Great location in the centre of Galle fort easy to walk everywhere. Check in and out was very quick and convenient.

Seen better days as i is musty, and needs upkeep.the young men were personable and frindly in this family- run hotel right on busy Peddlar Street. Needs TLC to benefit from central locale. Little resemblance to web site photos except for outside.

Staff need to be better trained. Manager needs to be at hand to oversee the functioning of the property. For instance, when I checked in the hotel did not have any towels. A hotel should never run out of clean towels. I had to wait till evening to get a fresh towel. Plus, there were no bins in the room. More attention is needed to provide the basics to the guests.

We had to complain about the cleanliness of the bathroom

My room was not in good maintenance conditions. It flooded 3 times because of rain from the roof. I asked to change several times and they didn't. Spaces are very limited, humid and not good conditions of the walls. It was ground floor terrible noisy (kitchen, phones, etc)

Lovely place, great A/C and very well located. The service from the staff was excellent - they were very kind to us when we accidentally overstayed our booking. Extremely grateful to be able to stay another night in this lovely place - would highly recommend for your stay in Galle!

A beautiful boutique hotel in Galle Fort. Very friendly manager and staff with very clean rooms. Everything is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast available and close to many restaurants and shops. Very safe area.

Tiene una buena situación en pleno centro de Galle. La habitación es algo pequeña, prácticamente sólo cabe la cama y la ventana daba a la habitación de al lado por que había que tener el store bajado todo el tiempo para no vernos. Detalles como toallas para el baño muy pequeñas y una por persona para todo, creo que este sería fácil de mejorar

I really loved the doors and the ac. It was very clean aand everyone was nice.

Without a doubt, this was one of my best stays in Sri Lanka. This hotel’s location can’t be beat, with easy access to the fort, dinning, and shopping, you will be very happy. The rooms are also quite comfortable with great beds, AC, and WiFi. The manager is awesome and he can arrange transportation, tours, and special breakfast. .. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, nothing bad on their part but the room was terrible. It rained and the room leaked covering my clothes in rain, was also so noisey from a ventelarion system right next to the room mixed with the sound of gushing water. Couldnt sleep.

Great service and location

The hotel is 3 star, but the rooms are classical snd elegant and the hotel is excellent value for money. However, it is the staff that set it up for success. Nice friendly people, always wanting to assist, and not expecting tips all the time. They see service as part of their job. Location in the Fort area is ideal.

Very good small hotel right in the galle Fort. Very good location. Staff very helpful anytime and very friendly. Breakfast is served for your time , personal care excellent. Clean rooms. Stayed 3 nights. Will come again

A well maintained old Dutch style hotel with quiet clean comfortable rooms in the heart of Galle Fort. Quality bedding, towels and bathroom with always someone on hand to answer queries. Doors could be more secure to the balcony and bathroom. Breakfast was simple but Wifi and TV were unreliable though.

‘The Dutch Boutique’ in Galle Fort , is a place for pure relaxation and luxury. It’s a lovely place for a stay in Galle where every moment spent was memorable. The rooms were well stocked with amenities which was not the case in most rooms available at the same location. The place was well sanitized and very clean for guests. It was also highly maintained by the staff at all times of the day. The villa staff were very friendly and cooperative attending to every needs of the guests. It almost felt like home away from home. This trip was one of our best moments for the year. We wish the Team for great success. -Stayed in March 2022-

Time to explore old days of Dutch. Place is very convenient to have a round in the Galle Fort. Rooms are bit small but clean and nice. This is an excellent place, worth it you use this place as a station to stay and enjoy the beauty by walking around- you can see the nice sunset when you walk on Ranpart, can have sea bath.
