El personal muy amable, sobre todo el del comedor. El desayuno bueno, te hacen unas tortillas estupendas en el momento. Tiene un pequeño bar en el rooftop para tomar algo al atardecer que era comodisimo.

Las instalaciones eran algo incómodas, hay una escalinata en la entrada y nosotros íbamos con carrito de bebé. La piscina es muy pequeña y tiene un escalón gigante dentro del agua que no se ve y nos costó un pequeño susto. Para colmo nos cobraron por cada noche que usamos la cuna del hotel cuando en ningún otro hotel nos han cobrado nunca.

The location is absolutely perfect — 10/10! The hotel is very well situated, and having a 24-hour reception was also very convenient.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, breakfast was very basic with limited options, and the cleaning could definitely have been better. The Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable, and the mobile phone signal was also very weak.

Our room was on the bottom floor, no view, noisy, you could hear reception all night and the staff working the pol area all day. Room are not sound proof

El desayuno bufet y la ubicación del alojamiento fue lo mejor.

The property was very clean, modern and very well maintained. The staff were excellent, 5 star and very joyful and heart warming. Made me smile. The food was very good. The swimming pool and lounge area well maintained and effortless.

Breakfast stuff was rude , first day they offer us the eggs next days they didn’t even approched us to ask is we wanted some or something .

Staff were fruendly and helpful at all times.The roof top bar, had fantastic sunset views.

We unfortunately had ants in our room, though once we reported the, the hotel dealt with them extremely quickly.

The property was centrally located and an easy walk to the main Piazza - such a fabulous location!. It was clean, and had Lovely lounge bars and a small pool area - a great bonus in the summer heat. The breakfasts were a traditional Mediterranean breakfast with lots of fresh pastries, fresher fruits and a small selection of savouries. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were always cool and their air cons worked extremely well in the hot August month.

צוות המלון היה נעים, קשוב ותמיד מוכן לעזור. הייתה לנו חופשה נהדרת. לחדר הייתה מרפסת גדולה. כל ערב ישבנו במרפסת ונהנו מהנוף. ביום שעשינו צ'ק אאוט איפשרו לנו להישאר במתקנים של המלון עד לערב היות והטיסה הייתה בשעות הלילה. מלון מומלץ.

Le lit était tellement inconfortable qu’on avait l’impression d’être couché directement sur le sol. La piscine est beaucoup plus petite qu’elle ne paraissait sur les photos. Les déjeuners étaient à très ordinaires et le personnel aussi.

Está cerca de la estación es muy buena zona para alojarse. La limpieza bien en general.

Para ir a la playa si está lejos, Sorrento las playas suelen ser privadas y para bajar a la playa hay un ascensor que pagando puedes bajar. Lo que no me gustó de Italia en general…. Es que te cobran dinero por todo. Ir a un restaurante te cobran por el cubierto, te cobran el sentarse, las tasas turísticas…. Pero esto es ajeno al establecimiento.

Nulla non è per niente un 4 stelle , il bagno è la doccia non adeguata alle fotografie e il letto scomodo, il personale dopo aver pagato il tutto tramite booking, mi ha chiesto appena arrivato subito la tassa di soggiorno perché dice che a Sorrento si usa così, ed infine la colazione scarsa e con poco qualità,

The room was spacious even with four beds. Very clean, good beds and we had a 2nd floor room with the larger balcony which was lovely (I guess some higher floors get a view). The shutters are great to keep the room dark and the AC was sufficient in hot temperatures. The roof terrace is amazing for the view and to relax at the end of the end. The pool is lovely, it gets busy though. The staff especially at reception and breakfast was super nice and helpful. The location is very good because it's quiet and there's a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby, but if you want to spend most of your time in the old centre or the marina/beach, it's quite a walk with young kids. (Fine for adults,, just harder in 30+ degrees).

The large balconies should have their own lounge chairs. The breakfast was lower quality compared to the other services. Some fresh juices, better quality products would be expected.

The hotel is well situated just a 10 minute walk to the main square and about 20 min walk to harbor , rooms are lovely but no kettle or iron in the room and the mattress's and pillows were like sleeping on bricks , I did ask at reception who brought me a softer pillow . Staff were all lovely especially the breakfast and reception staff . There is a bit of a walk from down the street where the bus drops you off and a few steps to hike your suitcases up on the outside of the hotel. Overall I would recommend.

The shower / bathroom was awkward. Had nowhere to leave clothes, or hang towel. Also while showering, there was always a burst of really hot water for 5-10 seconds which was uncomfortable

Prima locatie voor een wandeling naar het centrum. Mooie ruime kamer met balkon en een uitzicht (schuin) op zee. Ontbijt was ook prima maar in een ongezellig ruimte in de kelder.

Amazing stay at Zi Teresa room 205. My sister, daughter and myself had a fantastic stay. Anna with her friendly smile, kept our room pristine and made sure we got anything we needed. Breakfast served an excellent choice plus freshly cooked eggs and omelettes to order. The pool was a bit small but more than adequate and never crowded. The roof terrace was amazing to capture the surrounding views across to Vesuvius and evening sunsets. Excellent restaurant, bar and mini supermarket within steps of the hotel and within a short walk of the centre of Sorrento town. Definitely going to return to Zi Teresa. A huge thank to all the staff at Zi Teresa especially Anna for making our stay so welcoming 😁

Occorre migliorare la colazione con maggior presenza di verdura/insalate. La macchina del caffè napoletano è essenziale. La camera a piano rialzato soffre del rumore fastidioso dalle 7 per la preparazione della colazione. La luce bianca nel bagno è molto fastidiosa al mattino

Everything except one thing that the pool closes way too early at 18:00. It could be nice to be open until 20:00 or something like this , kids wanted to enjoy some pool time after touristic tours, but we barely had time. Anyway, our stay was amazing! Thank you!

The receptionist on arrival was very warm and welcoming. The hotel was lovely and clean. Close to the town so a nice walk up and down to the beach.

We loved this hotel . Tucked away off a busy street with a lovely garden and a medium sized pool . We had quiet rooms 203 and 204 overlooking a cherry orchard and only heard the odd vehicle. The reception areas were very nice and the staff friendly . Gorgeous view from the rooftop bar especially to see the sun go down over Vesuvius. Clean rooms with a single and large double in each . Bathroom was spacious if in need of a little updating but clean and always had hot water in sink taps and shower . A bonus was an easy to use electronic shutter on the balcony doors which gave total blackout . Breakfast was varied enough for us with a variety of egg dishes , fruits , breads etc Only niggle was that there weren't any sockets at side of bed but plenty in the room Overall if we were to revisit Sorrento we would definitely stay here as the location was ideal for train station and Tasso square/plaza

We have recently returned from a week long stay at this hotel. I don't understand the negative reviews. We had a room with a huge comfortable double bed on the 5th floor with a balcony with a side view of Vesuvius. The room was spotless on arrival and kept clean by the house staff. We found the breakfast to be ample and the staff there were very friendly. We also found all the staff on reception friendly. We only used the roof top bar one evening and we enjoyed it. We found the location to be excellent with only a short walk to Piazza Tasso and the train station. We also walked to Marina Grande and Marina Piccola. We are already planning to return next year to this hotel.

Very welcoming to guests, gentlemen on arrival on day we arrived 16th was super helpful and friendly Rooms were super clean, cleaning team come in daily and fresh towels every day ! Pool was lovely, only had one morning when we used it but glad we had a chance 😊 Breakfast was lovely. No typical English breakfast which we thought was a breath of fresh air ! Got to taste more Italian style breakfasts ! They had eggs or alternatives but I tried pretty much something different every morning ! Location perfect for everything we needed for a friend's wedding! Central enough and walkable distance to food, other hotels we visited for wedding and nice distance to town/port. So much to explore ! An extra bonus was we left a bag in our room on departure and contacted the hotel via message once we got back to UK and they found the bag and kept it for us! A friend was going to collect it and bring it home ! Superb service 👏 well done team !

Not much didnt like....just some things I found the bed a little too firm for my liking but by the 3rd night I got used to it ! Partner enjoyed the firm bed ! Leaving the keys at reception was a little odd to me as never done that before. But there is only 1 key for guests. Old style key to lock doors but not a problem just observation !

My room was quite spacious and the best thing about it was the large balcony. It made the room cozy. The air conditioning worked well, although it blew right into my face when I was in bed and I couldn't turn it off remotely. The window covering was very efficient, it made the room pleasantly dark. There were lots of cupboards and drawers. I didn't need them myself, but someone might appreciate it. The location is good, quite close to the center of the tiny town of Sorrento. The train station is also very close and it is very easy to get to Naples and Pompeii from there by train. From Sorrento train station you can also take a bus to Naples Airport.

Too expensive, there is nothing there to justify the price. The room was not any more luxurious or special than the usual normal room. The shower cabin was too small. I'm quite skinny, but I still hit myself several times against the shower doors, it would be very difficult for a bigger person to wash themselves in there. At first they only give you a very small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap. When these run out, they don't bring new ones. You have to ask for more or buy shampoo/shower gel yourself. You would expect a more generous attitude from an expensive hotel. The room key is big and heavy and you are expected to leave it to reception, every time you go outside. And then you need to ask it back every time you want to go to your room. For me this is very annoying. There is no kettle.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig. Die Lage des Hotel ist optimal, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Auch den Fährhafen und die Altstadt kann man zu Fuß leicht erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung des Hotel sind nette Lokale , trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
