were just visiting as we are locals. Not enough parking for everyone. Friends were treated differently to me as they were not local. Room was not even cleaned, when brought up, the owner made every excuse under the sun. Reception area had a musty smell and dog poop everywhere outside. Welcome was so terrible that we were considering to cancel the booking upon arrival but due to the cancellation policy we decided not too. Consider looking at the resorts replies to some of the comments, the owner is very rude, always has excuses and is very unprofessional.

The grass won't cut the outside tables were dirty for days the lighting by the pool was bad and even to get to the room from the pool area was dark and the tiles were wet we could have slipped and fall we had to figure out how to get things and how things work they were so unfriendly couldn't even get sugar and the lady who checked us in at night they would get drunk and would hear them driving in and out at night.i will never return to this place for that amount we got the bare minimum and other places had so much to offer for that amount it was really a mistake going there

Access to the beach

The location was perfect and the private beach was a plus. We had a wonderful time because we chose to, besides the many hiccups we had.

The host is hostile. The rooms were filthy dirty, it can do with proper deep cleaning and daily cleaning maintenance. There weren't enough supplies for our group of 9. There was hardly ever a person at the reception to assist, we had to look around for them whenever we needed something, and there was always an excuse why something was not provided or not cleaned. We had to cancel our plans for a day because there was no water to shower for an entire day. The breakfast was standard no variety. Not enough towels in the rooms. Room 10 had no lights and the water was cold for my entire stay, I showered in another room. The 3 ladies that make breakfast are also the once doing house keeping, thus not having enough time to properly clean the rooms. The dog is allowed everywhere and its hair shedding all over, even in the dining area.

Dog running around most of the time and leaving poo on the lawn and drinking out the pool. Room was clean but the garden had piles of dog poo !

Make sure that their rooms are clean. There were cocroaches in my room.
