No t even a hand wash.no cutlery.stained cups.no glasses.This should not be listed as luxury Apartment.bed @ towels were clean.This could be so much better so easily.Also old towels@ broken furniture beside door is unsightly.

The gentleman who we dealt with was so friendly and helpful , the room was spotless the whole property was spotless and had a lovely coffee in the morning will definitely be back

Location, big light room.

Room was extremely støvet fra loftet til gulvet. Var koldt og badeværelse vindue utætte og vind blæst ind til at gøre hele rummet koldt. Der var et stort klump af lys hår smidt i pejsen. Manglede hygiejne i fællesområdet. Når andre gæster tjekkes ud bliver deres sengetøj smidt på gulvet på gangen og ved indgangen til B og B Host var hyperaktiv and uprofessionelt. 10 minutter før der var varm vand i badet og håndvask

Seven of us stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The location was perfect; walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and the beach. Brian, the proprietor, was so helpful; making dinner reservations, recommending what to see in the area and helping with transportation. The rooms each had ensuites and were nice. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck in the evenings. Brian had coffee, tea and fruit for us in the morning and made room in his refrigerator for our yogurt. We would love to return!

The house is beautiful and located very close to the Main Street. Brian the host couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

The rooms looked clean when we first entered but we later noticed many things that weren’t very clean, like a used tissue behind the nightstand, dust on the lamps, gunk around the sink tap, and some hair in the shower. The bathroom was also incredibly small. Unfortunately on the night of our stay a local bar had very loud music playing quite late, making it difficult to sleep.

Great property, lovely period features! Brian, the host, was so so lovely. Really helpful and friendly.

Très belle maison bourgeoise avec beaucoup de style. Chambre immense avec cheminée et lit à baldaquin. Très grand salle de bain avec lit à pieds et douche, d'une propreté impeccable. Hôte très sympathique et accueillant qui nous a donné plein de conseils et d'information sur les visites alentour ou les restaurants de la ville. Parking gratuit dans la cour de la maison.

Un peu de poussière sur le lustre mais rien qu'un coup de chiffon ne puisse enlever. Un peu cher mais la chambre était vraiment immense. Pas de petit déjeuner. A défaut, nous aurions apprécié une bouilloire et des sachets de thé ou de café soluble.

The house needs a thorough clean and paint touch up both outside and inside Wine cooler on top of stairs to share with house . Minibar and tea/ coffee facilities required in each room. There is a kettle downstairs to boil up for tea / coffee Shared shower gels and hand wash from previous guests . New mini collections each room would be ideal . Not sure how this guest house is rated 5 star

Stayed here a few times now and could not fault it at all. Wouldn’t stay anyway else now as it is a great location and and Brian the owner can do enough for you.

We booked two rooms for four people. Because three was in one and 1 in another, they charged an extra €30. I had also booked the King Suite and was put into the junior suite. Good location, nice building but they could do better.

Very very limited facilities. Price booked included breakfast but host said had not provided breakfast for two years. Grossly overpriced not value for money even though host only took 10 euros off the 160 euro price

Owner a lovely man. Great central location. For one night it served it's purpose, and was not rush out the day of departure.

Sink need a good clean in living area. No cleaning equipment available, not even a cloth to wipe down surfaces. Cobwebs on walls dust and fluff on floor and skirting. Outside yard very messy.

Breakfast ok would have liked a cooked breakfast shower good.

Our room was small . Under the bed alot of dust and dirt. Water bottle and glasses not clean. Towels not soft. Stain on pillow case.

Let me just keep it real. This place is not what it is advertised as. When we arrived the door was locked with a number to call. Call the number and the owner did not seem to know that we were coming, despite having booked online a week in advance. So we sit out in the freezing cold for 15 minutes while he drives to the property. Once inside we realized this is a sad place. It is an old manor building that has not been fully restored or cleaned. Used towels and glasses litter the stairways and common areas. The smoke detectors were falling off the ceiling and were tucked behind a curtain. In our room, it was obvious that the place had not been fully cleaned. The floors were dusty and filthy, the trash had not been taken out, and the towels were crunchy, gross. Proprietor/owner, for some dumb reason, doesent take payment through booking.com. After showing us to our room and leaving us, he shows up an hour later knocking on our door, waking me up from a nap, demanding we pay him right then and there. I have to pay him in my underwear as he was being so pushy and I just wanted him gone. Never saw him again after that, obviously he didint bother checking in with us, seems to care about nothing apart from the €€€. Last minor point and a word of advice to the owner: use some of the money you get to put some art on the walls, the place looks barren and empty, completely soulless. We left as soon as we could. Do not stay here this place should be removed from all recommendations lists.

I liked the location

On arrival the person who met me did not work there and was not sure which room I was meant to stay in. The pictures on the site do not reflect accurately the place. In my bin there were empty beer cans and the shower room is really cramped and small. The shower was luke warm . When I went down for breakfast ,when I was in a very sad place as I was commemorating the loss of a dear one, who died on Christmas day, the owner commented on how I was dressed and was persistent in making conversation about where I was going and where I am from. It was totally inappropriate. The breakfast was so basic and I would expect having paid 150 euros a cooked breakfast would have been reasonable . Overall I found the stay really poor and I think the boundaries of the gentleman running this establishment needs to be addressed. When I told him about the empty beer cans, he said sorry but did not seem to take the matter seriously. I would not recommend this guest house.

We had a private entrance, the room is large and comfortable! I was very happy and enjoyed it very much!

It's true that John gives you the option of breakfast, but where I stayed we had everything except cooking facilities. It would be great to have an air fryer or something like that so we could cook in the same place! But anyway, it's not a big deal!

Room was very nice warm and cozy, we traveled up from Derry just for a night off from the kids. Staff were lovely, room was lovely.

The landlord, John was very helpful and I needed his assistance to jump start my car on two occasions, I can't thank him enough. The room and facilities were excellent the price was very competitive.

A cooked breakfast wasn't provided, but when one considers the cost to stay, that's the least of my worries.

Bagnetti un po’ piccoli, ma d’altronde ricavati per far fronte al numero delle camere e garantire un bagno privato per ognuna.

I'm really sorry I can't give our stay a higher rating. Brian is a great guy and really went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He gave us tons of tips and even made a restaurant reservation for us. Our room was huge, but unfortunately not very clean. The bin in the bathroom still contained toiletries from the previous guests, the floor was dirty, and the carpet smelled of dog. Unfortunately, the credit card payment machine didn't work, we were forced to walk to the nearest ATM. The breakfast was okay, but if you're expecting a cooked Irish breakfast, you'll be disappointed. The pictures in previous reviews are a bit misleading. If cleanliness isn't that important to you, you can get a room in a good location with parking right in front of the building.

La maison est jolie de l’extérieur. Chambre et salle de bains très spacieuses.

La déco vieillotte, le ménage n’était pas impeccable. L’hôte était gentil mais pas très frais. Tout sent un peu la poussière. La connexion Wifi n’était pas terrible.

The host welcomed us and provided lots of recommendations for the local area, all of which were excellent. The location is very central for the amenities of Buncrana, and well located for sightseeing in the wider area. The room was comfortable, and the parking was convenient since we arrived by car.

The breakfast was OK but not my favourite part of my stay.

De B&B ligt perfect gelegen, op 2 minuten loopafstand van Main Street en 10 minuten lopen van de kust.

Het appartement waar we in verbleven was niet erg schoon. Er was schimmel in de badkamer, gele vlekken op de kussenslopen en haar in de koelkast. Het bed was oke, niet heel erg comfortabel. Prima voor 2 nachten.
