Reviewed Sep 14, 2026環境很棒！感謝櫃檯人員的服務... 點心吧有飲料、小餅乾+冰棒可以免費使用，小朋友很開心... 頂樓的戲水池不錯，小朋友玩的很開心，天氣好還可以看到龜山島！ 早餐種類雖然不多，但都很好吃~ 現場的工作人員服務很棒！ 下次有來礁溪玩，還是會再訂這間！
房間冷氣有點霉味，可能冷氣濾網要清洗一下了！ 頂樓戲水池好玩，但現場沒有更衣室或廁所，有點不方便~變成上廁所還要跑回房間！ 小朋友玩完後無法現場更換衣服，需要毛巾包好包滿回房間，不然一出電梯後溫差很大，很容易感冒！

客滿的狀況下，早餐需要等一下才能入場，也許可以事先調查一下時段來分流。

Reviewed May 8, 2026這次住房體驗最感到詫異的是，浴室的冷水，開著開著竟然還是熱的，且溫度還不低，同行的小朋友不是很能接受沐浴的溫度，浴缸即便整缸用冷水出水口的水，溫度還是很高(對於不耐熱的小朋友而言)，整體來說這個是蠻扣分的，當下沒有直接反應是覺得可能本身設計就是這樣，但是覺得連淋浴的冷水出水口與浴缸的出水口似乎是同一管路(可能是降溫的溫泉?)，總之那晚小朋友洗澡洗的是蠻痛苦的。 早餐個人覺得，沒有什麼太令我記憶深刻的餐點，就與一般飯店的早餐相同，中式稀飯、麵包、沙拉、豆漿、牛奶、水果等等。 24Hr的點心提供一些簡單的餅乾、水果、豆奶飲料還有咖啡及小朋友很愛的冰棒，雖然是些簡單的東西，但是這部分的確是加分的，畢竟也是要商品成本及維護成本的。 入住前原本是想要步行到溫泉夜市，但飯店座落地點距離步行大概需要30分鐘左右，後來還是放棄了，畢竟玩了一整天晚上還要花來回一個小時走路真的也是蠻累的。
