Plusieurs points ont malheureusement nui au confort du séjour. Dans la chambre, le robinet du lavabo était branlant, tout comme le pommeau de douche, et le distributeur de savon dans la douche ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a également eu plusieurs coupures d’électricité, notamment durant la dernière nuit. Sans électricité, le ventilateur ne fonctionnait plus et la chaleur dans la chambre devenait vraiment difficile à supporter. Au regard du prix payé, je m’attendais à un meilleur niveau d’entretien et de confort. J’ai également été déçu au moment du paiement. J’avais clairement précisé à mon arrivée que je souhaitais régler en pesos colombiens, mais la transaction a finalement été débitée en euros, avec un taux de conversion nettement moins avantageux et donc un coût supérieur pour moi. La réception m’a expliqué que cela venait du terminal de paiement, mais le résultat reste que mon souhait de payer en pesos n’a pas été respecté. Et c'est MALHONNÊTE Enfin, je n’ai pas utilisé la piscine. Je suis passé devant à plusieurs reprises et elle ne m’a franchement pas donné envie : la couleur de l’eau ne me paraissait pas très engageante, elle était souvent assez occupée par rapport à sa taille et il n’y avait qu’environ cinq transats. Pour un établissement de cette capacité, cela m’a semblé vraiment insuffisant.

The accommodation itself was beautiful and in a nice location.

Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was quite disappointing, as they were not friendly. There was also an issue when we paid for our stay by card. We were not asked whether we wanted to be charged in Colombian pesos or euros. The staff member simply selected euros, which resulted in us paying around €20 more due to the exchange rate. When we pointed this out, she insisted that it was not her responsibility and that paying in euros was always an option. We would have appreciated being informed and given the choice beforehand. Another thing we found disappointing was the breakfast. Each guest is limited to one plate of breakfast, and if you want anything additional, you have to pay extra.

Das Hostel ist sehr nice, mit Pool, Jacuzzii, Hängematten, Fireplace und einer Bar. Die abendlichen Aktivitäten machten es einfach, neue Reisende kennenzulernen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen.

Die Betten sind einfach. Aber ok. Ein bisschen mehr Licht wäre gut.

Simplemente magnífico, un recuerdo inolvidable, el entorno espectacular y las instalaciones acompañaban al mismo nivel, el personal magnífico, y el mejor recuerdo nos lo llevamos con Luna, una perrita callejera que tenían ellos adoptada, nos acompañó a todos lados desde el primer día , y cuando digo a todos lados a todos lados, al pueblo, al río jajaj, nos alegraba el día y espero que nosotros a ella también, ojalá tengáis la oportunidad de conocerla si lo visitáis ❤️❤️❤️

Tuvimos un par de problemas con el agua caliente en la primera habitación el primer día pero lo compensaron y solucionaron rápido, personal de 10

El hecho que es lo mejor de los dos mundos entre hotel y hostel. El staff es súper querido y servicial. En las noches hacen actividades con los huéspedes interactivas. Las vistas de las habitaciones al río son hermosas. Es ideal para los que tienen más presupuesto pero al mismo tiempo para los que quieren solo pagar por su cama en habitaciones compartida. Súper chévere y recomendado!

La posizione direttamente sul fiume, il bagno all'aperto, la vista dalla camera, la colazione e il cibo al bar. Per chi ha voglia di compagnia e di divertimento, lo staff si presta a serate ed eventi cosa non ti è piaciuto in realtà niente. Bisogna solo tener conto che essendo direttamente sul fiume c'è molta umidità

La location è il punto forte dell'albergo, in quanto è sommersa dalla natura. 10 minuti a piedi e si arriva nella via principale di Minca. Lo staff è molto coinvolgente e organizza sempre diverse attività.

Non tutti gli ambienti comuni erano tenuti bene: la piscina era sporca. Migliorabile la proposta della colazione.

We've felt like the spaces weren't much taken care of. For us the room on the river was too uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. No space for luggage, insects everywhere anytime, even if you pay attention to not bringing food into the room. The bed was super small and the mosquito net smelled like sweat of previous guests. Very little water flow in the bathroom. Obviously the sound of the river is very intense but the windows could have been made more isolating and a curtain would be nice to reduce light in the morning. We knew it would have been a wild experience but it was too much. Probably we were unlucky with the room choice. Also only one poor breakfast choice. On the last night we had dinner at the hostel and I had a strong food poisoning in the night probably because of chicken not cooked well enough.

Amazing location, great views, nice activity program. Good pool and lounge area. Close walk to town. Definitely recommend!

No AC in the private rooms. Which would be fine because they have a ventilator but because of the mosquito net you could not feel any of it. Also the bed was very small in my opinion, but i am 1.80. so maybe its just that. Even tho ive had bigger beds in latin America

It’s not that clear on Booking but this place is a hostel, as an FYI! We did like that there was a great common space with lots of games for rainy days, friendly staff with evening activities, the food and drinks were good and reasonably priced in the restaurant, and it was a good location only 10 min walk from the town.

I wouldn’t recommend the wooden hut rooms down by the river - they are really damp and smell humid, because you can’t open doors for insects etc. the bed is really small and quite uncomfortable and the noise of the river is really loud! I think staying in the higher up rooms with a view would be better choice.

En enclave es maravilloso en plena naturaleza

Ruidoso,lo que puede ser bucolico al principio(el rio)puede acabar siendo un molesto en dias de mucha lluvia(como en nuestro caso).una lavadita con lejia a las toallas(o incluso comprar nuevas)no estaria mal porque dan un poco de grima…el suelo de la habitacion esta totalmente abierto(las tablas que forman el suelo no tienen cerramiento,no esta aislado,sino,directamente sobre el suelo)asi que por mucho que tengas cuidado con la puerta,los mosquitos(y demas insectos)suben por el suelo…no digo mas! El desayuno deja bastante que desear,sin mucha opcion que un plato de huevos con fruta y arepas o pancakes…si no te gustan los huevos,no hay opcion a otra proteina… La piscina…sin comentarios,la meto en el mismo saco que las toallas…una capa de grasa sobre el agua…podrian limpiarla de vez en cuando Lo mejor sin duda,EL PERSONAL,atento,cqriñoso,simpatico!un 10!

Die Unterkunft war nah an den Bekannten Marinka Wasserfällen ( ca. 1,5h ) sowie nah an den Oídos de Mundo (30 min). Fernando war der einzig nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

- Matratze ist schlecht gewesen, habe Rückenschmerzen bekommen - Frühstück ist sehr wenig - Als wir ankamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass unser Bett extrem dreckig ist. Überall lagen Haare und es kam so rüber, als ob nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Der Mitarbeiter hat dann nur das Spannbetttuch auf der Matratze gewechselt, die Bezüge von unseren Kissen und der Decke jedoch nicht. - Die Dusche war ebenfalls nicht sauber. - Das Bett ist extrem klein (1,65cm und meine Füße waren außerhalb des Bettes) Ich würde diese Unterkunft niemanden empfehlen & weshalb sie so eine gute Bewertung hat kann nicht nachvollzogen werden!

Location e struttura carina sopra Minca, affacciata sul fiume. Era tutto ben attrezzato e il personale molto disponibile e accogliente, organizzano anche varie attività - mood social un po' stile ostello, divertente.

La camera era carina con balconcino affacciato sul fiume, un po' piccola forse per passarci più di una notte. Durante la notte poi si sentivano degli strani rumori di animali, come se fossero in camera ma non siamo ben riusciti a capire e di conseguenza non abbiamo dormito molo bene. Chiaro che essendo in mezzo alla natura si puó mettere in conto.

Fréquentes coupures d’électricité Piscine pas très propre

De locatie is prachtig en 10-15 minuten lopen vanuit Minca. Het eten in het restaurant is erg goed voor een redelijke prijs. Er zijn diverse plekken om te zitten en ontspannen. Hou er rekening mee dat het een hostel is en er in de avond tijdens dinertijd karaoke’s worden gehouden (luidruchtig dus)

Ik had bewust een privekamet ivm de privebadkamer geboekt maar de douche was defect. Er was alleen ijskoud of gloeiend heet water. Dat zou s’ochtends gerepareerd worden maar niemand kwam. Ook was er niet goed schoongemaakt. Als je Europese prijzen vraagt voor een kamer (3x zo duur dan gemiddeld in Colombia) dan mag je ook wat verwachten. Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteit niet in verhouding. Het is een gehypte plek waardoor men niet meer genoeg aandacht lijkt te hebben voor de kwaliteit. Het zwembad ziet er prachtig uit op de foto’s maar heeft onderhoud nodig. We kregen 40.000 cop korting voor het ongemak op een kamer van 300.000 (+200.000 aan eten) waar we niet hebben kunnen douchen. Dat vond ik ook niet in verhouding staan.

Struttura bellissima e tenuta benissimo. Staff fatto di ragazzi giovani che sanno intrattenere far fare conoscenza tra gli ospiti ed includerli nelle varie attività senza risultare invadenti. Ogni sera organizzano qualche attività per gli ospiti gratuitamente

Le logement en mode cabane duplex était vraiment sympa, ce n’est pas aussi confortable qu’un logement traditionnel mais ça fait largement l’affaire pour un séjour de quelques jours. Les espaces sont communs sont trop bien, la piscine incroyable même si elle semble usée et pas remplie au maximum (à débordement à la base je pense). Le bar est vraiment bien placé et sympa, il y’a des happy hours sur des softs, ce qui est vraiment appréciable lorsque l’on ne boit pas d’alcool. Des filets donnant sur la forêt et la rivière, un accès à la rivière privé et des activités et jeux de société disponible 😀 Le personnel est super gentil et arrangeant, nous avons dû arriver en retard à cause de la pluie pour le petit déjeuner et le gérant du bar a accepté de nous le servir tout de même ! Merci beaucoup pour ça !

Si vous cherchez du calme en soirée, sachez qu’il y a souvent des activités au bar donc de l’ambiance de 18 à 22h.

El sitio es precioso justo al lado del río. Los voluntarios que trabajan se implican mucho e intentan crear un buen ambiente (organizan actividades gratis como salsa, yoga, karaoke...). Si lo que buscas es ambiente juvenil y de hostal, es tu sitio.

Está ubicado a más de 10min a pie del pueblo, no llegan taxi (como mucho motos). La mosquitera de la habitación es demasiado grande, entran todos los mosquitos. Mejoraría la comunicación del personal de recepción con los clientes, tuvimos algún malentendido que se acabó resolviendo.

Quel bonheur de se détendre dans cette magnifique piscine après une longue randonnée. La vue est magnifique et le personnel très agréable

La zona ristorante è molto bella.

La camera era decisamente peggiore di quello che ci aspettavamo, il bagno era pieno di muffa, la finestra tutta rotta. La stanza molto calda senza aria condizionata è stato difficile dormirci perchè ad Agosto la sera fa comunque caldo. Il personale è stato gentile e ci ha fatto un upgrade, ma comumque per quello che paghi non ne vale la pena. Le zanzariere sono bucate quindi durante la notte sei divorato dagli insetti. La posizione è scomoda e la vista non ripaga per niente. La piscina è piccola e ci sono 4 lettini in totale. Nessuno parla inglese e non c’è l’acqua calda come da nessuna parte nella zona.

La chambre double privée vue sur rivière était trop petite, sans table de chevet ni lampe de chevet. La salle de bain minuscule. L'état de propreté était moyen. Les rideaux ne ferment pas sur la totalité des très nombreuses vitres, et le jardin est éclairé la nuit. Donc impossible de faire le noir complet a n'importe quelle heure. Petit déjeuner très basique et servi lentement.

We hadden een van de duurdere kamers in het verblijf geboekt maar de hygiëne was ondermaats: er liepen ratten rond op onze kamer! Ook de stroom viel regelmatig uit zodat we 's nachts geen airco hadden in zeer warme temperaturen. Daarnaast was de internetverbinding zeer instabiel. Het water in het zwembad was ook smerig.

Good sleep with comfy beds. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond each night with bonfires, Karaoke, quizzes. Food and drinks are cheap and they have happy hour every day. Amazing vibe and felt very relaxing - best place we have stayed so far in colombia. They also have a cheap laundry service which was quick and handy! Breakfast is also lovely especially the hot chocolate

cold shower :( and the power cut out at night but didn’t effect us much

I loved the staff, especially Isabella and the manager went out of their way to make us happy. They were attentive and friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Also there’s food in the restaurant was suuuuuper nice!! I tried a lot and everything I ordered was perfect! Cheers to the kitchen!

I stayed in the dorm first and then changed to a private. Cannot recommend the dorms. The dorms are below the bar, which can get quite loud. The floor of the mixed dorm is not sealed well, which makes ants come in. I had a few in my bad and the mosquito nets had holes in it. There’s no carpet in the bathroom so the dorms get wet and super slippery. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. It was very dirty down there. The private was beautiful though. The view was nice and the rooms were spacious.

Super emplacement avec vue sur la rivière. La piscine est top. Les cours de yoga devant la rivière sont un plus. Merci à Bety de nous avons donner des conseils pendant notre séjour. Nous avons eut deux chambre, celle avec la vue sur la montagne et la douche extérieure était top et dans un parfait état. La deuxième se trouvait dans le bâtiment principal et avait besoin d'un rafraîchissement surtout les menuiseries en bois

Le rapport qualité prix sur les boissons est à revoir de même que la nourriture, il vaut mieux aller dans Minca.

La habitacion en la que me hospede no tenia wifi, me tocaba ir constantemente a recepcion para poder descargar o enviar mensajes, la habitacion deja mucho que desear, ya que en la que me quede no tenia aire, y el ventilador era de techo, el problema es que solo tenia una velocidad, era demasiado incomodo dormir, les faltan mas actividades de integracion

Complexe d'hébergement très agréable, en bord de rivière au calme. tout était parfait, restaurant piscine, activités en petit groupe. un grand merci a Nena pour ses activités danse le soir, merci a Dana pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils sur les fruits, merci pour le cours de yoga très sympa du matin, merci toute l'équipe très sympa.

Está a 10min andando del pueblo, fácil de hacer andando. La cama cómoda con mosquitera. Hay lockers individuales. La mayoría del personal fue muy atento. La limpieza y cuidado de espacios comunes es excelente.

El dormitorio compartido mixto está justo debajo de la zona de restaurante y actividades sociales, por lo que se escucha mucho la música y las sillas. La habitación era tremendamente húmeda. La zona del baño está un poco descuidado en cuanto a limpieza. Una de las personas en recepción parece que le molestan las preguntas, no invita mucho a resolver dudas con su actitud.

Ganz nettes Hostel mit vielen jungen Leuten. Personal spricht Englisch und gibt Unterstützung bei den Wanderungen.

Sehr einfache Ausstattung. Keine Klimaanlage, nur Deckenventilator. Die fünf Sterne haben mich etwas sehr irritiert. Ich würde drei Sterne vergeben.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bergblick. Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war schön. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist mit Spielen ausgestattet. Es herrscht eine entspannte Hostel-Atmosphäre (inkl. Abendprogramm wie Beerpong etc.), wenn man danach sucht ist man hier richtig.

Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers war nicht optimal (fremde Haare im Bad, schmutziger Ventilator, Ameisenstraße auf dem Balkon, keine Seife im Bad), das Bett war deutlich zu kurz für Personen über 1,70 cm, sodass wir in der Kombination mit der Hitze nur schlecht geschlafen haben (keine Klimaanlage). Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur, sah aber ziemlich trüb aus und das Frühstck war eintönig und relativ wenig. Für ein günstiges Hostel wäre das alles völlig ausreichend, für den Preis hatten wir allerdings deutlich mehr erwartet.

The location, amenities like a pool, restaurant, hammocks, dance lessons, and morning yoga classes are excellent. The place is also very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is wonderful and always willing to help.

The dorms were very basic. When I arrived the room smelt bad but this was cleaned the next day.

Localisation très proche du centre de Minca à pied. La piscine était très agréable avec une superbe vue. Mention spécial au personnel (et tout particulièrement Betty) qui organise des activités tous les jours (yoga, cours de salsa…) et qui sont toujours présents pour nous conseiller pour notre voyage. Petit plus : présence d’une source d’eau portable, bien pratique

Great location on the river. Helpful staff who told me about a shortcut across the river to get to town. Breakfast made to order. Lush tropical setting. Nice little gym set up with wooden weights! Lots of activities planned daily by staff for anyone who wants to join.

Use bottled water to brush your teeth! Jungle sink water is not drinkable.

Zwembad was erg vies, stilstaand water wat niet zichtbaar schoon gemaakt wordt. We hadden de duurste kamer met airco, maar was van binnen erg vies en achterstallig onderhoud. Sommige personeelsleden (niet allen) waren erg nonchalant en niet vriendelijk, zo kregen we weinig informatie bij check-in. 2 van de 3 nachten hadden we uren stroomuitval dus ook geen airco. Als kers op de taart voedselvergiftiging opgelopen door het eten van pasta carbonara, begin er niet aan! Daarnaast erg duur voor wat je er voor krijgt.

Goede locatie, toch mooi in de bergen en via short route in 12 minuten in dorpje Minca. Fijn personeel, meeste spreken ook prima Engels. Het eten is echt geweldig en niet duur. Wij hebben daarom iedere avond daar gegeten. Leuke sfeer, lekkere hangmatten, ping pong tafel, fijn zwembad, netten om te zonnen en er liggen veel spelletjes om te spelen. Echt een aanrader.

De Electra viel een paar x uit alleen daar kan het verblijf niets aan doen.

Excelente ambiente, hotel cerca del río, lleno de actividades para hacer gracias al personal. Tiene un bar con muy buena comida.

Beautiful surroundings and views, nice restaurant, friendly staff, quiet and private, pleasant 10 minute walk to the center of town. There’s a social vibe with yoga and other activities.

My room had wooden floors with spaces between the panels that allowed many bugs to get in even if I kept the windows closed. Occasionally I heard dogs barking in the area at night, maybe across the river but it’s close enough.
