Beautiful location, the staff are very helpful The hotel offer free shuttle from and to near villages which is very good when you are depends on public transportation

民宿位於石棹雲之道南端入口附近，早起去爬步道很方便。面對遠山，兩旁為茶園，景觀與地點沒話說。民宿內部乾淨，設備很新，最令人驚訝是備有一部電梯，對於行動不便與攜有大件行李的旅客很友善

暑假週末房價高 (尤其booking網上訂更高) 旅宿主人並不太很友善 (不知為何與網上其他人評語不相同)。另外，booking上註明可以刷卡，但其實只能使用國旅卡，其他只能付現或轉帳；雙人房間分別只有一包咖啡與紅茶包 (這是要兩人只能共飲?)，其他旅客希望能再要一包咖啡，被主人斷然拒絕，說這是要成本的....傻眼 位於4F的房間一打開，就飄來浴室一陣陣的沼氣味，很難聞，使用浴室要閉氣! 晚餐的自費小火鍋CP值不高，雖然高山蔬菜很不錯，但分量與價格不成比例，建議大家到石棹街上吃

The location was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular driving us to and from the hotel and making everything very smooth and pleasant! I would definitely stay here again.

This is the place to stay if visiting Alishan. We stayed 2 nights here and 2 nights at a different hotel in the park. If I could do it all over again, I'd stay 4 nights here and just day trip the park. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views are immaculate. The owner is super friendly and will drive you to the bus stop and restaurants if you don't have a car. The breakfast is perfectly fine and filling. There is a nice seating area in the frot of the hotel if you want to relax outside of your room. Highly recommended!

Two pillows per head would have been nice, but that doesn't seem to be the norm in Taiwan.

非常乾淨，雖然裝璜簡單卻很舒服，床鋪枕頭都好睡，蓮蓬頭水很大夠熱洗澡洗著很舒服

飲食不是很方便，雖然有賣每份550元單人小火鍋，我特地注意一下客人所使用的菜色，只有卷成圈圈的肉片5片，及含有些火鍋料的蔬菜盤，在價位上，個人感覺還蠻貴的

往民宿路上指標不明，不好找到，尤其在分叉路口應該要有清楚的標示，以方便旅客到達。

Great location. Very friendly staff. Made my solo stay in the area very easy. Drove me to and from the bus station to get to Alishan.

Outside the town, peace and quiet. They were so kind and gave us a ride to the Fenqihu Station.

Fridge outside the room. It was hard to get there before check-in time.

It's location was fantastic. Even though it is not that close to the Alishan national park - the actual surrounding areas are more scenic (in terms of views of the mountains) than the park itself - and there are a number of very nice trails nearby. There's even a good spot to view the sunset, which is about 5-10 walk up the tea fields near the B&B. The hostess' English is pretty good and she was very helpful (this included her calling up the Alishan visitor centre for us to answer a query we had about the buses from Alishan). The place is not cheap - but I think it was good value for money, given that the b&b (and the next door b&bs) are very nice to chill out at. Also, the free breakfast was decent - and the host is very helpful in helping drive us to nearby locations (namely Shizhao - where you can get the bus to the Alishan park - and Fenqihu, but not the Alishan park, as that is about 45 minutes away). I would stay here again.

This isn't a problem with the hotel exactly, but if you want to go to the Alishan park - I would suggest trying to arrange a private car pick up to Alishan, as the buses to Alishan can be too full to take people from Shizhao. Although I didn't do this, I would ask the host/hostess to advise on local drivers to hire for this, ahead of your stay

飯店很乾淨，工作人員親切有耐心，1樓還可以自己 行投錢買泡麵和泡茶，可惜這次沒有吃到小火鍋，不然冷冷的天在山上吃熱熱火鍋應該也是一種享受。

浴室蓮蓬頭水柱直射太強了，我感覺好像在水柱按摩，但是真的太大又太集中了，射到是會痛的那種，有點難調整，建議可以換個水力分散點的蓮蓬頭就完美了，因為水力大熱水也夠熱！

There is no air conditioning in the room, no fan either! The only option is to sleep with the window open. But in the middle of the night, a strong smell of smoke comes in through the window—and it just won’t go away! There’s not even a fan to help clear it! There’s a dehumidifier in the room, but at a critical moment it suddenly turns red! With that strong smoke smell, how is anyone supposed to sleep?!?!?!?! 😩
