The entrance to the facility is a steep. The gate open outwards if you are not aware it may hit the car while opening for you.

entrance is too steep, scratched my Polo bumper. I asked them to mak an exception for a small flowers/balloons surpice for my wife. Thay told me it's too late, they did not even try or attempt. Too many stairs to climb.

DID NOT LIKE. This place is more to take a prostitute. It was one off my first time bad experience. I canceled this place as soon as I entered the room. The way the images on booking.com present it is all false. And the best part i was told I will only get back 50%. That's bullshit u advertising is not worth it don't waste your time. Also u got people smoking weed and taking some kind off drugs. Guys please take my advice and don't ever book in Zimbali View Eco

Fuckup place

La vue depuis les chambres est superbe. Le personnel nous a bien accueilli. L'hébergement est bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage. Le Wifi fonctionne parfaitement.

Le mobilier et les murs mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

The bedding could be improved upon. The bed could be more comfy. Every other offering was awesome 👌.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about the accommodation.

The place was not up to standard. It actually downgrading Ballito. The staff was not friendly at all. We didn't have electricity until 12 midnight but other guesthouse nearby had electricity and no one was explaining to us what was happening. I was really not pleased about this accommodation. I will never ever go to this guesthouse again in my life.

The steep driveway. The stairs leading up. No reception personal. No WiFi. Rooms were not that great. Basically I did not really enjoy my stay as maybe my expectation of a 4 star place was different to how I imagined it would be.

The bedside lamps don't work. The bath towels are tiny. The bathroom is pokey. The bedside mats had human hair on them. Neighbour smoking and playing loud music on the balcony next door forcing us to close our door. The housekeeper didn't intervene and enforce the rules. The housekeeper also refused to assist us with giving me the WiFi password. She blocked my phone number. I called 8 times. The parking is dangerous to navigate.

The staff was friendly

No electricity the day we checked in. Wifi was not working. We had cold showers on Sunday. Buffet breakfast was prepared while we wait, do the service was so slow. Limited breakfast and staff was slow. Some plugs not working, my phone was not charged.

We got there and there was no electricity on Friday, we had to take cold shower and stay in the dark , even the following the there was no hot water in the morning 😑😑😑, their TV has issues , they need to buy new ones because those ones are old and the image in no longer good , their remote stack and we couldn’t change the channel

Amazing views and the location is excellent with cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Rooms had minor issues that need improvements. And we had lukewarm to cold water in the showers most days

There were no lights on the second night between 16:45 and around 22:30. No housekeeping to assist. Cockroach seen in the kitchen. The cook also saw it. There was no hot water to bathe the second morning. It was not a good experience. Lamp shades were not working.

The best thing about the Studio Room was the amazing view of the ocean...really breathtaking

Although this room had amazing views of the ocean, the windows were dirty and smudged...this hindered the beautiful views....bathroom shower door was broken and unable to close properly...lizards made their home in the shower...bedding stained yellow and requires immediate changing..coffee and tea station had old and moistened sachets...bedside lamps not working....old batteries in aircon remote and TV remote...TV at and angle and cannot be adjusted towards the main bed.

Aircon was leaking water down the wall onto room floor (Lion Room). Hopefully it will be attended to asap.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und man hat von allen Zimmern einen guten Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht. Das gesamte Haus hat mir hinsichtlich der Aufteilung (Zimmer mit Balkon, Gemeinschaftsräume, Terrassen, Pool) sehr gut gefallen.

Es ist kein Nachteil, doch soll man es wissen. Wenn man vom hauseigenen Parkplatz zu den Zimmer will, sind etliche Stufen hochzusteigen. Wer mit riesigen Koffern reisen sollte wird einige Mühe haben bzw. sollte das Hotel informieren.

The staff, and especially Zethu, were friendly and accomodating. They deserve a bonus!

The WiFi was not available in my room, and very weak elsewhere in the facility. The breakfast was tasty but minimal. The processed cheese at breakfast was not appropriate fare for 4-star accommodation, and my throw on the bed had a big hole in it and doesn’t reflect well on the guest house.

The view was amazing ,we had a room that had access to the pool felt like we had a private pool

The manager and staff were excellent. Staying overtime and doing what they can to help guests, especially the manager. We will definitely visit again.

Swimming pool wood was loose on the sides, more cutlery and kitchen ware to suit the apartment like the studio where we stayed. Swimming towels maybe, the gate is not working too well, but is fine. A small upgrade here and there and this place will be the best in Balito. Also the box for DStv needs to be on a shelf, and will work better. The blinds are not so clean but expected from sea weather. The staff did everything possible to make our stay perfect and they did. Thank you to all. We will visit again. Well done. Blignaut family.
