Taras jest bardzo zużyty, w deskach są dziury i wystające śruby. Zgłaszaliśmy to, ale nikt się nie zainteresował śrubami. Pilot od telewizora nie działał (nie wina baterii) i kazali nam włączać guzikami na telewizorze

Room and bathroom was lovely, and clean. Nice balcony. Layout of the property was peaceful along the river. Great breakfast area. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff.

Pool was very small. WiFi came and went and was unstable. Would be nice to have a refreshment spot or time of day to relax with other guests.

Det var dessverre ikke varmt vann. Basseng ubrukelig, men vi fikk lov å bruke basseng til nabo hotel, hvor vi overnatte 2 første netter.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans le village, avec un accès agréable à la rivière. Il a clairement du potentiel et l’emplacement est un vrai atout.

À notre arrivée, l’hôtel n’avait plus d’eau et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée (même pas des seaux pour se doucher ou utiliser les toilettes). L’établissement est resté sans eau jusqu’au lendemain en fin de matinée. Il n’y a pas de vraie réception sur place, il faut contacter celle de Santa Marta pour obtenir des réponses. La chambre était petite, bien plus que sur les photos, le lit peu confortable et les équipements globalement vieillissants (piscine hors sol, espaces communs, chambres). Nous avons finalement été remboursés de la première nuit, mais après plusieurs démarches. C’est dommage, car plusieurs commentaires signalent déjà ces problèmes qui semblent peu pris en compte.

It was away from the town but still close enough to walk. We had a solo cabana which was nice with a good view of mountains. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful.

Bathroom was small. Floors were not air tight so bugs could climb through. Pool was not as pictured- a little green. Needs daily cleaning. Not boutique.

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. La piscine est appréciable. Même si c'est à 10-15 mn de marche du village de Minca des hôtels autour ont des restaurants donc il est possible de manger le soir sans retourner dans le village.

Very clean, big bathroom and beautiful balcony where you can hear the river. Free breakfast was great, and everything was super clean.

Mosquito net over the bed could be upgraded as it kept slipping and difficult to position and remain in in place, and also WiFi didn’t extend into the bedrooms.

Beautiful hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Rooms clean and amazing views. Pool area was great to use and relax. 10 minute walk from town.

The concept of the cabins.

The cabin had gaps in the floor where lots of animals come in (A LOT), and at night even worse. Mold in the bathroom, (at least paint it) there was a piece of roof coming off and a rat can get thru the big hole. A/C wouldn’t cool because of the gaps. No restaurant or bar, the pool is plastic and dirty and nowhere to sit. If you’re not in good shape you won’t be able to get to the pool or your room. I left, I couldn’t sleep with spiders. I didn’t read the reviews, my fault, I lost my money, but all of them mention the gaps on the floor. Terrible, it could be fix so easy cause there is potential, they just don’t care. $80 a night is outrageous for this place.

La douche tombe en morceau. Je n’ai pas pu prendre une douche les 3 jours où j’ai été la. Et il n’y a que de l’eau froide.

Location with shortcuts to Minca pueblo, quite an easy walk. Right next door is a more popular hostel/hotel called costeño so staying at Sweet Harmony has the advantage of being more quite and relaxed while easily accessing the restaurant and amenities of Costeño. Our room was called Curcuma, it was lovely with a great view and good privacy. A/C was ok and the bed was clean. Towels had some stains, bit I didnt mind much. Breakfast was nice and simple. Staff - we only saw two ladies - are nice and friendly but the actual manangement is based in Santa Marta and accesible via whatsapp so dont expect attentive reception with tips & recommendations and suggestions for activities. This is a nice & clean and quiet accomodation. That’s it. If you expect a “hotel” with more amenities, reception with an infrmation desk etc. this is not for you. I personally enjoyed the quiet and loved the calm and peace and enjpyed the walks to town. The sccess to the river from thd garden is reallh nice.

Bathroom was way too small. I am a small and short woman, But even I would hit the wall or the shower curtain - which was moldy - when I needed to bend to get a shampoo / soap - also because there was no shelf of something to put shampoo on! I really was uncomfortable with the small, moldy, and uncomfortable shower. I spent as little time there as possible. The water pressure was good but the showerhead needs maintenance or replacement, since the water went everywhere except on your head!

Mooie kamer, mooi terras. Mooi uitzicht, leuk zwembadje en je kunt badderen in de rivier. Ok ontbijt. Locatie prima, een minuut of 10 lopen uit het centrum.

Eau chaude difficile à arriver, certaines taches sur les rideaux et des insectes pouvait entrer car le sol est en bois avec des espaces ce que nous n’avions pas vu.

La vista es inigualable, el desayuno estuvo delicioso. Los servicios de restaurantes cercanos son muy buenos.

Las condiciones de las habitaciones no son iguales a las fotografías de la página, se denota falta de mantenimiento.

La salle de bain a besoin de beaucoup d’amour. Malheureusement la douche n’est pas du tout adéquate et il y a de la moisissure accumulée. La toilette bouge d’un bord et de l’autre.

Es un lugar que promete tranquilidad y justo al lado de la habitación había una construcción que iniciaba trabajos desde las 6 am , así mismo en su publicidad muestra una piscina y un jacuzzi que no estaban en funcionamiento debido al no mantenimiento de las mismas

The experience did not live up to expectations given the price paid. The suite was not as shown in the photos and was not as comfortable as one would expect for that category. Overall, the rooms lack attention to detail, and many elements feel poorly finished, including doors, furniture, and general fittings. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to another hotel that hosts parties at night, which results in significant noise and makes it difficult to rest. This is an important point to consider if you are looking for a quiet stay.

En la publicidad que pague no fue claro la habitación que estaba pagando ; cuando llegó me encontró que lo que deseaba no erd por tal razón soñaba con una mejor vista y desde la habitación que me tocaba no pude disfrutar

Es un lugar muy tranquilo ideal para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza.

Algunos elementos de la habitación no se encuentran en las mejores condiciones. Toallas rotas, los controles no funcionan. Deben renovar muchos elementos.

Perfect location, great views, good breakfast. Best place to stay if you want to be close to town but away from the noise. It’s also on the river which is nice.

Personal extrem lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Netter Ausblick bei den Zimmern/Terrasse.

Zimmer wie auf den Fotos, aber mittlerweile ziemlich abgenutzt. Der Mückenschutz übern Bett wäre mal dringend zu waschen, teilweise richtige Löcher auf der Terrasse und die Köpfe der Nägel steht heraus. Pool so lala. Am Hostel nebenan war es am Abend ziemlich laut, aber meist nur bis 22.00h.

We spent only one night but we really loved it. They have this beautiful little bungalows overlooking the sierra and you can go swim in the river down the hill. It is located 10min from the centre far from the noise. It's very peaceful and the breakfast is delicious.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is hot and perfect. Breakfast is included, and there is access to both the pool and the river. It’s really great.

The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. You won’t be able to reply to your messages from your room; you’ll need to go to the reception area. The hotel is a 9-minute walk from town. If you don’t like walking, it’s not ideal, but it does offer some tranquility. We thought we would be able to rest, but there were renovations at the neighboring property starting at 7 a.m., making it impossible to sleep in.

Wspaniale miejsce, można naprawdę odpocząć. Pokoje czyste, wygodne materace. Wszystko dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Dobre śniadania. Lokalizacja jest idealna. Wydłużyliśmy nasz pobyt o jedną noc, bo czuliśmy się wspaniale

Superbe séjour de 3 jours à Minca. Depuis notre balcon nous avions la vue sur la forêt et sur le ruisseau (torrent) qui coule en contrebas, accessible depuis l'hotel avec possibilité de s'y baigner. Personnel très accueillant et de bon conseil. Plein d'activités à faire tout autour (bird watching à pied depuis la ville tôt le matin, visite de finca cacao ou café, randonnées plus ou moins ardues). Tout peut se faire directement à pied ou sinon faites vous conduire sur les chemins par une moto.

L'hotel (comme beaucoup à Minca) est en dehors de la ville (pas loin mais ça grimpe et ce sont tout de suite des sentiers). Il y a moyen d'être en max 10' au centre malgré tout. Mais le soir il fait nuit à 6h et donc il faut commander à manger. C'est faisable, il y a tous les menus des restos à l'accueil et le personnel vous aide et conseille. Le ruisseau en bas cascade toute la nuit et c'est bruyant (pas désagréable mais bruyant - prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille).

Boek dit hotel voor de omgeving en het uitzicht! Achter het hotel ligt een prachtige waterval, mooier dan Pozo Azul. Het ligt op 10min lopen uit het centrum. Goed te doen maar in de avond w donker en met honden. De cabin heeft een mooi uitzicht over de jungle.

We boekten een kamer en kwamen erachter dat het bed van 1.60m te kort was. We mochten omruilen voor een cabin die ook gelijk airco heeft. Er is geen klamboe en de planken in de vloer hebben gaten waardoor beestjes naar binnen kunnen komen. Met je eigen klamboe kan je goed slapen.

I love the location and that the rooms look out to the mountains. There is incredible bird life here and the sound of the rushing river is heard all over the property.

The bathroom is somewhat dated and the shower doors were broken and the shower curtain needed to be changed.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und der direkte Zugang zum Fluss sind ein absolutes Plus. Die Wohnung ist nah genug am Ort, aber trotzdem weit genug entfernt, um den Verkehrslärm zu entgehen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön, aber man muss bedenken, dass der Fluss sehr laut ist. Eine fand es romantisch, einer nachts zu laut, um zu schlafen. Es gibt ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett, um nachts den Moskitos zu entfliehen.

Es ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, könnte aber durchaus Scham haben. Was uns beim Aufenthalt nicht gefallen hat, war die Baustelle nebenan. Weder positiv noch negativ, sondern eine Information: der Transport mit Koffern für die etwa 1000 m kostet 30.000 Pesos.

La vista era increíble, el equipo fue muy cálido y todo salió perfectamente. Recomiendo este lugar sin ninguna duda, fue una experiencia excelente.

Las amenidades, qué horror!! Las piscina solo estaba disponible hasta las 7pm y no tenía iluminación, todo estaba oscuro en esa área porque se había dañado las iluminarías y nadie podría arreglarlas, además la apertura de la piscina era a las 10am porque el encargado llegas a las 9pm para limpieza y eran las 10am y nunca llegó, super sucia la piscina al dia siguiente. No se tenía un espacio para socializar, para tomar alguna bebida o para comer, dejan la opción de ir los otros hoteles, que tienen mejor amenidades. Las toallas de las habitaciones están desgastadas, se ven que les han dado bastante uso. Simplemente no volvería a ir.

1. No hay una recepción, es una mesa 1. La que atiende la reserva es la señora del aseo que con gorro y olor a cloro te toma los datos. 3. Ni un tinto hay disponible. 4. Las paredes del baño sucias. 5. No hay ninguna seguridad, la todera se va y los huéspedes quedan solos. 6. El restaurante está cerrado, por ende toca buscar a domicilio desde el pueblo. 7. La piscina es miniatura y el acceso a ella muy peligroso. 8. Le falta inversion en las instalaciones

Location next to river and 10 minute walk from Minca town. The room was good. Airco worked well. Hot water took a while, bath room could use an upgrade, but it all worked out well. Staff Marialena being the one-woman-band was perfect, nice, and made us a great breakfasts incl fruits and with good coffee/tea. We realised we are in a back pack town and quality is accordingly. Nature is beautifull all around. The drive up the hill in Minca by normal car is possible but you need to do so slowly. Can certainly recommend for 2-3 days in combo with local hike/coffee/chocolate and bird watching tours ... Minca as a town has a great atmosphere, cultural mix of restaurants and very friendly people!!

The musquitos :-) but hey we were there during rain season so all as expected.

Despite paying for a “suite with balcony” the rooms were tiny, small hard double bed, tiny and basic bathroom, gaps everywhere to let the mosquitos in, no lunch or dinner service as we were the only guests

El enclave donde se encuentra es inmejorable: las vistas a las montañas y el sonido del río lo convierten en un lugar especial. Está a menos de 10 minutos caminando del pueblo, por un camino muy agradable. El personal, además, es muy atento y siempre disponible para todo lo que necesitábamos.

Beautiful location in nature, very friendly and helpfull staff and great breakfast

Located at a secluded area, quiet, comfortable and well maintained. This ecological hotel offers a unique view to the river, at night only the sound of the river is heard and nothing else. The premises are impeccable clean and it has a swimming pool besides the magnificent view of the river. The hostess Maria Helena is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about almost everything. She took care of every little detail making us feel at home. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but next to it there’s a restaurant with bar and beautiful surroundings. The food there is extraordinary with a very relaxing atmosphere with friendly stuff and exquisite affordable prices. Maria Helena helped us with an issue we encountered that quickly was resolved. We were able to talk to the administrator and they were very nice and patient with us since we were the ones who created a misunderstanding. The breakfast is included and the next day, two ladies took good care of our morning meal, they were also friendly and polite. Maria Helena took care of our transportation since we had to leave early in the morning to the airport. We arrived a little early for our check in but this young man let us in even if there wasn’t time for us. He was very polite that even he carried my wife’s luggage to the reception desk. We were offered fresh coffee during the check in and that was a great gesture from them. The room had a super sized bathroom and equipped with all the needs, clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The two beds had mosquito nets and clean sheets and soft comfortable pillows. We hanged out in this beautiful balcony with two chairs and a small nice table where we had our drinks at night. Good for the price, and very importantly quiet and pleasant to stay in. Highly recommend!!!! If i ever want to go back to Minca, i would definitely choose this hotel again!!!, thank you Maria Helena, you are such a sweet lady with great hospitality and good service!!.

The only downside of this place is that it doesn’t have a restaurant, other than that, everything was perfect.

Ein sehr angenehmer Ort, an das Rauschen des Flusses muss man sich gewöhnen. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Es gab Moskitoschutz über den Betten, diese müssten unbedingt gewaschen werden. Die Handtücher haben leider auch nicht so frisch gerochen. Den Pool hatten wir uns grösser vorgestellt.

Creo que sí bien el lugar es muy bonito y tiene acceso al rio, el valor en relación a lo que se ofrece está sobrevalorado.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk! Verder heb je hier een mooi uitzicht en ben je snel bij de rivier om via daar ook naar Minca te lopen. Het personeel dacht goed met ons mee bij eventuele vragen. Bij de receptie kan je koffie pakken en er is ook een boekenkastje c.q. ruilbieb.

Tijdens ons verblijf kon je hier niet terecht voor lunch en diner, wel kan je eten laten bezorgen door de restaurants in het dorp. Er was een paar keer een stroomstoring, daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar beperkt wel je mogelijkheden. Houdt er rekening mee dat niet elke taxi hier in de regen kan voorrijden; dan ben je op motortaxi's aangewezen.

Amazing setting, high up in the jungle. Breakfast both mornings was nice. Friendly staff.

Pool and jacuzzi were filthy and unusable. On arrival, all doors and windows of bedrooms were wide open, and the rooms were full of mosquitos. Thankfully, there were nets for sleeping in.
