AC location in our room was a bit far away from the beds around the corner so it felt hot during sleeping so I was awaken couple of times at night. Also I did not know it was a self check-in and I would have preferred front desk and some staff in sight as We needed some plates and cutlery and something for drinks and foods. The owner accommodated me as fast as possible at his convenience for example wine opener etc, yet it was not like front desk service right away.
