Tutto. Appartamento molto bello, pulito e comodo. Da passarci tranquillamente una settimana. Posizione ottima. Thiago è gentilissimo cordiale e ci ha aiutato tanto.

A casa é acolhedora, está bem equipada e fica mesmo no centro da cidade. Os anfitriões foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos.

La ubicación del apartamento y que tuviera un acceso muy cómodo con las instrucciones muy detalladas y flexibilidad de horario. También muy importante que estaba incluido el aparcamiento. El piso era muy cómodo y con los accesorios necesarios.

Appartamento piccolo per 5 persone arredamento datato e cupo, molto caldo (infatti ci erano dei ventilatori) e bagno nonostante fosse funzionante sarebbe da sistemare.

Está a 5min a pie de todo lo que es digno de ver en Coímbra. Además, tiene aparcamiento propio. La entrada al apartamento es sencillo y rápido si sigues las instrucciones que te envían. Zona tranquila.

Todo fue genial. Solo dos cosas a mejorar: la persiana derecha de la sala no baja, y cambiaría las almohadas.

Location was very central.

The kitchen and bathroom were looking a bit tired and checking in was not the easiest experience. We also did not have bedding supplied for the sofa bed, which took a couple of hours to resolve. Finally we had no hot water, which was too late in the day to resolve.

A szállás nagy és jól felszerelt. A belváros 10 perc alatt elérhető. Nagyszerű útbaigazítást kaptunk videóval a lakás becsekkolásához ès a garázshoz. Az ágy nagy és kényelmes volt. A szállásadó Tiago kedves és figyelmes volt. Előny, hogy nem dombon van. Szupermarket 3 percre.

Nous avons loué pour 3 personnes et le lit de camp ajouté dans le salon n'est pas adapté à un adulte. Cet appartement est bien si vous êtes 2

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and very clean. Location is great, only 10min on foot from the city centre. Free parking place is very convenient as well.

Domaćin je jako simpatičan.Usluzan i jako spreman pomoci.Kljuceve nam je on donio,dočekao nas,pomogao oko prijave.Sredio nam je večer fada.Smjestaj je na odličnoj lokaciji.Sve je jako blizu..Imate besplatno parkiralište u garazi.

Morate malo vise računa povesti oko prijave godina djece ukoliko putujete sa djecom.To je pod obvezno inače dodatno nešto plaćate. Namještaj je možda mali zastario i škripi ali jako čist i uredan.Vidi se trud da nešto unatoč sto je staro bude uredno. Sve u svemu jako lijepo iskustvo!

It was a simple apartment in a great location for a very reasonable price. The greeter was waiting for us upon arrival to help us park and show us the building. He made sure to stay for a while to get us hooked into WiFi and the kids to work the television. He even offered to assist us with our luggage.

If this apartment had a dryer it would have been perfect. It has a washer but was raining while we were there so we didn’t use it.

El apartamento es amplio, con grandes armarios, muy limpio, y mucha luz como en las fotos. Disponia en el baño de toallas, champú, jabones, secador y la cocina con los utensilios necesarios. La wifi perfecta. La ubicación a 15 minutos andando desde la estación de autobuses por una avenida en línea recta muy segura y a 5 minutos andando del casco viejo por lo que tiene una ubicación muy buena. Un supermercado abierto de 8 a 21.00h a dos minutos andando del apartamento. La atención del anfitrión Carlos fue excelente porque estaba pendiente del móvil y de los horarios que le sugería. La factura me la dieron sin problema en cuanto la solicité.

Très bon emplacement pour la visite de Coimbra à pied. Accueil très agréable des hôtes malgré notre arrivée tardive et notre location de dernière minute . De plus hote très arrangeant , nous a laissé à disposition son parking privé pour que notre voiture reste garée de manière sécurisée pendant notre visite . Merci pour cet agréable séjour

Very spacious for a family. The location is good. There is also private, underground parking available. Plenty of restaurants, attractions and supermarkets nearby.

Ubytování velmi blízko centra, Parkování v podzemní garáži v -4 patře. Supermarket Pingo doce 4 minuty chůze.

Majitel před příjezdem vůbec nekomunikoval! Měsíc před příjezdem neodpovídal na naše dotazy, do poslední chvíle jsme byli ve stresu, zda ubytování vůbec existuje, protože ani Booking s ním nebyl schopen navázat kontakt. Pokoj nebyl připraven, museli jsme půl hodiny čekat. Není k dispozici prášek na praní (majitel řekl, že si máme koupit sami), ani sáčky na odpad. V koupelně plíseň na stropě. Shower gel a šampon staré a zředěné vodou.

O apartamento era espaçoso e bastante completo, com amenidades. Não fica na área turística, mas foi possível chegar aos pontos históricos após 20 minutos de caminhada. Fica perto de supermercados e serviços, é uma área de comercio, pode ficar meio deserta aos domingos. A cama era confortável e a cozinha era completa. Muitos armários e estantes disponíveis. Ventilado e alto.

Aguardamos por 30 minutos a chegada do anfitrião com as chaves, mas tudo correu bem. O ponto baixo foi o banheiro, o chuveiro fica acima de uma banheira com cortina plástica, não era fácil sair sem escorregar. Tivemos que acompanhar de perto o banho das crianças para evitar acidentes e mesmo o nosso demandou cuidados. Além da banheira ser escorregadia, a cortina plástica não bloqueava a água que se espalhava pelo chão. Outro ponto de preocupação era a garagem, muito íngrime, escura e de difícil acesso. É preciso ser um excelente motorista. A rua não é bonita, parecia meio abandonada à noite. Sentimos falta de uma segunda chave de acesso, visto que nem sempre estávamos juntos.

The host, Afonso, is a gentleman. He gave us all the instructions to find the place and met us in the property to hand the keys and explain about the parking. The apartment had all amenities available such as hair dryer and fans (important!). He also gave us restaurant and coffee shop tips.

It was good to meet up with Alonso who showed us in and recommended restaurants.

Thos was a large comfortable apartment, only 5 minutes from the old town. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Location was great, close to most of the places we wanted to see. Alfonso was a nice guy who greeted us when we arrived with a lot of helpful info and even made a reservation at the free fado show at the santa cruze cafe next to the church. I wished I can say the same about his boss lPrior to arrival. I asked for a reliable luggage storage options before the 3pm check in time one but she never responded. Why then her initial message say to contact her with any questions. Thankfully I was able to find two places using Bounce which were both in close walking distance to the apartment. Apartment is somewhat dated but we only stayed one night at a reasonable cost so all in all it was good.

Host should be more responsive and provide necessary information more timely. Only heard from her employee in the morning of arrival day. Hosts at other apartments we stayed have been more than happy to provide information. Because no one contacted us until we were on our way there, I was concerned about our reservation

The location and included parking was perfect. The host was fantastic! Best check in experience I've ever had through booking.com, walked us through the apartment and took us out to lunch as we arrived early and the cleaner hadn't finished preparing the room. Thank you for having us.

The apartment matches the photos, is well worn and needs a refurbishment - however this is reflected in the pricing and photos. Agree with other reviews, the bed was uncomfortable. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep while exploring Coimbra.

Close to all attractions. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Our host, Afonso, was most helpful, suggesting a local restaurant with good traditional food, and reserving us a table one evening to watch a fado performance.

Some basic essentials were missing, such as salt, pepper & paper towels. The bathroom was a bit tired looking, and the towels could use replacing.

Excellent location, free private parking onsite was great.

The host was very kind and helpful. He met us on the street, showed us where to park, showed us the apartment, explained everything. When many people rent according to the "self check in" principle, this is a real rarity for a local host to talk to you, give you answers to your questions. During your stay, you can easily park in the garage for free, and afterwards the host showed us where we can safely leave the car for free all day.

The apartment smells because of the mold in the washing machine. The bathtub/shower is very slippery, and there is no bath mat provided to keep someone from falling while in the shower.

The apartment is a very big one, it is very nice indeed. It was really very clean and comfortable. All the rooms are big. It provides all the facilities. Really great!!!The apartment is bright, It is located near the city center. The owner very friendly, always available to help us, provided us with the information about our arrival and he was in contact with us all the time.

The apartment is rather large and definitely allows for a good stay. It has a separate bedroom and a large living room. Kitchen had all you need for your stay. It is located in between the main train station Coimbra-B and the city, which is great as location. It is still walkable distance to many POIs, although the city is not large in itself. It is close to two large supermarkets, so if you want to dine in at the place, it is also great. Definitely good location and I would imagine still quiet during busy periods.

The appliances in the place require update, as they are old and for example the coffee maker was leaking water. I think it is small issue, but it could make the stay better and more enjoyable. Bathroom definitely also needs an update as looks old and exhausted. While the place was clean overall, there was still some dust here and there.

Afonso was an amazing host! He made our stay very pleasant.

The apartment was great, I would only say the mattress wasn’t very comfortable but ok for one night.

Afonso greeted us when we arrived and showed us the apartment and garage. He offered to make reservations for us for lunch. He made reservations to enjoy Fado music and told us how to easily walk there. He met us there and showed us where there was a grocery store and the University. His service was beyond excellent. We enjoyed the apartment which was furnished with extra items to make it feel like home.

Spacious flat and good location. They nicely arranged the sofa bed, which was very comfortable, for our daughters (4 and 5 years old) prior to our arrival. Good shower pressure and good Wi-Fi. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped - we cooked one meal and prepared breakfasts. Although we could occasionally hear the upstairs neighbours, the location seems to be quiet overall.

The mattress of the master bedroom was acceptable although it could do with an upgrade.

Would be a great apartment, but bit by bit in all rooms there is something out of order, what in big picture is annoying and creates an impression of worn-out and non-maintained property: some bulbs do not work, kitchen cabinets doors falling out, hair dryer not working, iron somehow poorly working, bathroom door hardly closes, toilet seat nearly falling out, hallway closet doors jamming, etc etc etc.

Great city central location with parking, which is a huge bonus. The parking garage is tight (not unusual in Portugal) so you’d want to be sure you have a small car if you are going to access it. Superb communication via WhatsApp. Francisco was able to accommodate a last minute request for the sofa bed to be made up prior to arrive. Afonso met us when he said he would and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He even thoughtfully got our dog a bowl of water after her long morning of travel. The entire place was spotless. For the price paid it is a superb value and the communication and friendliness of the hosts was top notch.

Not a big deal since there are several markets within easy walking distance but it is good to know ahead of time that although there is a washing machine, no laundry soap provided. The bed was not super comfy; however, compared to many terrible mattress experiences at other rentals in Portugal it really was not too bad. The upper shower head mount is broken so you have to shower using the handheld shower.

Clean, spacious apartment, very close to city centre. The underground parking was great, especially since the area seemed very busy. We met with someone who handed us the keys and recommended a nice local restaurant where we had a great, inexpensive lunch. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk from city centre.
