The noise, other guests were not considerate. They were noisy until 03:50am which made it extremely difficult to sleep.

Unacceptable noise levels and completely unresponsive host. We booked this establishment expecting the tranquil environment advertised in the listing, especially since we were traveling with our 11-year-old son. The first night was just that quiet and tranquil but the door handle broke and the facility was not clean. Instead the second night, a massive, extremely loud party took place downstairs. The noise and bass were incredibly disruptive even before the 11:00 PM cutoff and continued long into the night, making it impossible to sleep.To make matters worse, the host completely ignored numerous phone calls and messages left on their voicemail. Other party attendees also accessed and used our designated bathroom, leaving it heavily unhygienic, which was a major health concern due to a medical condition. The communal areas were completely taken over and filled with indoor smoking. The venue itself is nice as you can view the sea, but the management and lack of hosting responsibility completely ruined our stay. And the host, who only messaged the next day stated she did speak to the other guests but they were aggressive and also stated they paid. Would not recommend.

Microwave had rust Staff at the reception property were rude amd there was somebody sitting and smoking with loud music un the parking. A very uncomfortable stay.

Dear Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at La Vue Port Shepstone. We have stayed at numerous establishments over the years and rarely feel the need to submit a formal complaint. Unfortunately, our experience at your property fell well below what was advertised and what we expected. Firstly, both the Booking.com listing and the WhatsApp business profile reflected the address as 16 Marine Drive, Oslo Beach. After travelling and arriving in the area at approximately 20:00, we informed you via WhatsApp that we had reached the location. It was only then that we were advised that the accommodation was actually located at 1 King Haakon Road, Oslo Beach, Port Shepstone. Arriving at night and then having to locate a different address created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience, particularly as we had relied on the information provided on your platforms. Secondly, the standard of cleanliness was extremely concerning. The towels provided were not white as one would reasonably expect from freshly laundered linen, but rather cream-coloured and visibly aged. The bedding appeared similarly discoloured. Clean, fresh linen is a basic expectation of any accommodation establishment, and the condition of both the towels and bedding immediately raised concerns regarding overall cleanliness and maintenance standards. The combination of inaccurate location information and the condition of the linen left us feeling that the property did not reflect the standard presented online. As paying guests, we expected a comfortable and welcoming experience, but unfortunately our stay began with confusion and was further overshadowed by concerns regarding cleanliness. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and review these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

your picture are very deceiving beach u have to go by car nit walking distance and not as near as it looks,your pool is so small, and it's on the other side of another chalet,fans were not working,aircon in only 2 rooms helpers walk in and out your chalet cooking and using your fridge,cameras everywhere that's invading your privacy like you are watched, towels were dirty, will not recommend all facilities are very far, pictures are deceiving,the pool was so dirty, big NO for me
