Not very comfortable.

The apartment is near the airport and easily reachable with public transport. The accomodation is located near the city center although a ride by bike or public transport is needed. There is free usage of the washing machine. The room was clean and luagge storage was available before checking in.

Mold in the shower, the kitchen was a bit chaotic and not really clean (pots and kettle had stains, our host was so kind to take care of it), very little space to hang up the laundry, there should be a laundry rack but we did not find it, the soap was empty when we arrived but they filled it up very fast after we told them and also cleaned the kitchen.

Los baños no estaban muy limpios y era un tercero sin ascensor.

Lugar acogedor, habitación limpia y baño también. Cama cómoda. Zona tranquila. Hemos estado solo una noche de paso, pero pareció agradable. Personal muy disponible (por teléfono) y atento. Instrucciones para el check in y check out sencillas y claras.

No entendí que la habitación era con baño compartido, y había otras 4 habitaciones por lo menos. Hay dos baños y el que usé estaba muy limpio. Pero casi 70€ la noche por una cama y compartir casa con otras 4 o 5 habitaciones más, me parece muy excesivo.

The facility is in a noisy but very lively and well-connected part of Lisbon. If you want to feel a bit like living rather than just visiting, this is a good place. The accommodation is an apartment with four rooms and two bathrooms, a charming, spacious living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are clean. In one, it wasn´t possible to lock the door, but otherwise I always had access to a bathroom when I needed it. There are many supermarkets around, and a beautiful park, which was a lifesaver in the heat and the very heavy traffic in the area. I chose it because it was within walking distance of where I had meetings. Communication with the owner was good. The room was clean with a nice view of a beautiful street.

My room was small; if you have a lot of luggage, it won´t fit in there. If I wanted to reach the window, I had to walk sideways. Also, in bathrooms, there is no place to put your stuff. I din´t quite understand the towels policy. I found one towel when I arrived, but I expected two (one for the face, one for the body and hands). However, I came across the cleaning staff a couple of times, and they always gave me fresh towels. I didn´t mind climbing three floors, but I realized when I got there that I hadn't noticed that this would be necessary when booking.

Sehr gut ausgestattet

War ziemlich Heiss in der Wohnung. Für dijenigen die schlecht zu Fuss sind eher nicht geeignet, weil Wohnung im dritten Stock ohne Lift.

In der Nähe des Flughafens

Wir wussten vorher nicht, dass wir das Appartement mit anderen Leuten teilen müssen, auch das Badezimmer! Es ist ein ständiges kommen und gehen.

Troppi codici per entrare , portone , porta arrivati al piano e codice porta per camera, se dimentichi il telefono quando si va in bagno non si sa chi chiamare , star inesistente e camera piccola e caldissima !

Locația este una destul de bună, apartamentul ușor de accesat și este o locație utilă în special dacă ai o escală în Lisabona, pentru un city break nu cred ca ar fi neapărat foarte confortabil fiind un spațiu pe care îl împarți cu alte 4/5 apartamente

Fiind la ultimul etaj căldura se resimte foarte puternic acele ventilatoare nefăcând față cum are face un AC.

Terzo piano. Letto troppo piccolo per una coppia. Dimensioni risicate della camera. Bagno non privato. Arredo poco funzionale.

The host, Lara, was great. I guess it is not easy for a host to take so well care of people that you don't meet personally, but Lara did - in a very warmhearted way. The house was very clean and in a tranquil part of Lisboa. I recommend.

Top floor baking hot at night, if you decide to open windows you’ll hear the garbage truck emptying the bins at 1am, good luck falling asleep, 11pm-5am the jets landing at LIS wont overfly your head, at about 500ft theyre pretty loud. But from 5am … ;) ;) Yes they provide a fan in the room - it is so loud you wont fall asleep. Very old buulding, top floor. Kitchen basically empty, coffee machine available - if you being your own coffee :) :), if you decide to take a shower make sure the other bathroom does not - youre sharing the same poor hot water supply

Noise is difficult to control but the owner worked very hard to accommodate us. If you about it its a fine place if you are expecting quietness skip to another place

Clean, well appointed and thoughtful signage. Meeting others travelling - so good.

Das Majesticlara liegt perfekt. Man hat innerhalb 100 bis 200 m Metro- und Busse Haltestellen. Das Zimmer ist sehr, sehr sauber und die Gemeinschaftsräume groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wenn ich wieder in Lissabon bin weiß ich genau, wo ich wohnen werde.

Não tem elevador, escadas cheiram ambiente fechado e mofo, quarto pequeno e de frente pra cozinha e porta de entrada. Não é um ambiente confortável e silencioso.

Quartos inseridos num prédio velho, 3° andar sem elevador. Não tem A.C. apesar de ter duas ventoinhas foi impossível estar confortável a dormir. A pontuação seria melhor se o valor pela noite não tivesse sido tão elevado. Aspetos positivos, a gestão é muito prática e fica próximo ao metro/ autocarros.

Ideal para passar uma noite e não quiser gastar imenso dinheiro. Quarto super limpo e com ventoinha. Casa de banho apesar de partilhada também muito limpa. Check in autónomo muito fácil e intuitivo.

Washroom Facilities are not up-to-date and well designed. The wate shower and its Hot and Cool water system was not userfriendly. Spoon set not found, Kitchen setup not found properly. Tea cup was not there. Cofee machine even not instructed properly. In room there were not any chair or cofee table. Feeling very ordinary room.

Camera piccola, bagni da rivedere e zona un po' rumorosa a causa del passaggio degli aerei a bassa quota.

Lo escogimos porque la ubicación al lugar donde nos íbamos de concierto era la más cercana y tenía una valoración de mas de 8 puntos aunque una vez que entramos no pudimos valorar más aspectos positivos😔 del alojamiento salvo las camas que son cómodas sino te fijas en las manchas de las sábanas claro. Lo mejor fue haberlo reservado com Booking ya que como siempre siempre resuelve.💔

👇La experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy decepcionante y no lo recomendaríamos.🙅‍♀️ Nada más llegar vimos que el alojamiento no se correspondía con lo que esperábamos según la descripción y las fotos. 😔Aunque en el anuncio aparecía que era un baño compartido, la realidad es que se trata de varias habitaciones muy pequeñas compartiendo espacios comunes reducidos, algo que no queda claro al hacer la reserva. Además, el edificio es un tercer/cuarto piso sin ascensor y las escaleras olían realmente mal. En el interior, la limpieza también dejaba bastante que desear: encontramos manchas en la ropa de cama, pelos en las toallas, humedades, zonas deterioradas y sensación general de poca higiene. Incluso había cámaras en las zonas comunes de la vivienda, algo que nos resultó bastante incómodo. También nos sorprendió encontrar indicativos a puño y letra con cinta aislante por todos lados, una fregona sin cubo en el baño, un trapo y un producto de limpieza encima del inodoro, recipientes de plástico para los útiles de aseo en cada habitación y sin desinfectar), dando sensación de que los huéspedes tienen que ocuparse de ello por su cuenta pese a cobrarse gastos de limpieza. Una de las dos habitaciones que reservamos estaba abierta y no funcionaba el código por lo que tuvimos que dejar nuestras pertenencias en la otra habitación antes de irnos aun concierto. Informamos a la anfitriona y debió solucionarlo porque cuando regresamos ya estaba en funcionamiento. Sin embargo, no nos avisó de que había estado allí. Al día siguiente intentamos contactar con ella varias veces para explicarle que no nos sentíamos cómodas y pedir ayuda, pero solo respondió con una única captura de pantalla para defender que estaba perfectamente especificado que se trataba de un piso compartido.

Do cuidado por todo apartamento com atenção há muitos detalhes.

Ser no terceiro andar e não ter elevador. Tivemos que subir malas pesadas.

Quarto no 4 andar. Eu estive com 2 pessoas idosas com mobilidade reduzida. Um caos. Casa de banho compartilhadz com estranhos. Não informaram isso na reserva

The bedrooms border a well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining/living room with good lighting and comfortable seating outside the room. We could drop off our luggage early. There are three codes, street, apartment and room. Good communication with manager.

There are five bedrooms for rent, each with separate codes, and two toilets/showers. With two people per room, 10 people for two showers/ toilets, it might get crowded if all need to leave at the same time for an early flight. It worked well for us because the four other guests were single travelers and quiet.

De locatie. Rustige omgeving als je de overvliegende vliegtuigen geen probleem vindt. Dichtbij metro en dus mogelijkheid om snel naar het centrum te reizen,

De geur in het trappenhuis en het was mij niet opgevallen dat er gedeeld gebruik van douches en toiletten was.

I very much liked the feeling of being in an appartment. It felt private and safe to me. Supermarkets arent far.

O conforto, chegar de noite cansada após um dia todo de trabalho e ter uma bolsa térmica a minha espera para dormir, foi maravilhoso, a limpeza, o silêncio e toda a atenção da Lara.

Não tenho o que reclamar.

Didn't stay in that place

Arrived early in the morning(from N. America, so not fault of the owner when we tried to contact him/her) but found lobby smelling of urine and taxi driver was surprised that we would like to stay there. Pictures posted don't show area and for safety and very poor outside of the apartment conditions, we decided to to pay for 1 night, cancel another 1 night stay and book different location we know from previous stay. It cost us extra around 136 Euros , including breakfast. Pictures on booking.com doesn't show lobby and outside of the building. If we knew it, we wouldn't ever book it.

No breakfast. Early start. No provision made for breakfast.

Location is great for finding shopping and restaurants. Also for getting to airport. Bad for airplane noise during day, but not as bad as expected. Alo, carrying luggage up 3.5 flights of stairs is not easy. Sketchy neighborhood in some ways. A bit run down. Shared bathrooms was not expected. Beautifully appointed and far nicer than expected. Quite delightful.

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier pas mal fréquenté à 10 minute à pied du métro, proche du poste de police. La responsable était accueillante à notre arrivée.

Tolle Lage, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Nett eingerichtet, einfacher Check-In und freundliche Besitzerin.

Parken nur mit einem Limit von 4h möglich, via App aber machbar. Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, jedoch kalt und durch das fehlende heizen an einigen Stellen schimmelig (hält sich aber noch in Grenzen). Es ist schade, dass man die Heizkörper nicht wärmer drehen kann, die Nächte waren sehr eisig, sodass wir unseren eigenen Lüfter geholt haben.

La chambre, la propreté et l'organisation du logement.

C'est très Airbnb avec des post it partout, on ne voit personnes. La salle principale est sympathique pour ceux qui restenr quelques jours.

l'appartement entier, sa décoration, ses équipements, la douceur des intérieurs, la propreté impeccable des lieux. Le côté colocation qui permet aussi de partager des moments agréables

chambre très petite même si fonctionnelle. Le bruit des avions mais ça .... au moins ils ne volent pas entre minuit et 6h du matin

Ambiente nordico pulito e super accogliente, colori caldi e chiari. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche le condizioni dei servizi igienici impeccabili, molto pulito e senza nessun intoppo sgradevole. Molto comodo il servizio self-check in e check out in modalità virtuale per chi arriva a un orario molto tardivo e necessita di uscire via molto presto.

Ho dormito in una stanza con due letti singoli e la mensola era posizionata troppo vicino all'altezza della testata del letto, ho sbattuto la testa un paio di volte, l'ideale sarebbe venisse spostata in una posizione più idonea e lontana dal letto.

Skvělá lokace od letiště na vlak, pokud máte pozdní let. Jedná se o byt, který je s mnoha pokoji, tedy sdílený s dalšími lidmi. K dispozici jsou 2 koupelny. Působí více útulně na fotkách než ve skutečnosti. Celkově hodnotím dostatečně

Večer netekla teplá voda. Vypadalo to na problém s kotlem. Na přehozu na postel byly skvrny. Zvláštní pocit, když vidíte, že v společný místnosti je kamera. Těžký vzduch v pokoji.

Good place for a night before a flight. Nice helpful stuff. Nice kitchen. Good bed.
