Первая остановка в путешествии по Шри-Ланка. С 4.09 по 7.09 2026 Не ожидали, что за небольшие деньги, можно получить великолепный сервис! Комната большая и, практически, новая. 2 огромные кровати, балкон, с которого любовались закатом, тихий кондиционер, много вариантов освещения, стерильная чистота! Отель находится на возвышенности, недалеко от города и городская суета не мешает спокойно отдохнуть. Хозяева, прекрасно говорящие по-английски и радующие нас вкуснейшим завтраком с европейской сервировкой стола 😋 И, кстати, при вашем желании, хозяйка приготовит не менее вкусный ужин🙂 Мы редко пишем отзывы, но этот отель явно стоит нашего времени, для его написания ☝️

Absolument tout ! La maison est très belle, la chambre idem. Nos hôtes sont adorables! La cuisine est très bonnes ! Nous avons regretté de ne pas être resté plus longtemps ! Je tiens sincèrement à les remercier pour leur gentillesse. On nous a même déposé au spectacle de danse culturelle et au temple ! Encore merci pour tout 🙏

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel truly at home — warm, always smiling, and full of great local tips. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Our room was stunning, with a breathtaking jungle view that made mornings feel magical. Peaceful, comfortable, and full of charm. And breakfast? A real treat — generous, delicious, and served whenever we liked, which made our mornings so easy and relaxed. A truly special place with a big heart. We’ll definitely be back!

Lo mejor de este alojamiento fue, sin duda, la hospitalidad de los propietarios. El dueño fue súper amable y atento con nosotros durante toda la estancia. Incluso nos dejamos una cosa en el alojamiento y se encargó personalmente de enviárnosla después, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Su hijo también fue muy amable. Además, ofrecen recogida y traslado desde Kandy, lo que resulta muy cómodo. La ubicación está bien y llegar al centro en tuk-tuk cuesta alrededor de 300 rupias, por lo que es bastante fácil desplazarse. En general, es un alojamiento sencillo, pero la amabilidad y la atención de los propietarios hacen que la experiencia sea muy buena.

La habitación estaba bien, la cama era cómoda y en general estuvimos a gusto. Sin embargo, el baño necesita una renovación: es bastante antiguo y durante nuestra estancia no estaba todo lo limpio que nos hubiera gustado.

Sehr leckere Frühstück. Super nettes Personal (sehr familiär). Sehr schöner Ausblick von unserem Zimmer. Gut funktionierendes Wlan. Sogar ein kostenloser Transfer zur Bus Station in Kandy.

Es werden gerade 4 weitere Zimmer angebaut. Das hat uns bis auf den letzten Tag in keinster Weise gestört. Nur eben an diesem letzten Tag haben die Bauarbeiter (für uns) früh angefangen zu arbeiten und dementsprechend Lärm gemacht, wodurch man nicht mehr schlafen konnte.

Todo ha sido inmejorable. La familia es encantadora, te ayudan en todo, la habitación limpia y muy acogedora, muy buenas vistas. El desayuno y la cena riquísimos. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Repetiremos sin duda! Además están haciendo nuevas habitaciones que se veían genial. Se merecen todo lo bueno , han sido increíbles

Der schönste Sonnenuntergang vom Bett aus erlebt, Mihal mit Frau und Sohn waren so herzlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns richtig verwöhnt. Bei ihnen waren wir zuhause. Sie Stadtführung mit Mihal muss man machen. Mihal und seine Frau haben uns zu einem sehr fairen Preis nach Ella gefahren. Die Familie hat uns viele Infos über Sri Lanka gegeben.

Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Fabulous views and nice room with the kindest hosts possible, taxiing us about for no cost. Sorting out a medical appointment for me. Their son took us on an amazing trek on the Pekoe trail. Honestly they went above and beyond. If you like walking the town centre is about 30 mins otherwise a quick auto-rickshaw trip, good for a quieter night

We liked everything

¡Todo! La casa está en una de las colinas de Kandy donde descansar sin ruidos. Dentro de pocos meses van a terminar otras habitaciones en un edificio contiguo que tienen muy buena pinta. Ahora disponen de una habitación con vistas muy bonitas con cama, almohadas y baño correctos. Te ofrecen un montón de servicios de guía para recorrer la ciudad y ambos están siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Quisimos cenar allí y les pedimos lo que queríamos. Se adaptaron a nuestros gustos y nos sentimos como en casa. El desayuno es muy rico y completo. Café o té, pan de molde, tortillas, margarina, zumos, agua, salchichas. Pero destaco sobre todo la AMABILIDAD y HOSPITALIDAD. Volveré!!!

Al aire acondicionado le cuesta un poco enfriar, pero acaba cogiendo buena temperatura.

We stayed two nights at this beautiful guest house and it was simply exceptional. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and opened onto one of the most stunning views over Kandy. Waking up to that panorama every morning was unforgettable. The location is perfect peaceful and away from the busy city center, yet close enough to reach everything easily. It felt calm, relaxing, and authentic. The breakfast was absolutely delicious truly one of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Every morning was generous and full of flavor. We also had dinner one evening and it was just as wonderful. You can genuinely feel that the hostess cooks with love and care. We were lucky to explore Kandy with our host, and it was an incredible experience. Visiting the local market, the Temple of the Tooth, and watching the sunset from the viewpoints above the city made our stay even more special. It was interesting, beautiful, and deeply enriching. Most of all, we felt at home here. This was without doubt the best accommodation of our trip in Sri Lanka. Outstanding value for money we will absolutely return on our next visit. Highly, highly recommended!

Muy buena atención de parte de los dueños y un desayuno delicioso.

Nous avons été accueillis par une famille d’une extrême gentillesse. La maison est hyper sympa, loin de l’agitation de Kandy tout en étant proche du centre, avec une très belle vue depuis la chambre. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais ils ont vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous avons dîné sur place et franchement, c’était excellent ! Merci pour tout !

Molt bon estat, amb vistes precioses des de l'habitació i lluny del soroll de la ciutat. L'esmorzar molt bo i la família molt atenta i maca.

Was für ein wundervolles Erlebnis! So viel Gastfreundschaft, Fürsorge und Interesse der ganzen Familie haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt. Nihali brachte uns zur Prozession und wartete nachts sogar auf uns! Wir haben eine sehr preiswerte Tour bei ihm gebucht, die abwechslungsreich und spannend war, Premiumplätze beim Kandy Dance eingeschlossen. Das Zimmer ist prima, tolle Aussicht (Eisvögel vor dem Fenster!). Heiße Dusche, sehr gutes Frühstück und supertolles Abendessen. Die Auberginen waren großartig! Wir würden am liebsten 15 Punkte geben.

Vistas increibles, habiation amplia y trato por parte de los dueños impresionante. Totalmente recomendable. La cena increible, se les nota que quieren agradar de corazon. Muchas gracias por todo.

Nada, todo perfecto.

On a été super bien accueilli dans cette maison sur les hauteurs de Kandy. Très bien située car on est au calme et on peut facilement rejoindre le centre avec pickme ou à pied en 30min. Nihal et sa femme ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Merci beaucoup 🙏 et belle vue depuis la chambre. Je vous recommande cet hôtel à Kandy!!

It was a short stay but lovely nevertheless. Views from the room were lovely, just set back so it doesn't seem like you are even in Kandy. Breakfast was fabulous, we were really looked after. The room was comfy and the shower was hot 😊😊

The room was spacious and spotless as well as the bathroom. The owners were extremely kind and showed us some beautiful plants in their garden. The breakfast was delicious!

I highly recommend this accommodation. It's a family-run place with truly warm-hearted people. It's located a bit outside the city, which I actually preferred. The accommodation is on a slight hill, offering a fantastic view. Sri Lanka's natural beauty is truly amazing. The room was comfortable with a bed, shower, and air conditioning – no complaints at all. I had dinner at the accommodation one night, and I highly recommend it if you have the chance. The food was delicious, and the host's cooking skills are excellent. When my suitcase wheel broke, I asked for help, and they went out of their way to call around and take me to a repair shop. I was so grateful for their assistance. However, the wheel broke again the next day after being repaired, haha. Anyway, this place is run by incredibly kind people, and I highly recommend it. They even provided pickup and drove me to the train station in the early morning. Thank you so much!

Just one more thing... I wouldn't recommend going too far up the hill from the accommodation. It's a dead end, and they keep a lot of dogs there. Instead, taking a walk down the hill from the accommodation will lead you to a pleasant stroll.

The hosts are a very kind family. Their house is beautiful, situated in a lovely area with stunning tropical landscapes, villas, and local homes. I really liked walking from the hotel to the city center. For breakfast, the host made me Dhal and tropical fruits, which were delicious. The room is bright and offers a great view of the surrounding landscape. The villa is located in a peaceful, natural area outside the city center, like many other accommodations in Kandy. It’s not easy to walk from the city center to the villa at night, so you'll need to take a taxi. At night, taxi drivers may have trouble finding the address. I recommend giving them the address of the 360 View Hotel, which is located next to the villa :) I liked this villa and the hosts and I recommend it.

I think that the room cleaning should be done more carefully, as there was hairs on the table, sheets, and towels.

Absolutely lovely hosts, friendly, kind and very helpful. We felt very well taken care of. Great breakfast especially catered to us vegans. The tropical fruit plate was more generous than in other places we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Shortly after we arrived I opened the curtains in our spacious room to enjoy the view and was fortunate enough to see a family of monkeys playing in the bushes below. When they saw me they came up to the window ledge and played for a bit which was wonderful. They were so close! We highly recommend this place!

Very friendly host, hot shower and delicious dinner.

The breakfast was great! We wanted to eat authentic srilankan food. They made us a good variety of dishes. We also had dinner with them for all the nights that we stayed, and it was also delicious. The hosts are very warm, kind and helpful. The host even dropped us off at the railway station since we had an early start and also packed us a small breakfast! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

No complaints!

I have been travelling around the world alone for 7 months and have never experienced such loving care. I was welcomed by the whole family and pampered like a daughter coming to visit. The care touched me. The dinner and breakfast were exceptionally varied and delicious. I was picked up from the train station free of charge and put on the right bus very early in the morning at 6.45 a.m. I was able to walk from this peaceful calm into the city, into the forest and to the Temple of the Tooth. It was a special experience on my long journey. I look forward to seeing them again.

We spent there two nights with breakfast and we had also dinner there. It was clean and comfortable there and the meals were delicious. I had here the best pancakes in my life. And i have to mention it separetely. The family was the most friendly family, where i ever met before on my vacations. They are the perfect hosts, honest and calm and always a smile and time, if we had a wish.. When i come back to Kandy, there is only one place, where i will stay for sure a few nights again. It was perfect.

We have stayed in a lot of great accommodations in our time in Sri Lanka but our stay here has been easily the best. The location was great with amazing views, the room was very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a mix of Asian and western cuisine. I asked for boiling water to make coffee in the morning, they made a pot of coffee for me (so kind). We met a couple of our friends out at night and ended up staying out past midnight and the host waited up for us to let us in the electric gate (so kind!!). The hosts were incredibly welcoming, informative and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for better

It is very nice place. The owners are very friendly. Breakfast is excelent and also they provide dinner or lunch per request for reasonable prices. The meals are far more better then at most of the city restaurants and they also serve beer which is not standard at Sri Lanka. Further more, as a nature lover I appreciated that the guesthouse is located at the nearby forest. It is very comfortable place for birdspoting. You can just sit at the terrase and watch :-).
