Reviewed Nov 6, 2025The attention to detail made the accommodation very comfortable. Even a good quality umbrella had been provided that we made use of on the very windy day it poured with rain! The location was brilliant - near the town but also right by the ocean. Lovely!

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Das Frühstück war sehr gut aber nicht im Haus. Wir müssten circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß gehen was nicht schlimm ist. Trotzdem wäre es schön gewesen wenn man die Informationen vorher gehabt hätten.
Das Zimmer war leider feucht. Die fehlende Information das das Frühstück nicht im Haus ist.

Ozean, auch optisch schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im App. und auf der dazugehörigen kleinen Terrasse. Beinahe Sylt-Feeling mit den vielen weißen Reetdachhäusern drumherum. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Nur 6 Zimmer.

Mit dem Auto entfernt ein schöner Hafen und den besten Tintenfisch in Südafrika

Reviewed Apr 7, 2025This guesthouse, especially superior rooms, is unique - the charming design and interior, the colors and the flavour, orchid and summer flowers, the wonderful personal touch - for guests who are treated like family& friends by the owner Jean Pierre and his team. We started the day at the huge sandy and safe* beach (*thanks to the baywatcher on duty) in front of the hotel - alone - although sea was 20C and air 23C+sun. Breakfast with a wide choice of fresh and healthy products was waiting which we enjoyed on the terrace with marvellous views. The sea view from the superior room with attached terrace took the sound into your dreams - waves and salty air. Spoil yourself and enjoy this outstanding place! PS: This was our 15th journey to South Africa.

Infelizmente choveu e fez frio, mas o bom foi ter um quarto confortável, com TV grande e uma banheira de imersão quentinha. O café da manhã é variado e feito com capricho! As funcionárias são simpáticas e atenciosas.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2025Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon und direktem Meerblick. Großes Ankleidezimmer und Bad.Interessanter Walk, two harbour walk, direkt ab Unterkunft mit Ziel Port St. Francis möglich und empfehlenswert, wenn man trittsicher ist.
Etwas viel Geräte im Zimmer: mobile Klimaanlage, mobile Heizung, riesiger Fernseher... Wir hatten so viel Wind, dass wir den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten. Sonne morgens, danach Schatten.

Breakfast was good, choice of cooked and continental foods. We had a view of the ocean from the window and the sound of the sea was relaxing. Couldn’t fault the place, would definitely return.

Kilometerlange Sandstrände in Cape St. Francis sind in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der kleine Ort erweckt den Eindruck einer wahrlichen Urlaubsoase, viele Reed gedeckte Häuser erinnern z.B an Sylt.

The small touches of decadence like the bottled orange juice and Lindt chocolates was lovely. Would highly recommend this property
I would have preferred one of the cushions on my bed to be a little softer.
