Reviewed Sep 10, 2026La chambre est très propre et très grande. La vue sur la mer est très chouette. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Vous pouvez avoir des œufs avec du bacon si vous le souhaitez en plus du petit dej classique. Vous avez un petit chemin privé pour aller à la plage en 2min top chrono. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant.
L’eau de la piscine est très trouble.

The room description was way off. The description on the room that I booked clearly states DSTV and corner bath. There was no bath and only streaming services. I did take it up with the manager before booking in and no excuse was made, just basically it is what it is. So if u want a room with a bath, dont believe the description, rather phone and ask before booking.

The budget room is very small. The bed is uncomfortable. No hairdryer in the room. Small towels. Instant coffee is served with breakfast. Jeffrey's Bay remains a beautiful destination, but the current condition of the town and roads unfortunately no longer justifies the high accomodation prices being charged.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room we were given looked nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com, which felt very misleading. One of the main reasons we booked was for the views, but there were none from our room at all. To make matters worse, the bathroom was located outside the room, which was not clearly communicated beforehand, and it was leaking during our stay. This made the experience very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it based on our experience.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Wir hatten die Executive Suite. Diese hat einen Wohnbereich mit Küche und großem Tisch und viel Platz. Dann gibt es ein Schlafzimmer, Bad und einen großen Terrassenbereich. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, hinten raus und man ist schon fast da.
Das Zimmer ist direkt am Gemeinschaftsbereich und die Tür ist nicht wirklich gut um Privatsphäre sicherzustellen. Man hört und sieht fast alles. Die Tür lässt sich von innen nicht verschließen. Das Frühstück war mehr als dürftig. Es gab keine warmen Gerichte. Joghurt, Müsli, Obst, Toast mit Butter und Marmelade. Das war das. Es war das schlechteste Frühstück auf der ganzen Reise. Der Pool war dreckig und nicht zu benutzen.

The breakfast and the TV wasnt working. Wifi buffering, I upgraded as the staff told me there's no TV in my initial booking. I definitely needed a TV so they offered to upgrade me at a cost which I did not mind. However the wifi was not good, only YouTube available but also not working. Very disappointing

Bettwäsche war nicht so sauber. Bad könnte renoviert werden, hat aber alles funktioniert. Ein Teil unserer Wohnung war nicht abschließbar, nur das Schlafzimmer. Da es zum Wohnbereich nur Lamellentüren gab, war es hellhörig.
