De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, met in het bijzonder Ulfi! Locatie is perfect en de kamer was schoon en netjes.

Het geluid van de moskee is goed te horen. Ben wel bang dag alle verblijven op Gili Air hier last van hebben.

Het personeel maakt altijd een praatje met je en je kan zeker met ze lachen. Ook zijn ze erg behulpzaam wanneer er iets mis is. De kamers zijn goed schoon en grenzend aan het zwembad. De locatie zit echt midden op de drukke straat van Gili Air, maar daar merk je in het hotel zelf niks van. Het is een klein eiland maar vanuit deze locatie is alles goed te lopen, je zit zeer centraal. De badkamer is ook erg ruim.

Omdat de badkamer een dakraam heeft, kunnen er nog wel eens wat insecten binnenkomen. Zo wilde ik snachts gebruik maken van de badkamer en kwam tot mijn verrassing de grootste kakkerlak ooit tegen op de muur (hij kon vliegen). Verder zat er ook een Gecko en nog wat kleinere kakkerlakken. Hierdoor heb ik geen goede nachtrust gehad. Receptie was snachts niet bereikbaar aangezien er na 10 uur niemand meer zit. Wel moet ik complimenten geven aan het personeel die er de volgende dag alles aan deden zodat dit niet nog eens gebeurde. Het dakraam werd afgedekt en de kamer werd behandeld met spray. Ook werd alles grondig nogmaals schoongemaakt (kamer was al goed schoon), en gaf een medewerker zijn persoonlijke nummer voor het geval ik snachts weer een kakkerlak zag. Hij was dan bereid vanuit zijn huis terug naar het hotel te komen om te helpen, ontzettend klantvriendelijk! Ook stelde ze voor toen ik savonds terugkwam om voor het slapen nog eens mn hele kamer te controleren op insecten. Ik heb de nacht erna geen kakkerlakken of andere insecten meer gezien.

We had an amazing few days staying here! The rooms were really nice and cleaned daily, the food and drinks were great, and the pool was lovely. But what really makes this place special is the wonderful atmosphere. Without a doubt, this place is made by the amazing people who work here. We loved chatting with everyone. Il personale è gentilissimo, in particolar modo Ulfi, sempre disponibile!! Colazione buonissima e sempre puntuale. Camere molto belle e pulite. Se dovesse servirvi è disponibile anche il servizio lavanderia. Consigliatissimo!!

Die Unterkunft ist nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt. Man kommt überall schnell hin und ist in einer guten Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei all unseren Anliegen geholfen und Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können es nur empfehlen!

Die Handtücher waren etwas dünn… ansonsten nichts.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, dass der Pool nicht der sauberste war. Man kann aber definitiv trotzdem drin schwimmen. Außerdem liegt ein absoluter Traumstrand 10min Fußweg entfernt.

La piscine est sympa (même si nous n’y sommes pas allés) bien que je trouve plus petite en photos qu’en vrai mais c’est qu’une impression je pense. Le petit dej est bon et le personnel très gentil

Das Personal war wirklich super. Haben uns total wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft gab es auch einen kostenlosen Wasserspender. Das Frühstück war echt hervorragend. Der Barista Kaffee war auch total klasse (jedoch gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis).

Die Handtücher haben etwas komisch gerochen ansonsten war alles super.

Świetna lokalizacja, przy głównej asfaltowej drodze, 5 minut pieszo od portu, dzięki czemu nie mieliśmy problemu aby się dostać z walizkami. Obiekt czysty, smaczne śniadania, willa spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Ogromny plus za przemiłą obsługę, która zawsze starała się zagadać, a kiedy raz wspomnieliśmy o tym, że jedno z nas ma urodziny, na drugi dzień przyniesiono nam śniadanie ze świeczką i zaśpiewano sto lat - to było bardzo miłe i bardzo to doceniamy!

El personal era super amable y simpáticos! Te limpiaban la habitación cada mañana. El espacio es SUPER limpio y cómodo, ni te preocupes por eso, lo recomiendo muchísimo. Super buena ubicación, calle segura en el centro donde están las tiendas y los cafés, y en unos minutos tienes la playa, está perfecto. Además es igual de bonito que en las fotos.

El agua de la piscina por la noche estaba ardiendo, pero por el día muy bien y muy chula! Quizás la gente muy pesada jugando en la piscina y tienes el balcón delante.. me hubiese gustado que les hicieran hacer silencio.

I loved that it was central to everything. The pool was great, the staff were amazing. They greeted me personally and made me feel special. The room was modern and beautiful. The bathroom was enclosed, no bugs! Air conditioning worked very well. It was very luxurious and perfect for me - could walk easily to sunrises, sunsets and the port.

The breakfast was lovely, but everywhere else I stayed it was included. Close to enough to go elsewhere for breakfast, but maybe raise the price a little to include breakfast

L’établissement est vraiment très proche d’une mosquée. L’appel à la prière est très audible, y compris pendant la nuit et tôt le matin, ce qui peut provoquer plusieurs réveils. Il est difficile de l’ignorer, car il dure assez longtemps. Le petit-déjeuner est également assez basique.

위치가 중심가에 있어요. 3박을했는데 길리에어가 작다보니 아쉬운점이 바다앞에 숙소가 더 편할듯요.. 어차피 걸어서 10분이예요.. 바다에서 중심가는.. 2베드룸 풀빌라였는데 상태좋고 눅눅함 없었어요. 직원들 친절하고요. 여기도 좋았지만 바다앞 숙소로 다음에 가고싶어요. 길리에어 작아요.

청소를 조금 더 깨끗하게 해줬음 좋았을텐데.. 아침식사는 나가서 드세요..

Optimo hotel, localizado a 5min a pé do porto dos barcos. Localização excelente, com restaurantes, praia muito perto para ir a pe. Quartos excelentes, bending excelente! Funcionarios top! Alugamos motas no hotel, baratas e excelentes. Pequeno almoço delicioso; bowls de fruta que adoramos! Tem serviço de lavandaria a peso, excelente e barato. A unica coisa que podemos apontar a este hotel é ter a coluna das orações muito perto, e por volta das 4 da manhã acordamos a ouvir as orações. De resto tudo 5*

Quite central, but a reasonable walk to the beach.

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Everyone was sincere, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. My friend accidentally left some belongings on a boat. We informed the staff about the lost items, and one staff member kindly helped search for them, found them, and brought them back to us. We were genuinely surprised by how sincerely he helped us. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were comfy the staff were super friendly and helpful. They arranged a special birthday cake for me for a surprise for my husband and advised where to go to celebrate it in the evening. Breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. You can get your laundry done there. Its close to the beach,and restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Nothing it was lovely

This was a wonderful villa; clean, spacious, big TV with Netflix which the kids loved, private pool, water you can drink on tap, yummy breakfast delivered to your door in the morning, friendly helpful staff, good laundry service. We couldn't fault it. My daughters suitcase broke so the owner found a spare in their storeroom.

El alojamiento está situado en una muy buena zona (cercana tanto al puerto como a playas). Se accede rápido a cualquier sitio. La habitación en sí estaba bastante bien, una buena cama, buen baño, y sobre todo, bien sellada de mosquitos. El personal muy muy amable. Muy buenos desayunos y con gran variedad. La piscina increíble, de las mejores que hemos estado en Bali. Facilidad para alquilar bicis y moto.

Las cortinas estaban un poquito sucias, y el alojamiento en si no es super moderno. Pero es verdad que en general no había suciedad en la cama ni nada importante. De las dos bicis que alquilamos, en una no funcionaba bien la pata y dificultaba dejarlas en los sitios, no estaba del todo en buen estado la bici. Pero en general muy contentos.

Wir haben hier 5 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die immer für einen Smalltalk zu haben waren und uns schon ab Tag 1 persönlich mit Namen angesprochen haben – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, mit täglicher Reinigung. Das Frühstück war richtig lecker, der Pool wunderschön und die zentrale Lage perfekt. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Tutto perfetto, stanza pulita con aria condizionata, bagno spazioso. Staff gentilissimo e molto socievole. Ottima la posizione nella via centrale di Gili Air.

Heri was very friendly! Made us feel completely at home, offering recommendations and advice about the Islands. We absolutely loved our stay, and was sad to leave.

La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de todo, y llegas en barco y estás a cinco minutos andando por una calle principal. El sitio es muy bonito y acogedor y es perfecto para ir dando un paseo hacia cualquiera de las costas Lo mejor del desayuno son los bowls y los clásicos mie goreng y nasi goreng

Se podrían mejorar ciertos mantenimientos, la nevera sonaba de vez en cuando, como si crujiese, y molestaba sobre todo por las noches. El café que incluye el desayuno es un café de infusión sin más, el café decente se paga aparte. Si es verdad que suenan cantos muy fuertes a horas aleatorias, lo mismo es a las seis de la tarde que a las tres de la mañana pero en la recepción hay tapones

El hotel es bonito, tiene una piscina central muy bonita y limpia, la habitación no es muy grande pero esta bien y la cama es cómoda. Los chicos que llevan el alojamiento son muy jóvenes son muy majos y ponen de su parte aunque a veces no fue suficiente. El desayuno es poco variado pero está bien (tuvimos tantos buenos desayunos en los demás sitios que este se nos quedó un poco descafeinado). No tienen fruta fresca ni zumos naturales pero probad el Bowl que no lo probamos hasta el último día y estaba buenísimo. Está bien y mal situado, bien porque esta cerca del puerto en una calle principal y mal porque está al lado de la Mezquita.

Está al lado de la Mezquita por lo que cada noche a las 3 de la mañana suena el rezo y ni con tapones se puede dormir. Quién en una opinión dijo que no se oía nada, no es cierto, ese chico debía estar sordo. La limpieza de la habitación no fue muy buena. En una ocasión al volver al hotel encontré una barra de labios que no era mía en el baño al lado de mis cosas del neceser, algo que me disgustó bastante. Cuando se lo dije a ellos lo cogieron y no le dieron ninguna importancia. Al día siguiente se dejaron un trapo sucio de limpiar encima de mi maleta. El primer día te dejan una botella de agua de cristal llena, pero el resto de los días, si quieres agua tienes que ir tu a recepción a una máquina a cogerla, ellos son muchos y los ves juntos en recepción tranquilamente, que no les costaría nada ponerte la botella llena cada mañana. Durante dos días estuvo cayendo agua del aire acondicionado, de tal forma que se formaba charco a la entrada del agua, cierto es que en cuanto lo avisamos lo arreglaron. No te cambian las toallas no se en cuantos días, porque tras tres noches al volver al hotel seguían las mismas toallas del primer día y tuve que pedir por favor que me las cambiaran, al final te duchas dos veces al día y no daba tiempo ni que secaran y te secabas con ellas húmedas. Este hotel fue con diferencia el más caro de nuestros 15 días de tour por Indonesia y por desgracia en comparación todos los demás fueron mejores.

Nous avons séjournez dans cette hôtel pour une nuit et tout était agréable. Le personnel tout comme le cadre. La chambre correspondait à nos attentes, tout comme le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas profiter de la piscine par manque de temps mais le fait que chaque chambre donne dessus c'est très sympa. Aussi sa localisation (à 5 min à pied du port) est très bon point positif. Aussi il est situé à 10 min à pied d'un spot de snorkeling donc très pratique.

Le petit point négatif c'est le petit déjeuner, en effet j'ai trouvé qu'il manquait de variété mais dans l'absolu tout était très correct.

A atenção de todos os funcionários, em particular o Ozal e o Heri. A localização é ótima, próxima de tudo, e ao mesmo tempo a zona é calma.

Stayed here for 4 nights, liked every single day of it! Excellent location!!! Walking distance from the harbour. Many good restaurants on the same street (Sabai Sabai was our favourite restaurant and Damonte has the best Gelato in Gili Air) Extremely warm, thoughtful and considerate staff, they were just the best! Beautiful property and very clean throughout. Absolutely delicious breakfast!

Just one thing that I thought could be better - the pool can be cleaned/circulated a little more frequently, not that it wasn't clean per se, it was ok. It's just that the wind and plants nearby caused a lot of dried leaves and some dust to enter the pool easily and that just made the water feel a little dirty.

Located close to the harbour, shops, cafes etc. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and has a very relaxed atmosphere. Herry and the staff were so helpful and friendly, they really go above and beyond.

Super céntrico, muy cerca del puerto, puedes ir andando con las maletas. Bungalows limpios y bonitos alrededor de una piscina central. Los chicos de recepción y bar muy simpáticos y encantadores y la chica del staff genial. Muy buen desayuno. Por la noche puedes tomar un cocktail sentado en las hamacas de la piscina y tambien bañarte de noche.
