Ashville House B&B Tralee

The breakfast was delicious, the best coffee in Ireland. Tea by the fireplace was perfect especially after coming in from a damp, chilly afternoon.

Cleanliness, location, lovely host and exceptional breakfast.

If we had one criticism it was the shower was a little on the small side.

We loved the welcome with the tea in the lounge and the breakfasts were amazing. Tim had helpful advice for our various trips out.

I missed a kettle in the room and it is a 5 minute drive into Tralee to eat in the evening, but that meant peace and quiet and easy access to thevroad network

Cortesia, cura dei dettagli, ospitalità squisita. La villa è molto bella e molto ben arredata. La camera che abbiamo avuto era grande, la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti impeccabile. Una particolare menzione merita l'elegante veranda vetrata dove viene servita la colazione con vista sul giardino privato. A disposizione degli ospiti anche un salotto per chiacchierare e gustare un tè insieme

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ausgesprochen freundlichen und herzlichen Gastgeber, die uns mit tollen Tipps unsere Reise noch schöner gemacht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Wonderful hosts - thank you for having us.

Ashville House was perfectly placed for staying in Tralee. It was nicely away from the noisy areas of town but only a short ride to enjoy the town centre. It was very well presented, clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. We had everything needed for our stay. The shared areas were clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

The hosts were absolutely amazing, they made us feel right at home! The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed playing with their dogs each morning, which was really nice because we were missing our pups back home.

Wonderful location run by great folks. Quiet, comfortable and fairly modern. Still no a/c, however. Very nice rooms, although not spacious. Efficient bathrooms, again not large. Very nice breakfast in a glass conservatory. One of the best stops on our trip. Completely recommend.

Tim was an exceptional host and went over and above to accommodate us in as far as giving us a lift to the wedding we were attending in the area. The room was beautiful and very clean and the breakfast was excellent also. If I visit the area again, there is nowhere else that I would stay, 10 out of 10!

The breakfast was amazing and in a beautiful back yard atrium. They even offered us snacks to take for our day.

We stayed only briefly but everything we experienced during that time was comfortable and lovely.

The house and gardens were beautiful and only a short walk into town. Breakfast was lovely - everything was so fresh. Our hosts were generous and very helpful.

A real proper B&B. Our host host met us on arrival, showed us to our room and then brewed up a coffee for us to have in the sitting room and made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and the house was very pleasant. Breakfast was great as well.

I was able to check in early. I was provided tea upon arrival. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The intricate molding on the ceiling was spectacular. Bottles of water were provided. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. The common lounge was very relaxing with leather chairs and couch. The breakfast was served in the sun room with a view of their beautiful garden. The breakfast was cooked to order and was outstanding. The fresh fruit was delicious. Gallys restaurant is a 15 minute walk.

C’est une très bonne maison , tenue par un couple qui aime la perfection et la cultive auprès de ses visiteurs. Ils savent devancer vos besoins et vous offrir une étape extrêmement confortable : qualité de la literie , parking privé sécurisé, petit déjeuner digne d’un hôtel pluri étoilé . Bravo !

The house is at a nice location, it was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast and the treats are amazing, and above all the owners, Ross and Tim, were lovely, friendly, helpful and kind. I will definitely stay there if I'm back to Kerry and would also recommend for others.

Tim and Rose are very hospitable hosts. The rooms are lovely and bright and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the slippers are a nice touch. Tea with biscuits and cake were offered on arrival. The breakfast was outstanding and a good selection of hot food cooked to order along with a variety of cereals, juice etc. The amount and variety of fresh fruit was excellent. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

First rate accommodation. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast. The hosts Rose and Tim could not have been more helpful. A welcome tea/coffee with cake on arrival was provided in the guest lounge. Tim even gave me a lift into town and gave pub and restaurant recommendations on the way.
