Convenient location. Host was great.

Great host brilliant breakfast. Sadly the house needed renovation but it was OK for two nights

Location was ideal, breakfast was good .

Proximity to town was great as was the breakfast and our host was very helpful and friendly. Parking is on site.

Very flat pillows and too much deodorant on bedding. Also the shower was not working well when another room was using hot water. Our room needed a spruce up all round.

The room windows were open when we Arrived( room 4). We closed them when we went out that night. When we arrived home from dinner there was a very strong smell of sewage. No internet for both upstairs rooms. The Television didnt work work. The inner sprung mattress was noisy and sagged. The worst BnB we have ever stayed in.

The two staff (one the owner) we met were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is good, just a short walk in to the town. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of items.

The entrance area was not welcoming, very untidy with an old fridge and a pot of cigarette ends outside by the front door. The bedroom and bathroom are very dated with old furniture, furnishings and fittings (however the room was clean). The bed was uncomfortable, probably old too, so we didn’t sleep too well.

Der Hausherr war sehr freundlich und darauf bedacht, dass es uns gut geht. Auch die Gastgeberin sorgte sich beim Frühstück immer wieder um uns, ob wir auch alles haben. Ich würde immer weder diese Unterkunft buchen und sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Die Einfahrt mit dem Auto war ein wenig tricky, aber machbar.

Bed uncomfortable, flat pillows, WiFi too weak to reach the room, TV remote was not working (host fixed it), noisy road outside room window, tiny bathroom with old fixtures, Room has a strong smell of cleaning fluid, towels small and scratchy.

Host was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and freshly made. Would highly recommend

The property is very dated and unkept. Do understand why but it didn't leave a good first impression. Clean though.

My two nights were lovely in this B and B. Kevin was an absolute gentleman from the minute I arrived. There is parking right beside the house. The room was lovely and warm. The two nights I stayed were frosty outside and the bedroom was cosy and warm. Kevin provided a lovely full Irish breakfast. He also checked to ensure everything was okay which was lovely. My whole experience was excellent. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Kevin for such a wonderful two nights at such a reasonable price. Niall

I liked everything about this B and B. Kevin really makes you feel comfortable. It would be a very suitable place for a solo traveller.

Neat and tidy. Great location and only a 5-minute walk into Westport centre. Kevin was so kind, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Even catered for our dietary requirements. Would highly recommend.

Kevin was a warm and welcoming host, such a lovely man. He couldn’t be more helpful. We had a comfortable room and a delicious cooked breakfast. A very short walk into the town centre to many restaurants and pubs. We had a great night with traditional Irish music. All the best to you Kevin, and thanks again for your hospitality.

Kevin is a lovely and generous host. The location is walking distance to town and the breakfast was great.

The mattress is starting to collapse at the edges so the bed was not very comfortable. The cottage faces a busy road so it was very noisy with traffic.

Breakfast pretty average . I think owner could get information on a word document and laminated . Wi-fi did not function in my room and clearly old routers there . A simple task to sort out and improve wi-fi.

Mulberry Lodge was an excellent place.. It was lovely and clean.. Kevin was the perfect host..really enjoyed our stay..5 minutes walk to wespkrt town.. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning..Will definitely be back..

The hospitality was excellent. The breakfast was tip too.

It is not five star, but it is very comfortable. It's in a good location with an easy six minute walk into town. Our host, Kevin, was five star, a true gentleman who couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was also really good.

Kevin is a lovely host... He goes out of his way to make our stay so good.

It was ALL excellent!!

Kevin is the star of this B&B. He's such a friendly, sweet and service-minded host. His breakfasts are delicious (choice between several options eg a full Irish breakfast). Kevin goes out of his way to make his guests happy. He provided us with several useful tips about the area. The rooms are basic but spacious and the beds are good. The house is located close to the town center, a large number of restaurants and pubs are only a 10 minute walk away from the house. Thanks Kevin for the warm welcome, the delicious breakfasts, the tips, and the hospitality and service throughout our stay.

Kevin was so lovely and welcoming. He had great recommendations around town and cooked us lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

Kevin is the friendliest and most service-minded host we met during our stay in Ireland! Dedicated to fulfilling our every need, he even offered to do our laundry for us when we asked him for directions to a launderette. We loved that we could have our breakfast as late as 10:00 am, as it allowed us to sleep in after a late night at the pub :) Breakfast was delicious; Kevin offers many different options (for instance smoked salmon – love it!) and brought me fresh strawberries for my müesli each morning. He also recommended restaurants and pubs with live music, which was very helpful. We would recommend Kevin's B&B any time!

The street is quite busy and can be noisy at night, but we didn't mind.

From the skeletons in the car park, unkempt garden and lawn not mowed, broken chairs in grass at front, washing hanging outside front door, no host to greet (key left in envelope outside front door) to poorly maintained room with rattling door, noisy squeaking bed and shower cubicle a mouldy disgrace, this accommodation was clearly not as described.

Location was perfect even closer to town that I initially thought so walking distance to town which was great. Very clean bedrooms and comfy beds. I will definitely be booking again for summer visit. Everything in this B&B was excellent. Kevin, our host, was a most pleasant person and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was just a stone's throw from the town centre on foot. This is a wonderful B&B and we could not say enough for our host Kevin who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was included in the price, which made it a REAL B&B NOT LIKE OTHERS WHO CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE BREAKFAST; We highly recommend this B&B to anybody and especially the host, Kevin. One of the nicest stays in our visit to Ireland. We hope Kevin remains in charge of this B&B for many years to come that others may experience his generosity.
