Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, a decent size private hot spring tub and there's also a big tub in the room. The staff were polite. There are at least 3 or 4 restaurants close to the hotel, a 7-11 and more restaurants if you walk a little farther. Uber is also an option.
The jet on the hot spring tub outside the room just suddenly turned on and seemed to have a wiring issue.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026設備は新しく無いが清潔で気持ち良く過ごせた。スタッフの女性は英語と日本語が少し話せて、とても親切だった。若い男性スタッフも翌日の台北のレストランの予約を手伝ってくれた。最終日にはバスセンターまで送ってくれて助かった。（スタッフの女性のお父様でオーナーらしい）温泉公園を少し登っていくので繁華街から少し離れているが落ちた雰囲気のエリアで好みだった。気持ちもお財布にも優しいとても良い滞在だった。

Reviewed May 18, 2026We took the room with the private hotspring and outdoor shower. Everything was super clean and comfortable! We slept very well, and enjoyed a good hotspring and walked to most places (otherwise uber is fast available). It is close to the forest park and thermal bath where you can just sit and enjoy the calm vibe! Staff speaks good english and is super helpful, respecting your space and being available. Highly recommend and would come again!

本人有蠶豆症 入住時未告知房間有使用樟腦丸 檢查後發現樟腦丸掛在天花板夾層 房間單張表示櫃檯的服務至23:00 並未告知有值班人員、若有問題仍可撥打電話 晚間也不知道該怎麼辦 故晚上不曉得該睡還是不該睡 提心吊膽 只好把窗戶打開通風

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Rare place where it's so big it takes time to walk from one end of the room to the other end, and we didn't even stay in the bigger villas! It's comfortable and feels like a resort even though it's just a room. Staff is very friendly and will let you know everything from the room to the local area. You can stay in the place all day or have a short walk into town for food. Breakfast is different to most places where you can order in western food. Overall the place is good value for money if compared to neighbouring places.
Ventilation for the hot spring bath area could be better for the single rooms, have a vent so it's easier on the guest and better for the facilities to avoid damp damage. Cold water in the pipes does take a long time to flow out first, staff tells you so no surprises, but we felt bad for wasting a lot of water. And for a place with hot spring and bathing as a theme, a few convenient places to hang towels to dry in the room could be helpful.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025我們租了三間房，獨棟四人房外有園林造景，豪華美觀。其餘房型均寬敞、乾淨，床與棉被也輕軟舒適。另有大而舒服具天窗的房內私人溫泉池，惟窗外沒有遮蔽，無法開窗邊泡裸湯，邊享受窗外綠意陽光，有點可惜。
其中209雙床三人房，房間大，但只有浴室有一個垃圾桶，有些不便。另外，208-209 那棟大門口鞋櫃較小、高筒球鞋放不進去，開關聲大。
