The location and the service was great 10/10 The room it self was not so good, the shower didn't work well, and was clogged, and the room was pretty small, and the TV wasn't working properly.

The room is clean, stylish, and well-equipped with good air conditioning, a small fridge, and plenty of storage space. Coffee facilities and an electric kettle are available in a shared common area.

A few things could be improved: the Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite slow, making it difficult to stream videos. The shower head was dirty and sprayed water unevenly, so replacing it would make a big difference. Soundproofing is also minimal, so you hear other guests coming and going in the hallway.

Unfortunately, I expected to get a hotel room, but I was shocked to find an apartment in a shared building—specifically, a unit containing multiple apartments with a shared kitchen. It was on the third floor with no elevator, and there was no signage indicating the building's identity; I was exhausted from traveling and spent several hours just trying to locate the place. Furthermore, the room was very small and not at all comfortable, and the air conditioning was weak and did not work well.

2 minutes walk to the Spanish steps and via dei Condotti, 15 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain. The property was clean and comfortable, the hosts were very polite.

Stanza poco: illuminata con una sola finestra che si affaccia sul cortile, pulita e visibilmente non curata.

La camera era tutto sommato carina.

Nel complesso la stanza era ok, ma il check-in è stato pessimo: non abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni chiare e, arrivati in struttura, ci è stato detto di spostarci in un’altra via per raggiungere la camera. L’“upgrade” promesso, inoltre, aveva una vista sul muro. Consiglio maggiore trasparenza: se le camere possono trovarsi in una via diversa da quella indicata su Booking, sarebbe importante comunicarlo al momento della prenotazione o dell’assegnazione. Sarebbe inoltre molto utile avere sempre qualcuno alla reception oppure introdurre il self check-in, così da rendere tutto più semplice e veloce per i clienti.

A localização é ótima, perto da Piazza di Spagna e outros pontos centrais. A cama muito boa e confortável, chuveiro bom também.

Quarto sem frigobar! A cozinha é comunitária e estava muito suja. A geladeira é velha e muito suja também. Não tinha talheres nem copos. O elevador é mínimo e quase não cabe uma pessoa com mala, a porta muito pesada. Não oferece café da manhã.

Super lokalizacja, wręcz idealna wszędzie spacerkiem się da pójść.

Pokój w cały w kurzu a podłoga brudna no i nie szczelne okno przez które było wszystko słychać z ulicy jakby było otwarte. łazienka to już całkowicie obrzydliwa: prysznic (odchodziła ściana oraz popękana podłoga), podłoga w tej łazience miała grzyba i chodziło pełno czerwonych mrówek a pod prysznicem znalazłam 3 inne dziwne robaki.

La camera era super fresca, comodissima per la sua posizione centrale, letto morbido e tutto super pulito. Inoltre i ragazzi sono super gentili e disponibili e ci hanno permesso di lasciare le nostre borse al loro deposito bagagli in modo gratuito poiché avevamo solo qualche busta e non delle vere e proprie valige. Super consigliato!!

We arrived and was taken by a member of staff to the other building where we would be staying, we went up two flights of stairs, as there was no lift. As she went to let us enter our room, she shut the door quickly and said that the cleaner hadn’t cleaned it up, we checked in after the agreed check in time, so this was disappointing. She then rang somebody and found another available room to take us to, in another one of their buildings. We had been backpacking for a month, so therefore were tired and were carrying a lot of weight so to be told we needed to walk 10 mins through the heat to the next place was annoying. We then checked into the new room and there was no iron, which was on the list of facilities, I’m not sure whether that’s due to the room change but either way, it would’ve been useful to us. After changing rooms without complaining to the staff, there was no thank you for understanding or any addressing of the fact that we had walked with heavy bags to the next place. We understood that the lady wasn’t responsible for the original room not being up to standard, so we didn’t complain to her, but were surprised that she didn’t thank us for our understanding. The room was mostly okay but there was a funny smell from the air conditioning and many shelves were covered in dust.

Havia uma obra na frente, o que gerava alguns ruídos, mas não interferiu muito na nossa estadia.

The room we were given looked completely different to the one we assumed we booked. So the pictures advertised do not really show what room you’ll get. Ours was extremely basic and was under furnished.

La camera matrimoniale deluxe n°2 viene descritta come insonorizzata. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati ci siamo accorti che non era così. Poco male tutto sommato, considerando che descriverei tutto il resto come perfetto, però ci abbiamo fatto caso. Mi aspettavo una camera leggermente più spaziosa dopo aver visto le foto relative caricate su booking.

Las primeras dos noches me mandaron a otro hotel que tienen ellos y tuve que reclamar e insistir para que me den alojamiento en el hotel que yo había sacado. Si bien los dos son limpios y nuevos, en taje Spanish suite está muchísimo mejor ubicado y más linda la zona

I liked the location.It was very central and near the main atractions.

The room could have a mini fridge and hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

The area was perfect, the only downside to it was that they were completing construction on the building next door which began very early (5:30am one day and just before 6am the next, which was incredibly loud and woke us up early. The breakfast was lovely that was included but we weren't told that they were shut on Sundays so had to pay out of pocket for that day's breakfast ( they have said they will refund the days charge but haven't received this yet). I would definitely recommend this place, especially if it's your first time in Rome as it's so close to so many tourist destinations but not too close so you can hear the crowds.

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la Plaza de España , de la estación de metro y a 10 minutos andando de la Fontana de Trevi. Zona con vida y con muchas opciones de restaurantes. La habitación era sencilla, con lo esencial, había también en la área comum una máquina de café y fruta que podíamos coger y también un pequeño balconcito. La chica que nos recibió era muy simpática y nos atendió fenomenal.

La habitación que nos han dado nada tenía que ver con la que reservamos (por las fotos), le faltaba la decoración y el baño totalmente diferente… En el segundo día cuando llegamos a la noche había mosquitos pequeñitos por todo el lavabo… La ducha que estaba fija tenía los agujeritos atascados, apenas echaba agua, solo pudimos usar la otra que sujetas con la mano. Para lo que es y dadas las fechas me parece un poco caro pero entiendo que la ubicación es lo que hace que el precio sea un poco más elevado.

La ubicación para recorrer la cuidad.

Que llegamos 00.30 y no había nadie para atendernos después de muchas horas de viaje en una calle semioscura, llego el que nos llevó hasta el departamento tipo 2.30, después todo se desarrolló normalmente.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Very pleasant manager.

We had to go several blocks to check in from where relatives were staying and then walk to the hotel very near where the relatives were staying.

The location is great, you will find yourseof in city centre and 15minutes walk to all imoprtan Landmarks. Also the staff was very pleasent. Room was big and very clean.

Only thing I didn’t like was that we booked flat in one street, and then we were moved to another location.

Posizione per me eccellente Tutto di Buona qualità

La posizione è ottima a 2 passi da Piazza del popolo e vicinissimo a tutti i punti di interesse . La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente dall'aspetto molto accogliente e moderno, in particolare la mia camera molto spaziosa, il personale molto gentile.

La struttura se pur ristrutturata aveva dei difetti , in particolare i bagni che si carini ma con lavori visibilmente eseguiti male e con delle rotture evidenti.... ( A me è rimasto in mano il copri scarico del bagno e la doccia non si chiudeva e ad un nostro amico non hanno mai aggiustato la doccia che era rotta). Ma in assoluto la cosa che non è stata gradita è stato il dawn grade delle camere comunicatoci in sede di check in, che volevano risolvere con una colazione offerta che non copriva la differenza, ad un nostro reclamo devo però aggiungere che sono intervenuti immediatamente togliendoci la tassa di soggiorno così da coprire il divario del prezzo.

L'emplacement est très bien, proche de piazza di Spagna. La chambre est très propre mais plutôt petite.

Le petit déjeuner est proposé mais il faut se rendre dans un bar à 5mn à pieds ... Les gérants sont très désagréables et rendent l'expérience déplorable !!! Finalement sans surprise vue leur notation sur TripAdvisor !!! Inadmissible de proposer une telle prestation ! Nous ne sommes même pas allé au petit déjeuner le dernier jour !

Fantastisk läge med gångavstånd till precis alla stora sevärdheter i Rom. Väldigt skön dubbelsäng, väldigt tyst rum mot gården och mycket välstädat! Många restauranger precis utanför porten var man än gick.

Till pris av 200Euro per natt hade vi förväntat oss att rummet såg ut som på bilderna. Rummet ser alltså inte ut som på bilderna. Inte ens i närheten. Bilderna är photoshoppade/stylade här på booking.com. Sängen var väldigt bekväm men kuddarna var mer som en boll av misshandlad stoppning alt stenhårda. För 200Euro/natt hade vi förväntat oss mer. Avskalade opersonliga rum, vi fick säga till tre gånger om att det fullkomligt STANK avlopp i rummet från badrummet. Beskrivning om att vattenkokare, strykbräda, strykjärn igår stämmer INTE.

Al mio arrivo vengo accompagnato in una stanza, una volta entrato mi ritrovo in una stanza che non avevo mai visto, non appare in nessuna foto su booking in quelle da me prenotate . Dopo aver CONVINTO il personale a cambiarmi stanza, con una perlomeno che si assomigliasse a quella da me prenotata , dato che quella assegnatami era un quadrato 5x5 grigio con due comodini e basta, stile bunker. Ripeto dopo aver convinto il personale a cambiarmi la stanza mi viene proposta la colazione gratuita per le due notti che avrei dovuto fare, come una presa in giro per me. Alla fine decidono di cambiarmi la stanza, con una che si sarebbe dovuta somigliare a quella prenotata… arrivati anche in questa stanza l’arredamento era piú carino, le dimensioni comunque ridotte ma ancora una volta non era la stanza prenotata, completamente differente. Io allora mi chiedo in base a cosa ho prenotato the spanish suite?😂😂 se tanto guardo le foto da booking, scelgo la mia sistemazione e una volta arrivati mi ritrovo in una stanza che non ho mai visto, quindi non ho tecnicamente prenotato. Ho deciso di rimanere perchè ormai erano le 20:30 di sera, ero in viaggio dalle 6 del mattino quindi non sarebbe stato molto produttivo avviare una pratica con booking di rimborso. Spero che queste problematiche vengano risolvere per evitare a degli altri clienti lo stesso mio disguido.
