Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Stanza molto curata e arredata con gusto, abbiamo apprezzato anche caffè e bollitore in camera. Posizione ottima per girare la cittadina e comodo parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura
Abbiamo trovato davvero poco adeguato il bagno comunicante con la camera. Suggeriamo una chiusura e il posizionamento di una ventola. Segnaliamo anche la poca insonorizzazione delle finestre, purtroppo siamo stati svegliati diverse volte dai schiamazzi e rumori dalla strada.

Reviewed May 17, 2026The rooms are very large & well-appointed. Charme is very clean & well cared-for. Daily cleaning staff were very helpful. Nice to be able to open windows & enjoy the views (on upper floors).
Be advised that due to the historical nature of the building, there is no elevator; be prepared to carry your bags up multiple flights of stairs. Parking is difficult; pay attention to the directions for parking provided by the hotel.

The suite was on the 6 floor without elevator, it was a pain to take our luggage all the way up. Not recommended for older people or people with difficulties to walk as there are only stairs.

Nos tocó la tercera planta, pero equivale a una quinta o sexta. Escaleras irregulares y super empinadas. Peligrosas para subir y bajar equipaje. El suelo de la habitación estaba en pendiente y es un poco incómodo dormir en “cuesta”

В описании было сказано, что у них есть парковка. По факту оказалось, что паркинг от города с почасовой оплатой. То, что наш просторный и чистый номер находится под крышей, на 4 этаже, с очень крутой лестницей, без лифта, мы узнали только после оплаты.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Das Hotel war sauber, das Frühstück war gut, wobei mir etwas Gemüse (Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken, etc.) gefehlt hat. Jeden Tag gab es frisch gepressten Orangensaft, frischen Obstsalat und ausreichend Käse, Wurst und Müsli. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, nur 6 Zimmer, aber dadurch ist es sehr ruhig, und die Atmosphäre ist sehr einladend. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt und auch am Bahnhof. Die Damen vom Frühstück waren sehr nett, bemüht und haben für uns sogar das Frühstück zwei mal schon um 8 Uhr hergerichtet, weil wir dann um 9 Uhr schon einen Termin hatten.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Das Zimmer punktet insbesondere durch die Lage. Es ist mitten in der Altstadt. Parkhäuser sind direkt in der Nähe. Es ist gut möglich, von diesem Basislager aus die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war charmant eingerichtet und sehr sauber, leider konnte die Recamiere nicht genutzt werden. Sie ist völlig durchgesessen, dekorativ aber nicht nutzbar. Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine hat mich erfreut, ein Wasserkocher fehlte leider. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist für zwei geräumig und bequem, aber nicht komplett abschließbar. Düfte verteilen sich trotz Lüftung im kompletten Raum.
Es wurde nicht im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer nur auf Anfrage gereinigt wird, obwohl die Reinigung im Preis inbegriffen ist. Wir haben auch erst nach der Buchung erfahren, dass es kein Frühstück gibt über die Jahreswende. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass die Treppen extrem steil sind und es ein wirklich Kraftaufwand ist, Gepäck hochzutragen. Der Empfang über den vorhandenen Fernseher war instabil und es gab keinen Kanal, auf dem in englischer Sprache einigermaßen niveauvolle Filme zu sehen waren. Deutschsprachige Kanäle stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Es ist zu beachten, dass zu dem Preis des Zimmers, auch nocht mit Parkhausgebühren von rund 15 € täglich gerechnet werden muss, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist

A minha experiência teve vários pontos a melhorar. No momento da reserva, o anúncio indicava pequeno almoço incluído, porém quando nos dirigimos ao espaço informaram que o serviço não estava disponível e que dependia da época do ano. Seria importante que esta informação estivesse actualizada no Booking. A casa de banho apresentava uma fuga de água que deixava o chão parcialmente alagado e o ar condicionado não funcionava, embora nos tenha sido fornecido um aquecedor portátil como alternativa. A entrada do edifício causa alguma estranheza, já que é pouco acolhedora, e a localização pode ser desafiante, dado que não existe estacionamento próximo e a rua não permite passagem de carros. Notámos também a falta de tomadas elétricas no quarto, o que nos obrigou a desligar candeeiros para conseguir carregar os telemóveis. No geral, estes aspectos condicionaram a estadia e acredito que uma maior transparência e alguns ajustes estruturais poderiam melhorar significativamente a experiência de quem visita.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025Locatie was super, in het centrum met alle barretjes, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Houd wel rekening met klimmen want ja het het Coimbra. Parkeren aan de overkant van de rivier, ook op loopafstand (15 min) . Wij betaalden 3,50 voor de nacht en dag. Als we later waren vertrokken was het gratis geweest want na 19:00 ging de slagboom gewoon weer open. Twee persoons bed zeer ruim, fatsoenlijk 1 persoonsbed, beiden met goede matrassen.
Eigenlijk geen maar er was een lekkage in de badkamer waardoor de vloer nat was toen we aankwamen. We hebben de prullenbak onder de lekkende kraan gezet en gaan er vanuit dat dit snel gemaakt zal worden.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Het is een hele fijne kamer in een sfeervol gebouw. Goede toegang en service. Ruime kamer, met fijne badkamer en douche. Het bed is prima en ruim. Het ontbijt is in een mooie kamer op de 1ste verdiepingen. Er is geen lift, maar goed te doen. Ligging straatje uit, en je staat midden in het hart van Coimbra.
Helaas was er een lange tijd geen werkend internet, vanwege een storing met de provider. Maar daar is weinig aan te doen. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Perfektní umístění v centru města, přes den živo z ulice, v noci klid a ticho. Pokoj velký, pohodlný, nadstandardně vybavený (křesla, pohovka, šatna), velmi vkusný. Snídaně s plným výběrem, servírovaná v krásně zařízené společné místnosti. Přístup do hotelu a vyzvednutí klíčů přes kód bez personálu.
Někomu nemusí vyhovovat strmější schodiště bez výtahu, není bezbariérový přístup.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025This accommodation was absolutely delightful! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast was simply fantastic — fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of local specialties and great coffee to start the day. We truly enjoyed our time here. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from a lovely square with a fabulous historic church that created a magical atmosphere, especially in the evening when it was beautifully lit. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a touch of local character.
The only minor downside was that it could be a little noisy in the early mornings, but that’s simply part of being in the heart of the city, not a fault of the accommodation itself.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Das Zimmer war groß, schön und hatte Flair. Die Unterkunft liegt 50m vom Hauptplatz (Fußgängerbereich) entfernt, was angenehm zum Bummeln ist. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen hat uns auch sehr gefallen.
