Der Pool war das absolute Highlight der Anlage. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig und sauber. Leider sind die Unmengen von Fliegen kaum auszuhalten!

The staff were very attentive and responsive to what's app messages and helped us with everything - drivers, tours, food etc. All the drivers they got for us were very reasonably priced and they were all great! The location was great for mount batur treks and the Kintamani region. The thermal hot pool was lovely. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast options were good.

The flies - but this is an issue anywhere in Kintamani, and outside of the control of the property.

We stayed here for only one night and did the early morning sunrise hike up mount Batur, but had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable and the best thing was the warm hot spring pool that’s accessible for all guests. Absolutely amazing! They helped us organize a guide for the sunrise hike, there are two options, we did the one where you also walk around the crater once and this was really cool, too, if you’re okay with heights and sometimes narrows paths, we strongly recommend this option for the hike (it’s 500K per person).

It is true that there are a lot of flies around the area, so relaxing in the pool is okay, by the pool in the garden not as comfortable, but that’s everywhere in the area the same. The food was okay, we also ordered dinner there, but it’s nothing special or suuuper delicious.

Beaucoup de mouches mais rien à voir avelc la propreté ou la saleté, c'est la région qui veut ça. Guest house excentrée donc diner sur place à réserver.

Mye for pengene sammenlignet med andre steder i området. Varme kildene var fantastisk. Mye valuta for pengene, og de arrangerte en flott jeep tur i soloppgangen for oss. Jouan guidet oss fint opp og tok nydelige bilder i soloppgangen. Gjestfritt personell som ga oss to gratis vann hver dag. Perfekt sted for kortere opphold. Merk at de ikke tilbyr jeep+trekking helt til toppen. Hvis man skal til toppen må man gå hele veien.

Fluene kan være irriterende men ikke veldig plagsom om ettermiddagen. Et bål ved bassenget og restauranten burde vurderes. Frokosten er det man kan forvente, men hadde vært fint med mer variasjon for lengre opphold.

Prima bed, keurige kamer die door de hoogte ruimer voelde dan hij was. Royale badkamer met goede douche. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de sunrise op de berg. De hotspring was heerlijk! Personeel super aardig en behulpzaam. We hadden geen warme kleren bij ons voor de beklimming en toen mochten we van hem twee truien lenen. Super lief, we hadden ze ook echt nodig!

Tussen half 7 ‘s morgens en ‘s avonds waren er veel vliegen. Na die tijd kon je weer heerlijk buiten zitten.

Phantastisch Lage mit Blick auf See und die beiden Berge. Da es in dieser Höhe (1000 Höhenmeter) nachts recht kühl werden kann, ist ein abendliches Bad in der heißen Quelle wunderschön. Mount Batur kann direkt von dort bestiegen werden ohne dass man abgeholt werden muss. Auch Essen kann bestellt werden. Der abendliche Blick über den See ist einmalig.

Der Pool ist eher ein Hot Pot, kein Pool zum Schwimmen. Hat uns gut gefallen, aber Pool ist ein bißchen missverständlich. Beim Duschen ist danach für Stunden das ganze Bad nass.

Bardzo czysty i przyjemny ośrodek. Mieliśmy dwa pokoje zarówno z mały basen z gorącym źródłem jak i bez. Jednej i drugi Super ale goraco polecam ten z gorącym źródłem.

This beautiful hotel and villas has an incredible view of lake Batur and the surrounding mountains. The room was clean and every morning they refilled our private hot spring. Very very close to the sunrise jeep tour and only a 15-20 minute drive to the famous kintamani cliff side cafe/restaurants.

Sehr engagiertes Team, hilft bestens bei VulkanTouren und der heiße Pool am Abend ist phantastisch! Wir kommen wieder!

Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist ziemlich holprig, aber so ist Bali.

Las instalaciones eran increíbles. Piscina de agua caliente, cama muy cómoda.

Estaba lleno de moscas. Ya lo habíamos leído en otras reseñas y pensábamos que sería una exageración pero nada que ver. Intentamos desayunar en la terraza y era imposible. Cientos de moscas. Además, alquilamos la excursión con ellos para subir al monte batur y no lo recomiendo. Te dicen que te incluyen muchas cosas que luego no incluyen, el guía no nos contó absolutamente nada durante el trayecto, el desayuno que nos dijeron que habría en la cima nada que ver. Recomiendo buscar otros tours que se veían mucho más elaborados en la cima.

L’hôtel organisé pour vous la sortie au Mt Batur ! Nou étions avec nos 4 enfants !

Het ontbijt was lekker. Het warmtebronzwembad was zalig en we hadden het voor ons alleen. De hile naar mount batur werd door het verblijf georganiseerd en de gids was top. We kregen verl kwzliteit voor een lage prijs.

Het klopt wel dat er veel vliegen zijn. Das minder fijn. Ook had ik de ligging wat mis ingeschat. De villa lag wat achterin gelegen op een wat langere zandweg. Dit maakte het wat moeilijker om buitenhuis te eten of het dorp te veekennen. We aten in het complex zelf en dat was dan weer prachtig en zonder vliegen.

Warm welcome by manager and staff. Swimming pool heated by natural hot spring (very warm) and a view over lake and mountains.

Breakfast with very limited choice : eggs, or nasi goreng or pancakes, and just 1 hot beverages. Maybe a wider selection should be enjoyable by guests, even with an extra fee.

Nice room with a pool with hot spring water. Very polite staff. Helped us get a taxi when our taxi driver, Rizal, residing in Kuta,who was hired for our whole holiday in Bali, took money in advance for the trip, cheated us and disappeared.

Had a few plumbing issues but staff always came to resolve.

Nice big rooms, with fridge, tea coffee etc. very comfortable bed. Very clean. Great having What’s App communication to order cleaning, food and drink to room and re filling of hot spring pool.

Couldn’t turn off room lights from the bed in room 5 and had to unplug side light to turn it off. Room needs nets in front of curtains which would give some privacy from the car park without having to close the curtains and would help keep the flies out.

Spacious clean rooms, very helpful manager (helped to organise the sunrise jeep tour and the transfer to Amed). Hot spring pool is the gem! Food assortment in the restaurant is very limited but It’s still a good option if you’re too tired to go out. Perfect base for 1-2 nights to explore the area.

Flies are very annoying in the daytime but this is the common issue around not the hotel’s fault. At night they don’t bother you and you can enjoy meals outside and soaking in hot pool.

The room I had was with doors and wall completely glass so uncomfortable getting undressed in full view of outside. Either get sunlight and exposed or close everything in dark and use the lights to stay private

Cela ne m’a pas dérangé mais il faut une voiture pour les personnes qui n’aiment pas marcher ou qui se déplace difficilement car le centre est à une dizaine de minutes mais le chemin est escarpé et mal éclairé

L'eau de la piscine bcp trop chaude. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Bcp de mouches... mais apparemment c'est dans tous les hôtels de la région.

Het uitzicht was prachtig met mooie, ruime en schone kamer. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en regelen de mount Barur hike perfect.

Veel vliegen maar was in hele gebied dus had niks met de hygiëne te maken.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut . Die Zimmer sind recht neu , sauber und gut. Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den See. Der Track zur Besteigung des Batur geht direkt hinter dem Hotel los.

Das Frühstück ist sehr Basic

Notre but était de monter le mont Batur au coucher du soleil. L’hôtel nous a trouvé un guide et la randonnée partait directement de l’hôtel. La piscine d’eau chaude naturelle avec vue sur la montagne est sublime.

Cette région fait beaucoup de culture maraîchère et le fumier attire beaucoup de mouches. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais c’est un peu tannant…

L'établissement se trouve à proximité du départ pour la rando du mont Batur. La chambre est tout à fait correcte, simple et propre. Il y a une piscine de source chaude à 40°. Le staff nous a aidé pour trouver un taxi car les compagnies telles que GRAB ne sont pas autorisées à entrer dans la ville.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible. L'établissement est très isolé et il n'y a pas grand chose à faire hormis l'ascension du mont Batur. Nous avons demandé à faire cette excursion avec l'hôtel mais il demandait beaucoup plus qu'au village.

Просто великолепное место, Gede человек который управляет этим местом настоящий профессионал, очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, на территории имеется термальный источник, в котором можно находится вплоть до 11 вечера, но я дольше 10 не сидел) рекомендую этот отель к посещению, все уютно, чисто и аккуратно, вы точно не пожалеете и отлично проведете время, так же закажите на ресепшен трекинг на гору Батур, виды потрясающие, что сказать мухи там по всюду, так что это явно не имеет н какого отношения к отелю , ставлю 10 из 10!

The view is incredible and very relaxing to swim in the hot pool. The staff were very friendly and made a lovely breakfast each morning. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The road to the accomodation is a bit bumpy and not something they can control - we didn’t mind but wouldn’t recommend a smaller car to drive through.

Erstmals in diesem Hotel gewesen. Die Strasse zum Hotel ist leider nicht nur schmal und glitschick, sondern nur auf vulkanischen Steinen. Sehr schönes Zimmer (Nr.7) mit Aussicht auf dem See. Abendessen im Restaurant sehr gut - ebenso das Frühstück ! Sehr liebenswertes Service Kommen gerne wieder. Empfehlenswert !

Beautiful rooms, all necessary mod cons. Hot pool …. but nowhere near as large as it appears on promotion photos. Receptionist/cleaner/cook was an absolute star. Arranged guide for Sunrise hike, provided breakfast on our return. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.

Flies everywhere in this area of Kintamani. Harmless maybe, but irritating throughout the day…..they disappear in the evening.

Nice new villa just under the volcano - great basecamp for early morning summit. There is a nice hot spring place just 10 minutes down in the village called BNHS. The private hot spring in the villa was great for warming up during the cold weather. The staff was very friendly. The property offers hiking packages to Mount Batur - short, medium and long - short one was 300k per person, middle one was 400k per person, and I do not remember the long one.

While it is technically a private villa with a private hot spring, you are facing a car park and reception, which are slightly raised compared to your villa, meaning no privacy since you can just stand at the reception and stare inside. The eating place was filled with dead insects. While I do not hold this against the property since it is not their fault, there is a huge problem with flies in the area during the days during the rainy season. This means you can't eat outside or just sit in a hot spring because there will be literally 30 flies flying around you. Also, the advertised hot spring is technically there and great by itself, but you need to always ask the staff to empty it and fill it again with hot water - you are not allowed to do it by yourself. During the cold weather, when the water is ready, you have maybe 30 minutes to enjoy it before it gets cold and needs to be replaced, thus a need to call the staff again.

Our room was new, in perfect condition, bigger than I expected, comfy bed and a fantastic view on Mt Batur and Mt Abang. Loved the hot water pool, too. Staff was very kind and helpful, they organised a jeep tour for us as well. The best thing that it was completely quiet during the night so we had a good sleep.

The end of the road is a little bumpy to achieve the accommodation but our car survived so no need to worry :)

The rooms were nice enough, and the staff while pleasant, seemed to lack proper training in hotel accomodation, but see our overall comments below. Considering the very limited restaurant capacity on site, we walked maybe a couple hundred metres down the road and found an excellent restaurant at Toteme Glamping.

Basic food options provided by the kitchen were not very good. Example: coffee served at breakfast for all 4 of us was undrinkable. Outdoor dining area was very prone to flies. The one indoor eating area was spartan - hot, with flies and no furnishings other than the tables and chairs . We had booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night.

Very convenient for the volcano trekking tour. Very helpful and friendly and honest staff. The resort helped us to arrange the pick up from ubud, trekking tour and drop off at the port to Gilli next day. Beautiful hill view in front of the pool. Loved the hot spring pool!

Little bit isolated from other areas in the region. Need a private driver to drive us to other places. Flies issue as mentioned in other reviews but didnt bother us that much.

De locatie bij Mount Batur is super. Vanaf het hotel konden we de trekking fe berg op doen. De hot pool was schoon en aangenaam. Het personeel, zoals overal, vriendelijk..

Er was geen airco op de kamer terwijl dit wel bij de aanwezige faciliteiten vermeld stond. De vliegen waren een. plaag. Buiten zitten was nauwelijks mogelijk. Het duurde steeds lang voordat er eten was. Tip: vooraf bestellen, dan hoef je slechts een kwartiertje te wachten. Het hotel kon ook vervoer voor ons regelen, maar voor De douche was warm, maar sproeide alle kanten uit. meteen de hele badkamer nat. Het hotel kon vervoer voor ons regelen nasr onze volgende bestemming, maar voor een prijs die 3x zo duur was als zelf in het dorp een taxi regelen. Lake view vanuit hotel viel een beetje tegen.

Sensationelle Lage und Aussicht Heisser Quell- Pool

Katastrophale Zufahrtsstrasse. Unzuverlässig bei den Zeiten zum Essen. Mal zu früh wie abgemacht, mal 1 Std wartezeit ... Fürs Taxi bestellen wurde der 2 bis 3fache Preis verlangt.
