Charming houses to stay in and the location could not be beat. The parking lot also was extremely convenient.

Hospitality. Breakfast was superb with all fresh ingredients. Location was convenient and quiet. They provided blankets to substitute for insufferable duvets used now in all hotels.

We stayed in one of the houses. Very comfortable and accommodating. The family was charming, engaging, and interested in their guests, as well as sharing local info for tourists. Perfect location in the center of town.

We really enjoyed this B&B. The hosts are very friendly, chatty, and clearly really enjoy what they do. Our room was very comfortable, had multiple windows for light and airflow, and the shower pressure was incredible (if you have thick hair, you'll understand). Breakfast was delicious and of high quality. The husband is a butcher and my wife said the bacon was the best she's ever had in her life. Parking onsite was great, especially as the location of this place is very central and street parking is very limited otherwise. Excellent location with all the good shops and places to eat basically right outside the door!

Wir waren für eine Nacht als Familie dort. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war wahnsinnig gut und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage mitten in Dingle ist natürlich wirklich super. Wir können das B&B absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

The cottage was attractive and clean. Parking was a huge plus! We enjoyed purchases at the Bakery and breakfast just before departure. The staff were kind and informative...in fact a young lady suggested we take a ferry on our journey north to Galway. Life-saver. And Dingle itself became one of our favourite stops of the trip. We highly recommend a stay.

Beautiful accommodations- so spacious and comfortable. The house was so well maintained rained and spotless. Our party of four were very comfortable. The central location made our stay very easy to experience the town of Dingle. Helena and Patrick and their family were wonderful hosts, very warm and welcoming. And the Irish breakfast was delicious and expertly prepared.

We all agree An Capall Dubh was wonderful and wish we could have stayed longer!

Un parking privé gratuit fermé. Une chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. La gentillesse des propriétaires (Helen & Patrick), les conseils touristiques et les légendes s'y affairant d'Helen. L'excellent petit déjeuner. L'emplacement au centre ville de Dingle est parfait pour se promener à pied. L'emplacement au centre de la presqu'île de Dingle est également parfait pour découvrir cette presqu'île en prenant son temps.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff chatted and gave a lot of local background etc.

The room was a bit chilly (very cool August night) but we figured out how to turn the heat on and everything was grand from there on out.

in our studio 6, there was constant noise outside our door. with multiple door slamming, clumping up stairs, the coffee tea station and being outside the housekeeping made it a constant junction of noise from staff and patrons.

Excellent location! Parking was safe and easy. Rooms were nice-sized, and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff ( and doggie). Would stay again.

It was a little noisy,, but you're right in the center of the city so it's to be expected. And it quieted down after 10:30 or so.

L'emplacement est super, il y a un parking privé où on trouve toujours une place et la famille qui gère le B&B est vraiment aux petits soins.

Le seul bémol a été que les stores aux fenêtres ne sont absolument pas occultants et il n'y a pas de rideaux s'y ajoutant. Un problème quand on aime l'obscurité pour dormir.

Caught up with the owners at breakfast and they were great. Had a great breakfast and chat. Very simple check in with all done remotely. Had parking onsite which was handy as we had a hire car.

Great stay! In the heart of Dingle, however rooms are not on main streets so you are not inundated by street sounds. While requesting a room for my partner and me, we were pleasantly put in a room in one of the larger houses. This was a nice surprise. The other rooms +kitchen were locked, but it was so nice to have more space to ourselves. Breakfast was delish and had several options. The owner gave a welcoming talk about Dingle and things to see. Would highly recommend this stay! Parking was also included and thank goodness because parking was difficult to come by!

This B and B was centrally located in the heart of Dingle, close to shops and restaurants. Super convenient! However, it’s located in a protected courtyard which made it feel very secluded and private. It’s a beautiful building. The proprietor made us feel welcome and shared some Irish history during our delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!!

The location is well-placed, a bit outside of the main hustle and bustle but still within the town. The parking for residents in a gated area came in so clutch. The bakery/cafe within the walls is good for anyone who wakes up a bit later and doesnt wanna travel too far for coffee, but for early risers I reccomend Bean in dingle outside the side gate. The entrance is so gorgeous and welcoming, lots of picnic tables outside which is great for big groups. The bed was super bouncy and comfortable. Theres also a self serve beneath the stairs if you fancy tea or coffee which is class. Place is great for a night or two stay in dingle.

I wouldnt reccomend this for any longer than 2 nights, although we stayed one in the apartments in seomra cuig (room 5). The windows were hard to figure out and then open, needed a lot of strength. We found a toothpick in the closet. The blinds had either mold or splashed stains. The shower has dispensible soap but it was reminiscient of a truckstop shower so I would reccomend bringing your own bodywash or shampoo, the showerhead itself was kinda stuck and required manuevuring, also the water temperature was weak but the sink was boiling hot. The night was uncomfortable, the walls are so thin I heard someone peeing from start to finish and wash their hands. Any talking can be heard. When you turn on the toilet lights it automatically turns on the fan which is loud. Also while this can be a nice touch to some, I didnt like that they wrote the full name given through our reservation onto a chalkboard placard in front of our room door, felt like a bit of a breach of privacy as I and everyone else knew which room and who was staying where. The decor in the room didnt match the entrance or hallway at all???

Very poor behavior. I had to cancel my trip a couple of weeks before I was to stay there due to my son's illness. They refused to accept a cancellation with Booking.com, and I am out 800 Euros. I can picture a response to this review wherein they cite Booking.com as to blame, but they at An Capall Dubh had discretion to accept a cancellation and they did not. Helena, one of the managers, said they had an across-the-board, no-exceptions, one-month cancellation policy (both with booking.com clients and anyone else), which is hard to believe. Either she wasn't telling the truth, or no one should ever make reservations there. And then they said they were going to rent my room out on my reserved days in order to be able to refund me some of the money. This led to a very odd text message exchange with Patrick, another of the managers, in which two-thirds of my stay was supposed to yield a refund of about 40% of what I had paid. He wanted my credit card number, which makes zero sense to me. I told him that my credit card company said that this would be a very bad idea. I gave him my Paypal identifiers, and he refused, would only accept my credit card number for the 40% refund. Paypal is widely used in Ireland and giving my credit card number to a business in a foreign country I don't have trusting feelings towards would be idiotic. Their response (if they respond to this) that my misfortune comes from booking.com policies will be a fiction.

The breakfast was amazing! Helena was a wonderful host and shared info about the area and Celtic history. Lovely courtyard on the property and close walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice to have on site parking too.
