La sympathie du personnel et leurs disponibilités pour chaque renseignement demander ! La chambre etais hyper propre , la salle de bain en plein air très jolie ! Petit déjeuner de qualité !

Il bagno ma soprattutto l albergo è a 200 mt dalla Moschea. Il che significa che se non siete musulmani vi sveglierete alle 4:30 ogni mattina con la preghiera diffusa dai megafoni della moschea.

Le personnel est au top. Ils sont très réactif aux diverses demandes et toujours très souriant. Le petit déjeuner proposé est au top ! Pour précisions la piscine est cool mais se trouve dans un autres établissement (pink flamingo : 3min à pied). Le petit déjeuner se prend également dans l’hôtel d’à côté(le mowglie).

Les photos des salles de bains sont trompeuses. Elles sont en extérieur donc si vous craignez les petites bêtes faites attention. De même, la mosquée étant à proximité de l’établissement attendais vous à être réveillé très tôt le matin (4h30-5h) des bouchons d’oreille vous sont proposés au moment du check-in.

Eine Moschee um die Ecke, um 5 ruft der muezzin. Türen schließen nicht gut, Dusche riecht muffelig.

Très belle expérience. Très bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Très peu de chambres donc ambiance intimiste. Herman et son équipe sont aux petits soins. Nous avons passé 2 nuits.

J’ai pris la chambre avec le petit déjeuner et quand j’ai demander de me rajouter des fruits on m’a dit qu’il fallait payer en plus

Très belle décoration des chambres, piscine dans un hôtel à proximité (3min à pied). Le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux et copieux ! (Lorsque vous choisissez le petit déjeuner compris, il s’agit d’un seul plat par personne qui est inclus, ce n’est pas un buffet). Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant, disponible et serviable.

L’éclairage des chambres est faible. Durant notre séjour, le ménage n’a pas été fait, je pense qu’il fallait le demander. De plus, pas de papier toilette dans la chambre à notre arrivée. La fenêtre du balcon était impossible à verrouiller. La porte de la chambre et de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas, il fallait obligatoirement verrouiller avec la clé.

La chambre étiez propre et bien situé. Elle est situé à 5’ à pied du port. Vous pouvez facilement facilement le tour de l’île

Uniquement le réveil à 4h45 par la mosquée qui n’est pas loin mais on arrive à se rendormir

J’ai été accueilli par une superbe équipe qui a été aux petits soins tout le long de mon séjour. Un grand merci à eux ! J’ai ou loué un vélo et masque/tuba à l’hôtel ce qui est un vrai plus! Une piscine est accessible à 50m dans un autre hôtel qui appartient au même propriétaire. C’est un vrai plus d’y avoir accès !! La chambre était très confortable et très joliment décoré. Merci pour tout ! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ze hielpen je met alles, ook geholpen met een boot naar ubud voor een goede prijs + vervoer naar de haven. Ontbijt was erg lekker en alles is op loopafstand te doen, maar je kan ook een fiets huren voor een dagje. De kamer was prima, met een buitendouche. Ik raad het erg aan voor een verblijf op gili air!

I loved the decor, it had a very modern and homely feel.

Alles werkte top. De airco’s, een goede druk vanuit de douchekraan. En het personeel was super behulpzaam.

The staff here is so kind, thoughtful, and makes you truly feel like family. It’s my favorite place I’ve stayed in Indonesia. The beds are comfortable and there are even inspirational quotes on the walls. You can book snorkeling, bike, so many things through the property. They even drove me to snorkeling and set it all up. Highly recommend staying here! I’ve extended my stay here twice already because it’s so great :)

It’s not next to the beach and in the center of the island. But honestly it’s great because then you get to see more of the neighborhood and learn your way around the island. Rent a bike and it’s only a few minutes to beach :)

15 min du port a pied

manque d'eclairage dans la chambre trop sombre... mauvaise experience avec la location de mobilette electrique j'ai paye le double du prix pratiqué sur l'ile mais le soucis c'est pas le prix c'est que j'ai paye et je suis tombe en panne 3 fois car ce n'etait pas chargé.... en pleine nuit je me retrouve a pousser l'engin car pas de batterie et ca 3 fois de suite au final j'ai rendu l'appareil ss avoir pu en profiter et aucun geste n'a ete fait .... c'est pas serieux de leur part.... dommage !!

Man ist schnell am Hafen und an der Hauptstraße mit Restaurants etc. Das Zimmer sah nett dekoriert aus. Die Anlage ist schön.

Es war nachts sehr dunkel in dem Zimmer und Bad. Die AC ist direkt aufs Bett gerichtet und so war es nachts kalt/ windig. Das konnte man nicht richtig einstellen. Generell etwas teuer.

I just stayed there for 2 nights but loved everything about it, mostly the staff that’s working there. I got sick and they took care of me and really supported me. But even before the staff is so so nice and helpful and are there for everything you need. Would recommend 100% and definitely would go there again!! Thank you so much 🧡

The best thing about this place is the amazing staff who work so hard to ensure you have a comfortable and happy stay. Herman is so friendly and approachable, he booked our activities and supplied our bikes, nothing was too big an ask for him! We had a problem with our AC unit but Herman and the team sorted it out in no time. This hotel is truly lucky to have such amazing staff.

Really great hotel stay! The customer service was amazing — everyone was super friendly and always ready to help. Everything was very clean, and the room had a really nice vibe. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Am meisten hat mir das Personal gefallen, insbesondere Herman, der jeden Tag vor Ort war. Er war immer erreichbar, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und offen, und hat dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, hat er sich sofort zurückgemeldet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Einziger kleiner Punkt: Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, ansonsten war alles wirklich super.

Sehr zentral, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Alles an Standard da was man braucht. super freundliches Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung auf jeden Fall top.

- the AC didn‘t work at all when we arrived, they then „repaired“ it but it still wasn‘t working properly. They couldn‘t offer us another room and refused to let us cancel. - The bathroom is completely outside without a roof, when it‘s raining you‘ll shower in the rain, when you go to the toilet you get wet and there‘s tons of insects. Also it‘s not clean. - The toilet door has holes so if you have the light on in your room all the insects come into the room - The toilet is not fixed to the floor, if you lean to one side to get toilet paper it tilts with you - The shower only has warm water for a few minutes - The towels are disgusting, they leave little pieces all over you, I had to shower again to wash it off and dry myself with something else - They texted us in the afternoon asking where our room key was to make up our room even though we didn‘t put the sign on the door that we wanted it done. - the bed was too small - The mosque was so loud we couldn‘t sleep at all for 1 whole hour around 4am - the staff was trying to be nice but wasn‘t actually helpful.

Bed was comfortabel. Prima locatie. Kamer ruimte was goed.

Badkamer was grauw, donker, nat. Kamer ruimte was heel vochtig, stonk ook naar vocht.

De kamer was heel chill. Vooral het bed was heel comfortabel. Locatie was prima te doen! Mooie homestay!

Niet wat ik slecht vond alhoewel je half 5 s'ochtends de moskee hoort. Maar was prima viel gelijk weer inslaap.

Pas de voilage, donc tout le monde voit dans la chambre. Je ne conseille pas pour voyageuse seule.

Ich hatte eine unvergesslich tolle Zeit im Follow your dream. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr sauber, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Ein sehr besonderes Hotel an dem viele interessante und nette Menschen zusammen kommen. Abends haben sie auch Gitarre gespielt und gesungen, bei einer eine fast schon familiären Stimmung. Danke für die schöne Zeit 🥹☀️

Ich hatte nichts zu bemängeln

Erg leuke en fijne kamer! De badkamer was buiten maar was erg schoon en had geen last van dieren. De medewerkers waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was ook lekker. De locatie is top, je loopt binnen 15 minuten naar alle plekken op het eiland.

Lekker bed, goede airco en vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt fietsen huren voor 50.000rp per dag. Locatie is dichtbij jl Mojo waar veel lekkere restaurantjes en winkels zitten. Je kunt ook je was doen bij het verblijf. Het ontbijt was waanzinnig!!! Lekkere keuzes tussen verschillende broodjes, smoothie bows, pancakes, etc. We hebben uiteindelijk een extra nacht geboekt omdat het zo fijn was.

De douche werd vrij snel koud, na ongeveer 3-4 minuten in totaal, hierna was het warme water op. Daarnaast was de douchekop niet zo handig gepositioneerd in de badkamer waardoor allws heel nat werd, het is echter ook heel snel weer droog door de warmte en de open raampjes naar buiten.

Super nette und herzliche Mitarbeiter (Moris, Herman etc. :)), extrem hilfsbereit und offen. Wenn man Lust hast, Zeit mit Einheimischen zu verbringen, um etwas in die Kultur einzutauchen, dann ist man hier richtig. Sie helfen einem auch mit Transferen und das zu fairen Preisen. Schönes, gemütliches Zimmer. War soweit sauber. Habe mich wohl und sicher gefühlt alleine als Frau.

Klimaanlage ist direkt über dem Bett. War sie an, hat sie einen direkt angepustet, hat man sie ausgemacht, stand die Luft im Raum. Bett ließ sich nicht verschieben. Etwas ungünstige Position.. ich habe die Klimaanlage nicht so gut vertragen. Die Moschee befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel, sie weckt einen um 04:30 Uhr auf - auch mit Ohrenstöpsel. Das Gebet geht ca. 20 Minuten. Aber ich habe auch einen leichten Schlaf.. Ich würde das Hotel dennoch weiter empfehlen und auch wiederkommen!

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en deed hun best om alles te regelen. We waren met name tevreden over Herman die de accommodatie runt. De locatie was verder dichtbij de goede stranden en leuke tenten.

De kamer is oud, poezelig en niet op z’n schoonst. De badkamer is vies en heel oud. Het is een buiten badkamer dus het was er ook heet en het trok veel beesten aan. De airconditioning werkt slecht en het geluid van de moskee om de hoek wekt je elke nacht om 04:30. Personeel maakte alles gelukkig wat beter, maar zou de eigenaren dringend oproepen om eens een beetje te investeren in hun hotel als je zo’n prijs hanteert. Het verblijf heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig…

Ubicación muy céntrica. La isla es pequeña y tienes todo a mano, 15 minutos andando a cualquier lugar. La habitación tipo bungalow no está mal de tamaño el aire funciona bien.

Muy cercana a la mezquita y a las 4:30 de la madrugada empezaban los rezos. Se escuchaba como si estuvieras dentro de la mezquita Desayuno demasiado sencillo y escaso. Muy mejorable la limpieza del baño aunque sea exterior.

Es sah schön aus& nahe im Zentrum. Gute Auskunft.

Handtücher fielen auseinander. Der Abfluss war verstopft& hat schlecht gerochen.

No me gustó casi nada Sabanas con mancha No estaba limpio El baño está al aire libre pero la puerta no cierra bien y entran insectos Encontramos una cucaracha muerta dentro de la habitación llena de hormigas El aire acondicionado hace ruido La peswuita está cerca y te despiertas por la noche del ruido El personal no estaba por ti No nos han informado del desayuno ni wifi ni nada Nos hemos ido sin desayunar porque no nos sentimos a gusto El precio es alto por lo que ofrecen

• fusselige Handtücher • Moschee direkt nebenan, sehr laut besonders morgens für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf

Die Bilder sehen vielversprechender aus als in der Realität. Das Bad ist openair, was ich grundsätzlich nicht schlecht finde, nur waren unheimlich viele Ameisen vorhanden.

Die Handtücher waren eine Katastrophe, super fusselig. Und nicht zu vergessen die sehr nah gelegene Moschee, es wird ab 4:45h gesungen.

La cercanía a la mezquita

Frühstück war sehr gut, aber die Bowl war leider nicht kalt.

Direkt neben einer Moschee. Man wird morgens bzw. nachts geweckt. Zum Pool muss man laufen und da sind sehr wenig liegen. Das Badezimmer war draußen und es bestand nur aus Ameisen und Spinnen. Das Klo war dreckig als wir kamen. Sind etwas enttäuscht, da wir die ,, so guten’‘ Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen können.

NULLA!

Dopo un mese in giro per l’Indonesia, con lo zaino in spalla, speravamo di rilassarci e stare qua qualche giorno. Conosciamo bene i problemi di insetti e di pulizie, Ma qua è stato un incubo! Appena arrivati ci hanno dato una camera diversa da quella prenotata, allora abbiamo chiesto di cambiare. Così ci hanno messo in un’altra ma… La prima camera era sporca e il bagno inagibile per via di formiche e scarafaggi. La seconda camera puzzava di fogna derivante dal bagno. La struttura all’esterno è veramente degradata, piena di zanzare e scarafaggi. La reception è un tavolo sporco. Abbiamo trovato un altro hotel e quando siamo tornati per prendere gli zaini (senza aver toccato nulla in camera) hanno voluto anche 35k per una birra che abbiamo bevuto al nostro arrivo. Non so se le recensioni positive siano vere, è impossibile soggiornare in mezzo a tanto schifo! La manager ci ha contattato solo per capire se poter affittare la stanza, non per chiederci spiegazioni.

Herman et son équipe sont adorables, toujours disponibles, à l’écoute et souriants. L’emplacement est assez central, vous êtes à 10/20 minutes de tous les points et un accès très facile depuis le port. Les chambres sont biens et la literie confortable Petit déjeuner très bon également

L’emplacement est certes central pour les activités mais l’hôtel se situe à 2 pas de la mosquée on se fait donc réveiller pendant la nuit par la prière Il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger Mais ça ne dure pas très longtemps donc on se rendort facilement

Proche du port

L’établissement est propre est plutôt bien situé proche de la rue principale et à mi-chemin entre la plage des tortues et la plage avec le beau coucher de soleil. Le personnel est aux petits soins comme la plupart des gens en Indonésie c’est toujours très agréable. C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de piscine.

Pas de piscine par rapport au prix, je trouve que c’est un peu élevé il y a une piscine mais elle n’est pas dans l’établissement, elle doit être à 50 m.

Logement calme, et spacieux. Central. Et le personnel est très disponible, pour les services laundry et les activités, nous avons réservé un snorkeling privé.

Le petit déjeuner était un peu compliqué, en temps de service et difficile d’avoir ce que nous avons commandé.

La atención de las personas que nos recibieron y que ellos mismos nos facilitaron un monto de cosas, por ejemplo alquiler de moto.

No es tal cual como en las fotos. El baño se inundaba. No hicieron la habitación en las 3 noches que nos quedamos. La mezquita queda a 1 cuadra y nos despertamos todas las noches con el ruido.

Proche du port et de la rue commerçante

Lit et ménage pas fait tous les jours, nous avons du le demander le premier jour , soit disant il n’avait pas la clé. Nous avions réservé deux chambres et les deux chambres n’ont pas été faites le deuxième jour. chambre sombre Service minimum, accueil avec un verre d’eau Petit déjeuner correct, service long ,les chats s’invitent à table Réveil tôt (5h30) à cause de la mosquée proche Hôtel vieillissant La piscine est celle d’un autre hôtel pas loin mais pas à côté non plus. Par contre accueil de l’hôtel avec piscine sympa et prêt de serviette de bain.

Rien de vraiment positif, à part la mosquée située à deux pas de l’établissement.

Follow Your Dream ? On en est très loin… Chambre aux équipements médiocres, trois coupures d’électricité et d’eau en seulement trois nuits. Et pour couronner le tout, présence de cafards et de mille‑pattes dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très mauvais. Expérience à oublier

Herman will take great care of you! The room was clean and very comfortable. The property just outside the city center which is nice.

Herman en zijn team hebben me goed onthaald en waren zeer behulpzaam. Zeer lieve mensen. Locatie is ook top.

Airco was tegenvallend. Er kwam in de nacht stukken ijs uit de airco. Hier schrokken wa van wakker. Badkamer was een tegenvaller, niet zoals op de foto.

Lovely property, good location. Air conditioner worked well and bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and I loved all the resident cats.

Breakfast service is extremely slow and quite poor. The hot water fails if you are not quick with wash.
