Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Très grande chambre. Avec également une cuisine et une terrasse même si je ne les ai pas utilisées. Le petit déjeuner est relativement simple, dans une petite salle favorisant les discussions. Idéalement situé pour moi. Personnel disponible au téléphone et serviable même si personne n'était sur site;
L'escalier est étroit et l'intérieur de l'immeuble fait ancien. Mais surtout gros manque d'insonorisation, et mon voisin (ou voisine) du dessus m'a communiqué son insomnie...

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Great location near Parliament and the place itself is cozy and well equipped. The host was incredibly helpful, I had a last-minute change of plans and needed to arrive early, so I let them know on short notice. To my surprise, my room was already ready for me. Overall, I had a very pleasant and welcoming stay and I'd definitely recommend it.
The stay was lovely overall. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to offer a bit more variety at breakfast.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026I arrived in Brussels very early in the morning and on very short notice, yet my room was already prepared and waiting for me — far beyond what I expected. The host was genuinely warm and welcoming, and went out of the way to make me feel at home from the moment I stepped in. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed after an early start.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Very nice room, with a patio, small but comfortable bathroom with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. I was nicely surprised to notice hair dryer, iron and iron board. The place is extremely clean. The B&B is run by a family in a renowated building. The location is great. One street away from the Parliament. Next time in Brussels, I will definitely stay at De Mot B&B.
Everything was great.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Tranquil, yet in the centre of the key EC venues. Beautiful building nicely renovated. Cute courtyard off bedroom window with nature! Kettle and tea and coffee in rooms. Great shower. Nice towels.
Duvet was a bit thin. No decaffeinated/herbal teas. Breakfast was a little unimaginative - just a little extra like some boiled eggs, sugar free granola, fruit salad, gluten free bread and soy yoghurts could lift it up a bit.

The only issue is noise insulation. You hear everything from the rooms around even if they just open the tap

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026The room was very clean and they let me do an early check in.
I had to work remotely, and even though they are quite strict when it comes to the silent hours. I was able to hear kids screaming, running, etc... right on top of me. The room's window does not allow for any direct sunlight since it leads to the homeowner's roofed external area and after then only to the patio.
