Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Staff was extremely helpful and made excellent recommendations. Having just a few rooms, it was more like a bed and breakfast (without the breakfast which we would not have wanted as we were out an about in the morning.) But they provided unlimited snacks, drinks and fruit all day, which was much better.
no elevator, however only need to walk up one set of stairs and staff assisted carrying luggage

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026I stopped here for emergency accomodation after a VERY late arrival in Catania due to an extensive flight delay (12 hs). The staff was fantastic, super understanding and accomodating. I could not be more grateful. I arrived took a shower and headed straight for bed at nearly 1:30 AM. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, silent and cool. The bed was super comfy.
No complaints.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Honestly this is such a beautiful hotel located in a very central area in Catania. It’s about 15 mins from the airport and a 15 min walk from the Catania Central station so it was easy to get around. The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. I liked the added touch of the tea room in the reception with all day coffee and treats. The stand out for this hotel though was truly the staff. Big shout out to Tamara who was so kind, friendly and informative. The service from the whole team, from the housekeeping, to the owner, to the receptionists is honestly second to none. They make sure you have everything you need and the communication starts before you arrive. They tailor your stay to your needs and really go the extra mile. Thank you all for a really wonderful stay in Sicily!
Nothing to declare.

The rain shower didn’t work - the Jacuzzi is only half and half - the tv on front of the jacuzzi did not work - but most off al the noice is terrible, there is NO sound isolation. You can hear the people talk in the room next to you and you hear couples having special fun in the spa under you
