My expectations of the basics of a guest house stay were not met. Wifi not working, no soap or shower gel (even after I had specifically asked for it), toilet paper wasn't replaced after cleaning. Room is cold during winter with no heater. I was told this room was an "upgrade" so I can't imagine what the standard one would have been. I didn't expect 5-star for the price but at least the basics

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The location, the security, availability of utensils and a spacious kitchen. Flowers and plants were beautiful.
Dirty curtains, a scary notification about severe water restriction. we did not know how much water to use so we were always afraid it could run out, There was only one heater, and the one in the master bedroom was not effective so I felt extremely cold. The additional blankets were not clean. The sofas were dirty, too old and uncomfortable. They need to be replaced.

The driveway to the back is small. At the back is difficult to go out because there are other vehicles. The parking is not enough. The cleaners didn't replace the toilet paper, I had to request it at night only to get it in the morning the following day. There are no mats in the bathroom. No heaters and no additional blanket. The masterpiece: my new old school rugby jersey got torn by the door ....yhooo.. the only response I received when I reported was ...sorry!
