Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce Riad ! 😊 Un grand merci à Yousef pour son accueil et surtout pour sa disponibilité. Il a su adapter l’heure du petit déjeuner à notre programme et a trouvé très rapidement une solution pour nous permettre de retourner à l’aéroport, ce qui nous a vraiment facilité la vie. Le Riad est très propre, agréable et bien situé, à proximité du centre et de nombreux endroits accessibles facilement à pied. Le petit déjeuner est typique, copieux et délicieux. 🥐🇲🇦 Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce Riad pour un séjour à Marrakech, et encore merci à Yousef pour sa gentillesse et son aide ! 😊

Al llegar a las 9:00 h estuvimos esperando una hora y media y cuando llegaron nos dieron directamente la habitación. El suelo del Riad es bonito.

Costó muchísimo encontrar el Riad, no tiene indicaciones ni carteles, Le pedimos al otro día una toalla ya que olía muy mal a humedad después de ducharnos y nos dijeron que no, que es cada dos días, le dijimos que se quedaran con las maletas a las 11 h ya que nuestro vuelo era a las 21 h y costó que nos la dejaran, nos dijeron que como mucho a las 15 h que a esa hora teníamos que estar allí para llevarnos las maletas, se escucha todo.

Room: very comfortable and clean. Has a working AC. Staff: helpful and friendly, he takes care of little details.Aslo our rooms were cleaned 2 times during our 5 day stay. Breakfast: good and provided on time.

Location: Although it was 10 mins away from Badi palace, it can be hard to find as Google map is misleading. Don't ask or take help from anyone. When you go near the location, call the host. Toilet: it doesn't have a door so it might be uncomfortable for some people.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and got lost trying to find the riad, and a staff member actually came out to meet us and guide us there, which we really appreciated. Thank you❤️

Good location and decent rooms, however the breakfast was overrated. It was advertised as “fabulous”, but in reality it was average. Some ingredients seemed poor quality, especially the olive oil, which tasted more like a cheap vegetable oil blend than genuine olive oil. The biggest issue for us was the lack of proper bathroom doors, which made the room uncomfortable and lacking privacy. There was also no wardrobe and no hairdryer, even though both were listed in the advertisement. Overall the stay was below expectations for the price and description provided online.

The Riad is beautiful, I have stayed here many times before,Youssef who manages the Riad is the kindest person you will ever meet,Karim and Hajar are also wonderful hosts, they go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and happy.I was met at the entrance of the road and helped with my luggage, breakfast is delicious and tasty, the Moroccan mint tea, the pancakes , the freshly baked bread and the pure organic olive oil are delicious,Youssef also organised the drop off to the airport,Karim is simply the best he made sure I had some breakfast before I left as my flight was early and also helped me with my luggage, Hajar made sure my room was freshened up and cleaned every day.thank you for a lovely stay

the owner had 0 flexibility, i asked for 30 minutes ahead of the time for breakfast and he rejected it(and i missed my breckfast),then i scolded me because i have just put some cured meat into the fridge, saying i don't have access into the kitchen at all.

La persona que esta en el Riad es muy agradable, lo unico que no habla ingles, aunque usa el traductor de su movil. La habitacion no es tan romantica como figura en las fotos.

Das Riad ist ruhig in einer Wohngegend gelegen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Frühstück war erst ab 7:30 möglich, was wegen einer Unternehmung einmal zu spät für uns war. Sonst war alles fein.

Bellissima casa antica arredata con molto gusto e gestita magnificamente. Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per chi ama i gatti: qui ne troverete due adorabili che sono i veri padroni della struttura.

La chambre impeccable, très spacieuse et la jolie salle de bain. L'accueil par un jeune homme très gentil et très serviable.

Le lieu où est situé le riad est compliqué à trouver et il y a beaucoup de mendiants à proximité L'absence de personnel présent pour l'accueil mis à part ce Jeune homme qui était là pour aider J'aurais apprécié connaître les propriétaires du rhiad J'ai demandé un taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport mais le tarif était majoré de 25%par rapport au tarif normal

Petit riad tranquille, à deux pas de la place des Ferblantiers et du palais Baldii. Ne pas hésiter à demander son chemin soit à la pharmacie ou aux commerces à proximité. Personnel très aimable.

En plena medina. Lugar encantador, limpio y silencioso. Cuesta de encontrar, por lo que incluyo fotografía de la puerta (número 95); no hay ningún cartel. Aunque está entre calles laberínticas, es totalmente seguro. El dueño fue muy amable y se preocupó de que supiéramos encontrar el camino de vuelta a su riad. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

La atención y el trato de Yousef es inmejorable y los desayunos son los mejores. El Riad tiene mucho encanto y la ubicación es muy buena. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda y cuando vuelva a Marrakech volveré a este Riad.

De tudo em geral. O anfitrião (Youssef) era espetacular, levou-nos até ao local onde podiamos deixar as motos wm segurança. Pequeno almoço bastante razoável, pão quentinho... Seria local que repetia a estadia.

Dificil acesso mesmo para motos mas chegamos lá. De carro será mais dificil pois não vai para as ruas mais estreitas da medina

The best host Youssef

Yousef the manager of the riad is the best.

Me encanta todo, estaba muy limpio, todo lo que necesitaba lo encontraba, gracias a yousef muy amable , lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y dormir.

Youssef est un hôte vraiment génial, il m'attendait lors de l'arrivée, toujours très aimable et serviable. Le Riad est très plaisant, calme très propre et très bien placé pour visiter la ville Petit déjeuner sympa, café à volonté. Toujours très agréable de se faire dire bonjour par les câlins des chats :-)

The location was good. You could walk to the Bahia Palace in about 15 minutes or so, yet it was in a really quiet and secluded neighborhood. The rooms were quite comfortable and everything inside worked as intended. It looked very nice and clean on the inside. The staff was friendly when they were at the property (more on that later)

The staff unfortunately didn't spend much time at the property. The owner/manager spoke good English, but he was hardly ever at the property. The other staff member who was there sometimes was very friendly but spoke no English, only Arabic and French. So unless you speak Arabic or French, you're going to need Google Translate to communicate with the staff. The front door was impossible to open without first being told how to open it. Not intuitive at all. Normally that wouldn't be a problem if there were staff on hand, but as stated previously, there were lots of times when no one was there. I had to leave my room to open the door for other guests who hadn't been told how to open the door, and as a result were pounding on the door to be let in. For the price the riad cost, there should be a staff member there at all times so guests aren't required to open doors and teach new guests how to use them. The Wi-Fi here was the worst I experienced in Morocco. It didn't work more than it actually worked. Eventually I just wound up reluctantly using my data, because the Wi-Fi couldn't handle things as simple as checking Google Maps reviews of nearby restaurants when deciding what to eat. The owner/manager tried to fix the issue, but it was never fixed. If you need Wi-Fi at you accommodation, do not stay here. The breakfast was pretty basic compared to other riads I stayed at in town.

It is a nice welcomed place. The manager Youssef is very friendly and funny and helped us a lot during the stay. The room is tidy and clean. If you like cat, they have a very friendly and well behaved cat which makes your stay extra enjoyable.

Our favourite thing about our stay was Youssef! He was exceptional. Kind and helpful, he made us feel very at home. The 2 cats were entertaining and were a big part of the family. The room was small but nice with a hot shower and pretty bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great and beautifully presented.

A sign outside would be useful as we needed the help of a neighbour we met in the street to find it.

Cel mai mult am apreciat ospitalitatea, promptitudinea si profesionalismul gazdei noastre Youssef.Fara toate aceste calități ale lui, sejurul nu ar fi fost atat de reusit.Micul dejun foarte bun, chiar daca a fost acelasi in fiecare zi.

Dificil de gasit la sosire, usor de gasit dupa intalnirea si explicațiile gazdei.Spatiile relativ mici sunt compensate de locatia cazarii, curatenia impecabila si raportul excelent calitate pret.

Très beau, propre et Youssef est très aimable et serviable, merci encore! De plus, le petit-déjeuner est très décontracté et il y a même des options sans gluten, ce qui m'a fait très plaisir.

La chambre avec salle de bain privée nous offrait beaucoup d'intimité. Le petit déjeuner sur place était un grand plus et très bon. Une étoile en plus pour les câlins aux chats ;)

Le logement est situé dans la vieille medina (donc pas accessible en voiture). Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver le riad. Google maps se perd, le riad n'est pas affiché sur la porte, nous n'avions pas d'argent à donner aux jeunes qui voulaient nous indiquer le chemin. L'arrivée fut compliquée.

Friendly staff and good value for money

It was difficult to find the location - the location on google maps is incorrect and the entry is not labelled.

Un grand merci à Youssef pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Merci d'être venu nous accueillir à la descente du taxi, à notre arrivée et d'avoir monté nos valises. Lieu calme, propre et très bien placé près de la place des ferblantiers. Nous recommandons.

Petits détails, les lampes de chevet qui ne s'allument pas ( mais nous n'avons pas réclamé) et un rideau pour opacifier la fenêtre serait le bien venu

Un riad amplasat aproape de locurile de larg interes din Marrakech. Curățenie exemplară, schimburi lenjerie, prosoape la două zile. Mic dejun echilibrat si delicios.Liniște și atmosferă foarte primitoare datorată lui Youssef . În ziua plecării am putut lăsa bagajele dupa chek out la proprietate.

Youssef ha sido un buen anfitrión, atento. Buen desayuno. A 20 minutos de la plaza principal y cerca de otros monumentos importantes.

Lo mejor fueron los gatitos del Riad. Son adorables. Los desayunos estaban deliciosos y el riad era super acogedor.

The property was amazing, everything was clean and the staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. We book their transfer from the airport to the riad, it was really helpful because the staff indicated us the way to the riad which can be tricky at first. Lovely area as well, very local vibe. The riad has a little terrace (it does not have views) but very peaceful. Also, there are cats inside the property (I loved that) but if you have any allergies, be aware of that

You can hear every noise from your room (not noise from the street as it is very quiet) but noise from other rooms or the main area of the riad

El trato y la amabilidad de los caseros.

El colchón se hunde, habitación pequeña e incómoda, el wifi funciona regular.

Riad de quatre chambres petit mais bien agencé. Lit OK, salle de bains un peu petite. C'est propre car l'employée qui s'occupe du riad est sérieuse alors que le gardien ne l'est pas.

L'employée ne parle pas les langues étrangères. C'est le patron qui donne les consignesau téléphone. J'ai dû le relancer pour avoir le mots de passe du wifi. Le pire c'est le gardien (Nouredine?). Il es sensé être là au riad dès 19.30. Mais entre 20:00 et 21:30 il n'est pas à. Je ne comprends pas qu'il soit autorisé à venir avec ses deux chats qui divaguent partout dans le riad y compris dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est faiut par le garien et est sensé être servi entre 8:00 et 10:00 mais à 8:00 vous n'aurez que du café car le gardien vous baratine que le boulanger n'est pas ouvert. Ce petit déjeuner est fort médiocre (pain à peine frais, mauvaise patisserie): il faut exiger d'avoir un oeuf (il vous sera servi dur). En fait le propriétaire doit allouer au gardien une somme fixe pour constituer le petit-déjeuner et ce dernier fait tout pour minimiser la dépense et vous servir une bien maigre pitance!

Le calme , la propreté et la bienveillance des hôtes . Super localisation ,petit déjeuner au top . Je remercie Youssef et Noredine pour leur gentillesse. Tout était très bien.

Difficult to find. Far from attractions.

Le riad est petit, pittoresque et joli. Noredine, le gérant est charmant et dévoué.Le riad se trouve dans une ruelle calme. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. J'ai obtenu un miroir dans ma salle d'eau et dans la chambre.

Malheureusement, la salle d'eau et les toilettes n'étaient pas sur le même palier que ma chambre. Chaque nuit, je devais descendre pour aller faire mes mictions nocturnes. A partir d'un certain âge, ce n'est pas pratique. Il devrait y avoir une poubelle aussi. Le matelas est un peu trop dur pour moi.

I stayed at this riad and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. Youssef is an amazing host and without a doubt the friendliest host I’ve ever had. The service was far better than many luxury hotels I’ve stayed at including Aman, Mandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons etc. and that really says something. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely cared for. I arrived late at night around 11pm, and it was raining heavily. I was completely wet, tired, and cold and the moment I rang the doorbell, Youssef answered immediately with a big, warm smile. He welcomed me in such a genuine way that I instantly felt at home. His first concern was my well-being; he told me I needed to rest and warm up as soon as possible and made sure I felt comfortable right away. He even helped carry my wet luggage and bags all the way up to my room without hesitation. Throughout my stay, all my needs were respected, and I truly felt looked after. In my honest opinion, this is the best riad in Marrakech with an amazing location! Youssef’s sister and the cleaning lady were also incredibly kind and exceptional. Whenever Youssef wasn’t around, they were always ready to help and made sure everything was okay for you. I really, really recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. It’s a place full of warmth, care, and genuine hospitality the kind that stays with you long after you leave. I will definitely be back soon.

Un po' difficile da raggiungere ma tutto è facilitato se chiedi il trasporto dall'aeroporto: il padrone lo organizza per 20 euro e ti accompagna fino alla porta del riad. Accoglienza cordiale. Bella struttura, pulita ed arredata con gusto. Buona colazione. Deliziose le due gattine.

Stanza un po' troppo angusta e letto poco spazioso.

Mic dejun foarte bun . Amplasare buna in centru . Curatenie exemplara . Youssef a fost foarte amabil si atent la nevoile noastre si ne-a recomandat un loc foarte bun pentru a manca . A aranjat si transferul nostru de la aeroport la Riad contra sumei de 20 de euro . Raport calitate pret excelent. Apusuri de soare foarte frumoase . Cu siguranta o sa ne cazam din nou aici daca revenim in Marrakech .

Maly 4 pokojowy obiekt, bardzo przytulny. Położenie idealne, cichutko i spokojnie a tylko parę minut piechotą do ruchliwych ulic Marakeszu. Menager Youssef przemiły, uczynny, dbających by pobyt przebiegl jak najlepiej. Pokoik malutki i czysty, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Śniadania typowo marokanskie - przepyszne. Zdecydowanie polecam.

The property is simply beautiful and has everything you need. The host is extremely kind and attentive. The breakfast is also very good.
