Très bon emplacement pour démarrer l’ascension du mont Batur directement à pieds. L’excursion peut s’organiser via l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner copieux et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus après la randonnée.

The staff were the highlight of our trip, so friendly and helpful. We had a morning hike, bike hire and transfers all organised through them, all of which was great! The rooms were nice and clean, showers are fed by the Hotsprings as is the pool! The location is close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

There are many flies in the region due to local farming practices but don’t let that stop you enjoying this beautiful part of the world.

The location was amazing and the hot springs were so wonderful to stay in. The hotel itself was smaller, only accommodating maybe 20 people total, and that made it personal and unique. The rooms were all amazing, clean and nice to sleep in.

Un cadre exceptionnel pour aller faire l’excursion du Mont Batur. On part à pieds de l’hôtel. La piscine Hot Springs de l’hôtel permet de ne pas sortir. La qualité du guide pour le Mont Batur, Bagia, qui rend joyeuse cette montée nocturne. Pour qui vient faire la randonnée, la faire avec lui est un vrai plus.

Il y a beaucoup de mouches sur Kintamani, il faut le savoir, elles sont omniprésentes. Et si il y a un match de foot le soir dans le stade, la sono doit animer tout le village donc pas idéal pour s’endormir.

The room was super clean and spacious. The hot springs were lovely and the location super convenient for nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Eddie, the manager, was incredibly helpful and arranged to pick us up personally from Padang Bai port as well as take us to our next destination after our stay. While we were there Bagia was super friendly. Between the two of them it was a very welcoming experience.

The villa itself is absolutely stunning, remarkably well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with arranging local drivers since Grab can be difficult to get in the area. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and the hot springs are simply amazing—the whole property is beautifully kept. Highly recommended!

The remote location makes ride-hailing services like Grab quite tricky to use, so you have to rely on local drivers organized by the property. But that’s not a problem about the villa

Hotel molto carino nel centro del villaggio di Kintamani, lo staff assolutamente gentile e attento alle necessità di chi viaggia, la struttura ha una piscina di acqua termale che esce calda ed è il suo forte, essendo il posto in montagna e quindi un po' più freddo rispetto alle altre località di Bali. Molto bello anche il giardino. Stanza confortevole.

Il villaggio di Kintamani, parte l escusione sul monte Batur, non ha attrattive e sembra in parte abbandonato.

Super nettes, kompetentes und hilfsbereite Personal. Schöne Zimmer und im Pool mit dem angenehm warmen Wasser, traumhafter Aussicht - einfach wunderschön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Breakfast was so nice and great choice, again loved the fruit, so tasty. Room was cleaned every day which was not really necessary. The staff were really good, in particular 'Bagia' funny guy.

Lo único que no me gustó fueron las moscas pero es algo que el hotel no puede controlar! 🤣 si vas a kintamani este es el mejor hotel que puedes encontrar encontrar.

La colazione solo salata e molto semplice. Per fare il trekking sul monte ci si deve svegliare alle 3 di notte. Non avevamo acqua all'interno dell'appartamento. La zona è piena di mosche che rendono poco piacevole stare in piscina.

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the place. Villa are confortable, clean , very convenient if you want to hike Mt Batur as you can start the early walk directly from the hotel. The guest are amazing and very welcoming. The hot pool is the perfect way to relax after the hike. . A special thank to our guide Bagia who made us feel at home and provided amazing service at the hotel and during the hike. We really recommend the place.

Le lieu est incroyable et à proximité de tout : warung, supermarché, chemin de treck pour Mont Batur ! Nous avions une piscine d'eau chaude privé et nous etions à proximité de la piscine d'eau chaude ! Nous avions un bungalow avec 2 chambres, les équipements étaient magnifiques ! Le service a été parfait, le personnel de l'hôtel a été extrêmement gentil, aidant et arrangeant !!! Je recommande à 1000% !!!

We loved everything about our villa. The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts were delicious. Great location with spectacular views. The pool and plunge pool next our villa were fantastic, maybe a little hot some days. The hot springs were fabulous for our skin.

I believe they should let people know the steps up to the villas are quite steep with no hand rail.

Un hôtel et un accueil formidable. La vue était magnifique , apaisante et vraiment parfaite pour engager le trek du Mont Batur . Le directeur de l’établissement(Edy) et son équipe nous ont préparé une belle décoration pour nos 11ans de mariage et le guide Beija a été incroyable avec les enfants pour l’ascension du Mont Batur . Le jaccuzi après le trek est vraiment apprécié ! Je recommande !

Het personeel was zo lief en behulpzaam. Wayan came with us as a guide for trekking Mount Batur, he was very nice and entertaining. We loved it, memory for life! Het zwembad is heel warm, heel bijzonder! En de kamers zijn mooi ingericht en schoon.

Er zijn vliegen waar je weleens gek van wordt in dit gebied. Maar dit staat niet in verhouding tot je verblijf en activiteiten daar. Gewoon doen!

Lovely, modern styled rooms. Comfortable space. Lovely setting. Great location for doing Mt Batur sunrise hike as you are essentially at the start of the trail - meant we got a window of a bit more sleep. The hot spring pool was epic! Used it the night before and then after the hike - really soothing!!

Breakfast was okay, wouldn’t rave about it. Location is well out of township. But chose for hike not town. There is 3 mart stores nearby a few restaurants (recommend the Japanese just down the road).

Property is very beautiful. We loved the private hot spring we had outside our room with amazing views. Very ideal if you are planning to go on the Mount Batur hike. Breakfast was good and staff super friendly.

The hot springs are wonderful l! The staff go above and beyond. Ayu is the best! She is helpful and even offered to give me a lift on her day off. Bagia took me up and down Mount Batur! He is such a good guide and brilliant photographer. Nice breakfast is a good bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this welcoming and exceptionally well-maintained hotel. From the moment we arrived, Ayu and her colleagues made us feel at home with their warm hospitality and helpful introduction to the hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private terrace, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom was equally spacious and impeccably clean, with fresh towels provided every day. The natural hot spring pool was a real highlight—wonderfully warm, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh juice, fruit, a hot drink, and a generous choice of tasty breakfast dishes. The location is ideal for anyone planning to hike Mount Batur, as the main trekking starting point is just a few minutes away. Although the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner, there is a supermarket and several local restaurants within walking distance. During the day there are quite a few flies, which is common in this area because of the volcanic soil, nearby farmland, and the humid climate around the crater lake. They disappear in the evening and did not bother us at night. A special thank you to Ayu and Bagia for their kindness, genuine hospitality, and outstanding service. They truly made our stay memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Mount Batur area.

Echt een prachtig huisje, heel luxe met een heerlijke eigen hotspring voor de deur. Daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt.

Toen we aankwamen wisten ze niets van onze reservering. Ik moest op Booking laten zien wat onze Booking was. Kwam niet zo gastvrij over.

It’s continently located close to many facilities, hot springs pool with amazing view makes chill mornings very special. And their stuff is exceptionally welcoming and kind. I wanna say special thanks to Ayu who helped us a lot with a local guidance and even gave warm clothes to us for Batur hike.

温泉、清潔、スタッフのサービスは最高です。 バイクレンタルは24hで200k、帰りのウブドへ向けてのタクシー手配は400k、その他ツアーの手配もしてくれます。今回の私達のようにホテル滞在以外のアクティビティや移動に選択肢があるならおすすめします。

これはここに限ったことではありませんが、このエリアはとにかくハエは多いです。あと思ったより、景観は良くない(そんなに高いところにないため景色が良いとは言い難い)。またホテルへの入り口がわかりずらい。 宿泊施設とは関係ありませんが、grabはほぼ使えないと思った方がいいです。チェックアウトしてgrabを呼ぼうとしたら地元のタクシードライバーが妨害して、キャンセルされました。しかも2回もです。これは地元のタクシードライバーの利益を守ることだと理解はしていますが、帰りのタクシー手配だけで1時間半ほど無駄な時間とストレスを感じました。 今後利用される方はgrabはトラブルがあるかもしれない前提で使うか、ホテルにタクシーを手配するのが無難です。最終的にホテルに対応してもらいました。ただタクシー代はgrabの倍の400k-します) ホテルのスタッフのサービス自体は大変満足のいくものでしたが、帰りのタクシーでのトラブルが気分が悪くなりました。しかし、背景を理解するとこのような素晴らしい地域に外人が観光出来るとゆうことの感謝を地元に還元する気持ちも大事かなとも思います。

Für uns war der Aufenthalt einfach perfekt! Das Apartment ist sehr groß, äußerst sauber und mit einem großen, bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Hot-Spring-Pools sind traumhaft schön, alles ist gepflegt, sauber und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und schmeckt hervorragend. Alle sind super freundlich! Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Bagia, der uns bei der Organisation aller Touren und Ausflüge geholfen hat. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben vier Nächte hier verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles! 😊

The shower was not very hot and the shower head needs replacing .. the flow of water form the head was patchy.

The staff were amazing and so friendly, specially one of the male staff (I cant remember his name) but he was so pleasant! The property is located basically at the bottom of Mt Batur, we were able to start our hike right from the hotel!

We loved our room with private hot spring spa. The views the gardens the staff it was all very magical! The room was clean and comfortable. Such a beautiful place to relax after doing the sunrise hike.

The flies are relentless. Highly recommend a good insect repellent.

Staff were all excellent, especially Ayu and Bhagya. Always happy to help. The spa outside the room and the larger thermal pool were both perfect in the cooler weather. The view across the lake from the thermal pool was something else!

If you plan on lying back and reading by the thermal pool, or having breakfast outside your room, forget about it. The flies are relentless! There's a vegetable patch both sides of the property which doesn't help. If you're gone after breakfast and back after dark then its not such a problem. Booked a double bed but got 2 singles jammed together with a protruding join down the middle. Not very comfortable. Shower head pressure needs to be fixed.

Its absolutely beautiful! Surrounded by lush well maintained gardens. The hot spring pool is perfect for relaxing in. The villa was clean comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. It was close to plenty of shops. The hotel organised our Jeep tour up Mount Batur. The hosts were so kind and helpful they went over and above to make sure we had the best experience. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Fantastic value for money

Un super hôtel très bien situé si on veut aller faire l'ascension du mont Batur (départ sentier à côté) . Grande chambre très propre et bien décorée avec une partie coin salle de bain donnant sur l'extérieur.Literie confortable et XXL . La piscine et le jacuzzi privé (sources chaudes) sont un réel luxe surtout quand on vient de marcher plusieurs heures ;-)Super pour la récupération! Et dans un cadre agréable(jardin bien entretenu ,calme du lieu...) Le petit déjeuner est bon .Le personnel souriant et très serviable .Et en ce qui concerne leur guide Bagia ,il est vraiment au top ,il nous fait découvrir les lieux avec le sourire tout le long du parcours et un brin d'humour !Tout était parfait ! merci . Prévoyez un taxi local (il y en a tt proche) car selon ou vous allez les Grab ne font pas le déplacement ,le notre nous a lâché au dernier moment et le personnel nous a vite trouvé une solution. Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel mais des restos proches et pas trop mal .(ils vous conseilleront si besoin).

Région où il y a pas mal de mouches mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel car ils ont été attentifs à ce qu'il n'y en ait aucune dans la chambre !
