Llegamos de noche,nos ofreció allí una mejora de habitación,fue buscando papel higiénico por la casa y trajo un pequeño rollito. Para pasar una noche o como nosotros que fueron 5 horas…

I really enjoyed my stay here, the bed was big and comfortable, the shower had a hot water system. I felt completely safe and the lady who owns the place is so nice and welcoming. Would stay here agian.

Hosts were lovely - picked me up from the airport for a reasonable price after arriving on a late flight. Patiently waited when my flight was delayed and then gave advice for my onward journey. The room was clean and comfortable for the price and had a great AC.

We chose this villa because we needed to stay close to the airport after our flight was cancelled and rescheduled several times, and we had no idea when we would finally be able to leave. Choosing this place turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The hostess is an absolute angel. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she personally brought us breakfast every morning, which made our stay feel especially warm and caring. She helped us with every request we had and made a very stressful situation so much easier for us. The villa itself is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, bright, and spacious, and everything feels peaceful and well cared for. The location is also very convenient - there are cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. One of our favorite parts of staying here was spending the evenings on the balcony, watching the huge fruit bats flying overhead. It was absolutely fascinating. There is also a lagoon within walking distance, where we were even lucky enough to see a two-meter varan. And if you want to go to the beach, it is only about 15-20 minutes away by tuk-tuk. Overall, we can highly recommend this place. It was a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable stay, and we are truly grateful to the hostess for her kindness and hospitality.

The property itself is very thin so be mindful about the noise level

Bed was acceptabel. En we hadden airco, fan en warme douche. Balkon was fijn en je kon er zitten. De jongen die er werkte was vriendelijk.

Ontbijt wel erg karig. We zijn intussen gewend aan een uitgebreid Sri Lankaans ontbijt maar hier viel het ontzettend tegen. Toast en een ei. Kopje thee. We kregen ook precies 1 servetje per persoon. Prijs niet naar verhouding. Deze eigenaar denkt alleen maar aan geld verdienen. En niet aan het comfort van haar gasten. We moesten ook meteen contant betalen bij aankomst. Kamer prima. Kussens te dun en te slap. Beddengoed leek niet schoon en werd na vragen meteen vervangen. Geen schoonmaak of nieuw papier of handdoeken. Hier moesten we naar vragen. Badkamer heeft wat schimmel. Balkon goed, met meubilair in een spelletje te doen of even te relaxen. Waterkoker op de etage kapot. Overal briefjes met allerlei huisregels. Ze zetten de koelkast elke keer uit. Waardoor onze drankjes dus niet koud zijn. Hierdoor is het allemaal niet zo relaxt als we hadden gehoopt. In de buurt is niks te doen. Wel een paar mini winkeltjes. Slechte wifi. Veel camera’s aanwezig. Checkout om 10:00 is te vroeg. Ze vragen extra geld als je wat langer wilt blijven. Laatste dag moest de eigenaresse zelf blijkbaar Eettafel erg vies, duidelijk maanden lang niet even een doekje over geweest. Wij vonden het allemaal niet zo gastvrij.

Perfect location just 15 minutes from the airport; they offered late check-in as my plane arrived at 11pm; clean and big room with AC and hot water; amazing breakfast; and, super host which helped me to plan my trip to Sigiriya. I’ll definitely come back!

The rooms were clean. There was aircon and filtered drinking water. The host was absolutely lovely. Could not help us enough. We had a very early 4am leave for the airport. The host said if we could not get a taxi to wake her up and she would sort it. This host really went above and beyond

Could have done with an extra pillow on the bed and a bed sheet instead of a blanket. Very small things because the property was great

Host admitted us to the room at 3am after our flight, over and above what could be expected and was ever after most hospitable.

Good place to stay before an early morning flight. The place was spacious, clean, and the host was friendly. Would recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful villa with great ambience. Owner has put efforts for minute details. Helpful. Breakfast was timely and they provided with nice regional veg menu which we asked for. Comfortable. They were keen on assisting for everything we asked for.

It was quite tricky for the driver to find when we came from the airport.

Nice big room, big bed with air con. Host was very nice and it was easy to get to the airport (but leave extra time to get a PickMe if you’re going early in the morning!)

Great location close to the airport and an amazing spa; Close to a Kells (10 minutes walk);

Bathrooms are balconies turned into bathrooms, so rather tiny and with very noisy doors; Rooms on second floor take two flights of stairs, not ideal if you're not in shape; Very dirty shared kitchen and fridge; You need to drag your luggage through an unpaved garden, very tricky in the morning if you don't want to wake up the neighborhood;

This place is ideally located 10min away from the airport, has spacious room and comfortable bed and extremely friendly people (the owner even came to knock on my door to make sure I did not miss my 8am flight!). You can even hear the sea roaming nearby. It is a great value for money, highly recommended for late night arrivals or early morning departures!

it is just 10 mins ride from airport, i arrived at midnight, and they arranged a car to pick me up. You have to enter the house with bare feet, so the floor and everything are super clean, recommend to take a flipflop with you to toliet tho. the facilities are simple but clean and practical The host was extremly nice, they helped me to arrange a shared taxi with other guest, also very responsive with msg when i thought i left something behind

This was an affordable place to stay overnight when we arrived in Sri Lanka on a late flight. Breakfast in the morning was okay and the room was clean and had a private bedroom. The owner was polite and helpful.

The owner arranged a driver from the airport for us, however did not tell us that this would be an extra fee. We then had to pay a very high price once we arrived at the accommodation. This was regrettable but overall this was a good stay.

Staff were incredibly friendly — they made us feel so welcome 🙏🩷 Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the garden.

A lovely stay before the flight. Had a delicious, homemade breakfast. The host is a very nice lady. The room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. I enjoyed my stay here.

Drinking water available Good tip for restaurant nearby , called Jadi, excellent. Ten minute walk to Kurana train station and the stop for Colombo was not far either.

Availability of coffee , tea, facilities could be better. The breakfast was very basic, with a single cup of instant coffee. It would be good if basics, such as transport options, prices etc were displayed, rather than having to ask every time.

Great value for money, so close to the airport, the rooms are lovely and comfortable, bed is really comfortable, the host is so helpful and kind, close to Keells also if you need a supermarket

Considering the property is so close to the airport, it was an extremely quiet and calm place to relax after taking a long flight. Yamuna and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They arranged a taxi from the airport to the villa for a good price. The room was clean, with AC and everything you could need. Breakfast was arranged when I woke up. They were very helpful in helping me arrange my travel plans for the next day. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if needing a place to stay before or after going to the airport or just somewhere to relax. Thankyou so much!

The host Mdm Yamuna is very friendly and accommodating. She picked us up from the airport pass midnight on our day of arrival and sent us to the airport on our day of departure when we could not even get a pick up from Uber. Her airport shuttle charges were very reasonable. She even help us pack lunch from outside on our second day when it was too hot and we were too tired to go out for lunch. Her provision of a hot and cold water dispenser in the common kitchen in addition to a kettle is most convenient. Her place is really like a home away from home and is conveniently located near the beach from which one can see glorious sunsets.

Very nice and pleasant place to stay. The hostess was extremely kind and very helpful and great for a conversation. The breakfast was delicious as she uses fruits from her garden. Overall a very pleasant place to stay and I'll use this place again when i return.
