De ligging en de uitbaters

Het ontbijt was voor ons geen schot in de roos wij eten graag brood , croissants en broodjes maar dat was hier niet voorradig wel zelfgebakken brood zuurdesem maar dat eet ik niet graag. Bovendien zijn wij vleeseters en er stond alleen maar kaas , confituur en een eitje op het menu. Dus het ontbijt viel bij ons tegen.

Un accueil d'emblée sympathique à la porte d'une grande maison de notable à l'entrée d'un parc. Une très grande chambre où on se sent bien, un lit immense et confortable, un espace toilette avec douche à l'italienne. Un sauna et une piscine chauffée. Un excellent petit déjeuner avec des confitures faites maison. Je recommande chaudement !

un peu difficile à trouver

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux. Le temps pour nous de nous déconnecter pour une soirée. Le jardin est magnifique et le petit déjeuner maison est succulent.

Il nous a ete nécessaire de reprendre la route pour aller manger. Mais en ce qui nous concerne, nous nous etions organisés ainsi.

Liked the pool and the lovely garden area, the breakfast had lots of home made treats and the owners were amazing hosts.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like regarding the guest house.

Alles was perfect, Carine en Marc warm en hartelijk . Bamboe de liefste. Mooie B&B ruime schone kamer. Met privé infrarood sauna. Een koelkastje voor gebruik. Prachtige tuin met verwarmd zwembad. Een tuin om in te verdwalen. Het ontbijt puur, geen ander woord voor. Vers eitje van loslopende kippen. Eigengemaakte jam en brood. Zeker een B& B om terug te keren.

*A little paradise on earth!* We had the most wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave. The place itself is absolutely beautiful. The garden is stunning — full of gorgeous flowers, fruit trees, and little corners to sit and relax. It really feels like stepping into a fairytale. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and so peaceful. Carine and Marc are exceptional hosts — genuinely the most caring, warm and lovely people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. The hosting was outstanding and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. It was incredibly delicious and all organic, with homemade bread, jams and honey made on the property. You can taste how much love goes into everything. Our son had the best time. He fell in love with their extremely friendly dog, and was fascinated by all the animals — the chickens, ducks, geese and sheep. He talked about them the whole trip! The swimming pool was outstanding too and perfect for cooling off. Beyond being wonderful hosts, Carine and Marc are very interesting people with a beautiful family, amazing stories, and outstanding talent. Spending time with them made our stay even more special. It truly is a little paradise on earth. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and so grateful. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again soon. Thank you Carine and Marc for such unforgettable hospitality!

Excellent guest house if you want to explore the beautiful garden, with its many flowers, roses and trees, organic breakfast and if you want to get inspired for your own garden.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à B&B La Roseraie. Marc et Karine sont des hôtes exceptionnels, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours attentifs au moindre détail. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans leur magnifique maison, entourée d’un très beau jardin. La propriété est idéalement située, dans un environnement calme et paisible, avec un parking privé sur place, ce qui est très appréciable. Les chambres se trouvent à l’étage et sont décorées avec énormément de goût. Elles sont spacieuses et très confortables : l’une dispose d’une superbe douche à l’italienne, l’autre d’une baignoire. Nous avions également accès à un petit salon privé avec une kitchenette entièrement équipée et même un sauna infrarouge — un vrai luxe ! La literie est d’excellente qualité, ce qui nous a garanti des nuits reposantes. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement exceptionnel, composé exclusivement de produits locaux et biologiques. Karine avait préparé elle-même trois sortes de pain, délicieux et tout juste sortis du four. Nous avons aussi savouré un œuf à la coque, du jus de pomme frais, et bien d’autres gourmandises. Le feu ouvert crépitait dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale. Ce fut une très belle découverte et nous reviendrons certainement en été pour profiter de la piscine et admirer le jardin en pleine floraison. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Hôte très accueillante et la maison d’hôtes est superbe. Adresse incontournable pour séjourner à Tournai. Excellent petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait 🤩 Des adresses comme on les aime.

Breakfast was excellent with home made breads and jams plus of course good coffee

The only slight downside is that the rooms are at the very top of the house meaning 4 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but something to bear in mind if climbing stairs is an issue.

Beautiful property, very comfortable and clean. Friendly, kind and helpful host. Delicious breakfast provided each morning and lovely heated pool. Grounds are incredible with gated secure access. Very accommodating for our toddler as well and the owner even gave her a calendar to paint when we got home.

Wonderful Hosts- very caring and we found it a beautiful place to stay.

There are stairs but the Host assisted with our luggage. Once in our room it was perfect in all respects and we had a nice stay.

It was a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable and quiet. The house is tastefully decorated. Carine is a very good host, she gives real attention. Breakfast is plentiful, delicious with homemade bread. The location is convenient for exploring the area.

Carine was an extremely kind and thoughtful hostess. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfasts were incredible; all items were locally produced and great care was taken to ensure quality and desirability. It was such a nice experience to sit down and relax in a cozy outdoor space in the morning. The gardens are also very accessible and enjoyable to walk.

Very nicely presented, friendly and welcoming host, delicious home made breakfast and very comfortable stay indeed.

Owners are great, breakfast awesome, all very clean. Very eco too - no microwave gave us a bit of a headache for the kid, but we survived.
