Bathroom was very nice, and included a spa tub. Breakfast was simple continental with choice of croissant, toast, crostata, focaccia, yogurt, juice, variety of coffees. Tea, coffee, biscotti available anytime.

Appartement n°1 la cuisine avait de grands placards mais ils étaient vides, seules 4 assiettes, fourchettes et couteaux étaient à disposition et pas de verres non plus !!!! Pas de micro-ondes ! Le logement était avec petit déjeuner inclus, celui-ci étant servi à partir de 7 h 45 nous n'avons pas pu en profiter nous devions quitter à 7 h 00 pour l'aéroport. Il nous a été montré du café lyophilisé et une bouilloire dans les communs, donc je ne donnerais pas mon avis sur le petit déjeuner. Le ménage du logement était très succinct, sols et mobilier tachés, pommeau de douche entartrés.

Sehr karges Frühstück. Lieber irgendwo ins Cafe oder die Küche nutzen.

Je ne recommande pas Le logement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée : nous avons dû faire appel au personnel pour repasser nettoyer la salle de bain, pleine de poussière et de cheveux. Le four était sale également, et il y avait des miettes par terre. L'état du matelas est aussi décevant : il est vraiment affaissé/creusé. Dommage de ne pas investir dans une meilleure literie, surtout au vu du prix demandé, qui n'est pourtant pas des plus bas.

Check-in was a little challenging as we were ringing the buzzer at one of the buildings and no one answered, so we found the second building across the street. We were able to find someone to let us into our suite which was located in the first building. We were a little tired, and it was very hot outside, so this was not a super smooth start, but the staff really stepped up and made our stay fantastic!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026What a gem of a find! We were a group of seven and booked four rooms, which meant we had the entire apartment to ourselves. Having exclusive use of the common area and kitchen was fantastic and allowed us to spend quality time together as a family. The location couldn’t have been better, just a 5-minute walk to the Centro Storico and right in the heart of all the shopping, restaurants, and cafés. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and having two lifts made coming and going with luggage so easy. Michele was a wonderful host, warmly welcoming us on arrival even though we were delayed, which we really appreciated. Anna, who prepared breakfast each morning, was absolutely lovely and a wealth of local knowledge. She gave us some fantastic recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The carpark, just next door, even though a little expensive, made leaving our car so very handy. We were very happy to pay for the convenience. We were so happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation. It truly was a hidden gem, and we would happily stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, nur etwa zehn Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt – ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett bequem und der Balkon ein schönes Plus. Auch das große Badezimmer hat uns gefallen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sauber und gut instand gehalten.
Es gibt allerdings einige Punkte, die den Vier-Sterne-Standard für uns nicht ganz erfüllen. Zunächst handelt es sich nicht um ein klassisches Hotel, sondern um mehrere Zimmer im fünften Stock eines Gebäudes. Beim ersten Ankommen ist das etwas verwirrend, da man vor dem Eingang zunächst nicht weiß, wie man hineingelangt. Außerdem erhält man keinen elektronischen Schlüssel oder eine Zimmerkarte, sondern einen ganzen Schlüsselbund mit verschiedenen Schlüsseln für Eingang, Etage und Zimmer. Das fanden wir recht umständlich. Das Frühstück ist eher einfach und bietet nur eine kleine Auswahl, unter anderem eine Sorte Käse, Salami, Brot, Focaccia sowie abgepackte Aufstriche. Für eine Vier-Sterne-Unterkunft hätten wir uns etwas mehr Vielfalt gewünscht. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es weder einen Wasserkocher noch eine Espressomaschine oder einen Kühlschrank. Kaffee kann man außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten ebenfalls nicht in der Unterkunft bekommen. Stattdessen gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit einem gemeinsamen Kühlschrank, den alle Gäste nutzen. Dieser war zudem teilweise nur schwer zu öffnen. Die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen – vermutlich war sie vor 15 bis 20 Jahren sehr modern, inzwischen könnten die Möbel aber eine Auffrischung vertragen. Etwas umständlich fanden wir auch, dass man zwei verschiedene Aufzüge benutzen muss: einen für Personen und einen separaten für Gepäck.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026We had a wonderful stay in Bari. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. Everything felt new or recently renovated, and the attention to detail throughout the apartment was impressive. The bathroom was excellent, and towels as well as complimentary toiletries such as shower gel were provided. Another great advantage was the excellent service. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out and collect it later without any hassle, which made our day much more convenient. The location is perfect for exploring Bari, with everything easily reachable on foot. The air conditioning worked perfectly and made the stay very comfortable, even on hot days. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation. Excellent rooms, outstanding service, and a perfect location—everything you could wish for during a stay in Bari.

Habitacion muy amplia, cómoda , con baño muy bueno Desayuno óptimo de una Dimora, no esperes desayuno de un hotel . La señora que atiende el desayuno es muy amable , nos dejo en una heladera comun , cosas para desayunar temprano , ya que salíamos temprano en la mañana siguiente , MUY GENTIL! La recepcion fue fácil , con buena comunicacion con Geraldine que nos recibio Tiene una heladera comun donde podes dejar bebidas con el numero de tu habitacion , lo cual en el verano esta muy bueno, no hay nevera en la habitacion, pero lo anterior lo suple muy bien La relación precio calidad es excelente y MUY BIEN UBICADO!

le matelas de notre chambre ne sentait pas bon. la personne en charge du petit déjeuner très gentil mais regarde des vidéos avec le son à fond pour s occuper. Pas d ustensiles de cuisine ni de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Bien pour un court séjour.

Un gros inconvénient c'est le parking. Très compliqué de se garer autour. Donc seul solution c'est de payer 30€ au propriétaire pour une place pour une nuit . Et le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas terrible. On a fait un séjour dans toute les Pouille et c'était le plus décevant de tous .

Reviewed May 30, 2026La posizione: a 2 minuti dal teatro Margherita e quindi all'ingresso del Borgo Antico, vicinissimo a ristoranti, bar, attrazioni, proprio sulle vie dello shopping con i negozi della moda. Taxi - Bus tutto a portata di mano Arrivati accaldati ma ci è stata subito offerta una bottiglia di acqua fresca. Non c'è il frigo in camera ma si può ususfruire di un frigo in comune, in reception. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check-out fino al momento della partenza per l'aeroporto.
La colazione: è normale, dolci caffè acqua succhi di frutta biscotti, forse manca un po' il salato con dei prodotti locali.

Breakfast was pretty simple. There was a communal area where you could help yourself to water, but the water was from opened plastic bottles (large 1.5 litre bottles). Think individual water bottles would have been better.

Travaux en bas de l'immeuble. Bruit à 5 heures du matin. Chambre sonore on entend parler les occupants de la chambre voisine.
