Me encantó muchísimo sentir el cerro y mirar Oaxaca desde arriba. Juan Manuel y Gabi son personas muy amables. Gracias a todos!

La terraza y las vistas

El personal fue muy desagradable. No nos dieron ninguna explicación de nada y no nos cogieron el telefono. El alojamiento esta muy mal ubicado. Hay que subir casi una montaña para llegar. Las habitaciones no son como en las fotos. La cama es muy incomoda esta torcida para dentro y es muy incomoda. Al baño le faltaba una ventana. El ventilador tenia tanto polvo que no pudimos abrir. La habitacion olia muy mal a humedad y a viejo. Las instalaciones son muy mediocres. El desayuno son cuatro trozos de papaya y un cafe malisimo.

No hay suficiente informacion acerca de las condiciones del lugar. Es un lugar para mochileros jovenes. Yo viaje por trabajo. Hay demasiadas escaleras sin descanso para poder llegar a la habitacion y yo con todo el equipaje fue total y absolutamente cansado y agotador. El propietario dijo que Booking sabe de las condiciones del lugar asi que la verdad no se de quien sea la responsabilidad de no informarme de las condiciones del lugar cuando yo especifique que viajaba por trabajo.

Localização, terrazas, que tinha água potável (de beber) disponível aos hóspedes

Havia uma i filtração no banheiro. Sobre o vaso sanitario, muito desagradável , chegou a formar poça . Pedimos para trocar de quarto de manhã. Só de noite quando entrei em contato novamente informaram qual seria o novo quarto. Simplesmente imformaram o número do quarto, sem nenhum pedido de desculpas pelo inconveniente.

No hubo jabón, shampoo. El wc tenía fuga,. Mi llegada fue temprano quise dejar mis maletas pero me cobraban $100.00 por el locker y para tomar habitación antes de mi check list pague $200.00. Al día siguiente no había agua ni para lavar los dientes. No lo recomiendo. No es un hotel, es parte de una casa.

En el desayuno el café que nos dieron estaba pésimo, el pan muy duro y la fruta muy madura

A lo mejor no supimos escojer bien nosotros, ya que sus instalaciones son muchos escalones , para jóvenes creo están bien, pero nosotros somos personas mayores , son muchos escalones hasta para entrar al baño..... aclaración somos personas mayores por eso se nos dificultó

No es lo que ofrecen, tuvimos que salirnos al dia siguiente porque por la noche entraron varias cucarachas al cuarto y las camas tienen chinches salimos con muchas ronchas, por ese motivo no nos quedamos las tres noches que se reservaron

La verdad la terraza esta linda muy tranquila para ir en pareja, el personal muy amable, es muy discreto el lugar.

Fuimos en temporada de calor, en la habitación se encierra mucho el calor y el ventilador no es suficiente Aún que eso no es por su culpa, por eso los sigo puntuando 10/10

La vista era fabulosa, de día, de noche de madrugada E incluía desayuno, lo cuál siento que fue un plus muy agradable, y la Sra Gaby era muy linda.

La habitación se veía muy descuidada, la cortina era casi transparente y solo tenía una como bufanda para cubrir, tuve que ponerle ropa mía para tapar la ventana para que no se viera, la regadera y la cortina del baño tenían como popó salpicada, el jabón se veía que ya tenía bastante tiempo, en general no fue algo tan agradable pero por el precio supongo está bien, solo llegabamos a dormír pero no fue algo tan lindo

Es iun alojamiento ubicado en un lugar semiperiferico. Jamás respondíanlos mensajes enviados previo al check-in. Cuando llegamos no había timbres, la puerta de ingreso, con una escalera gigante sin ídentifacion a tal punto que nunca supimos dónde había una recepción o casa o lugar donde presentarnos. El lugar parece más una favela que un hotel. Encima es una especie de hostel ubicado en una lomada.Todo muy desagradable.

El lugar es lejos del centro, mal presentado, sin recepción, un lugar realmente distinto a lo presentado en la página. Tuvimos que irnos a otro lugar.

Relación precio-calidad inmejorable y además desayuno ligero incluído, no se puede pedir más.

El cuarto tenía algunas grietas no sé si se deba a los constantes terremotos en la ciudad, pero realmente nada destacable.

The view from the shared lounge is really spectacular!!

There are a lot of stairs -- of different sizes and shapes. Some are narrow or sloping...thank goodness for the hand rail, especially when carrying luggage. We climbed up without knowing where or how high to go as there is no office or signage...I kept shouting "Hola!" until I was met and checked in.

The view from the terrace is great and the lady who works there is very nice. There are a couple of nice restaurants and handy shops nearby

There are lots if gaps round doors and windows for mosquitos, the rail for the curtain was unsafe, also my sink did not drain properly then broke. As people have said, the breakfast is small, but I think it's all you can expect for the price.

La vue, l’emplacement, le quartier, le café du petit-déjeuner et la cuisine extérieure et le scorpion. :) le mercado á proximité est superbe (tostadas excellente).

La cuisine… pas propre et une petite froideur de la part de certains hôtes. J’ai des doutes sur la qualité de l’eau dans le bidon de la cuisine.

Mientras nos encontrábamos yo y mi pareja dentro de nuestra habitación, la señora que trabaja ahí nunca tocó la puerta, utilizó las llaves que ellos tienen y abrió sin permiso haciendo un comentario que no sabía que estábamos dentro, solo dijo que iba a revisar si habia una fuga de agua en el baño y solo se metió sin darle el consentimiento, solo nos quedamos viendo lo que hacía

El lugar está maravilloso, cumplió más allá de mis expectativas, un lugar tranquilo, limpio, con muchos detalles bonitos y hermosas decoración además de la increíble vista a la ciudad. La gente muy tranquila y lo que más me gustó es que hay una hora límite para el ruido puesto que yo no puedo dormir con ruido. Eso está bastante bien. No probé el desayuno puesto que solo está de 7 a 10 pero lo demás está excelente.

No puedo decir que no me gustó algo puesto que mi estancia fue agradable, lo único que nos faltó fue estacionamiento que nos costó trabajo parquear, y que no hay shampoo o jabón, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien

Es un hospedaje en que te puedes mover sin mayores restricción en la entrada y el dueño del hotel nos permitió ingresar a la habitación antes de la hora de check in, Cosa que agradecemos mucho porque ese día y a esa hora hacia mucho frio. Nos pudimos abrigar y descansar un rato en la cama.

El baño o el lavamanos devuelve un olor desagradable. No se suciedad. Es un sifón que devuelve olor a cañeria.

Nestled up a hill, this great place has amazing views of Oaxaca and the mountains day and night. Everyone at the property, including Bongo (the dog), were welcoming and friendly. Bed was super comfy. We saw a hummingbird. Would definitely come back.

Llegamos y no tenían agua, una vez solucionado el tema del agua, al dia siguiente volvimos a tener problemas con el agua. Las puertas de las habitaciones no son muy seguras, se pueden abrir. El alojamiento de afuera estaba sucio con heces de mascotas. Muy lejos del centro.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy amable, son personas atentas, cordiales y muy cálidas. El desayuno es ligero, pero bueno y te permite iniciar el día con energía.

En dos ocasiones no había agua, pero fue rápidamente solucionado en cuanto notifiqué el problema.

Tenía las mejores vistas de toda la ciudad. Impresionantes

Había que subir 100 escalones para llegar a la habitación. El baño era tan enano que tenía que sentarte en el váter de lado porque no entraban las piernas. Y no llegaban los taxis a esa zona así que si querías taxi tenías que bajar 15 minutos andando la montaña hasta una zona concurrida

Tiene muy buena ubicación, la vista es muy agradable, excelente relación calidad/precio. Me parece bien que puedas usar una cocina. El personal muy atento y amable, el cuarto también muy bien.

Que habian muchas escaleras, tambien un perro que nos ladraba llamamos al señor y solo nos dijo no muerde y no salio a apoyarnos tampoco hay agua caliente

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Der Aufstieg ist zwar ein wenig anstrengend aber die Aussicht auf die Stadt dafür unbezahlbar. Gabi und ihre Familie waren super zuvorkommend. Wir durften unser Gepäck im Zimmer lassen, obwohl wir erst sehr spät los sind. Danke für die schöne Zeit und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Uns hat alles gefallen.

Sinceramente nunca se limpio el cuarto, tampoco se dió el desayuno que según incluía el paquete, el primer día nos confiamos, pues nuestro tour salía temprano, no funcionaban al 100 la amenidades, no sé si porque lo reservamos por esta aplicación, pero si fue pésimo , nunca volvimos a ver a la señora que hacía desayunos,

Hay muchas escaleras para llegar. No está muy bien señalado exactamente en dónde está. A la ventana del baño le faltaba un vidrio y entraba mucho el frío.

共有テラスからの景色が素晴らしかった。 スラムの一歩手前みたいな山手にあるので地元民っぽい気持ちになれた。 朝食はコーヒー、パン、フルーツを出してもらえた。 建物はめちゃくちゃな作りだけど清潔感はあった。 多分メキシコ人の一般的な山手の家に宿泊することに価値を感じる人にはお勧めできる。

3日間で2回断水していたのでよくあることなのだと思う。すぐに部屋に来てくれたり、対応は良かった。ただシャワー中とかタイミングが悪いと困りそう。 部屋は突貫工事みたいな作りで、ドアが密閉しないから気になる人は嫌かも。不思議と蚊とか虫はあまりいなかった。 あと入り口から階段が長いのでスーツケースは大変そう。

The stuff and the view

The location is ideal. While situated in a residential neighborhood it's close to del centro. There are typical urban noises for a Mexican city which we enjoy. There was hot water and the views from two open air patios are stunning and a great place to begin and end one's day.

Breakfast are actually 8:30 - 9:30 and isn't much. The coffee is reheated and not comparable to area restaurants. It would have been nice to know the street is being paved since this project has been going on for months and limits public transportation options.

The view over oaxaca & it was a 7 min walk to town & my spanish class for the week

I'm really sorry, i try not to post negative reviews but i was so disappointed with this stay. Cockroaches in the bathroom, no curtain at the window, a ripped towel (i raised my concerns & they replaced the towel & put a curtain up), but it set the tone for the stay really & the cockroaches remained - the place just felt shabby & uncared for. i'd booked a private room with a bathroom as a treat whilst i was studying, but it was a very poor experience

The view of the city from the terrace is amazing, and I found my bed to be comfortable. Location is decent and away from the town, it’s quiet which was needed for Day of the Dead. Breakfast was decent, fruit, breads and scrambled eggs. The hosts are very accommodating, and allowed me to store my luggage whilst waiting for the bus that evening, they even ordered a taxi for me to save the hassle of flagging one down.

Whilst the location is decent, it did take me a while to find. There’s a gate off the road with a signpost, walk through it, and up the steps to the top (maybe avoid if you have mobility issues for this reason alone) Would also recommend having a Mexican phone number to call the host as there isn’t a reception desk. Other than the signpost on the road, there’s no signs directing where to go. It appears the accommodation is split into two places as breakfast was served in the other building to where I was staying. My room also promised a balcony overlooking the city, it didn’t, I was tucked away in the corner. Would I return? Yes to Oaxaca, but maybe elsewhere next time.

Very nice and friendly hosts. Great view from any of the 4 large balconies all with good shared kitchen facilities. Loved the Oaxaca!!!! Thank you for being such lovely hosts !!!

Amazing view from the terrace. Facilities were great on the terrace. Staff were happy to keep bags from 7am onwards.

A lot was disappointing about this hotel. Most importantly, they have a serious cockroach issue (we found 4 in our room in total) and we received a completely unapologetic response when we let the staff know about it. Breakfast was just pan dulce and fruit, which isn't a complete breakfast at all. The hotel is also situated up several flights of stairs in the city, which isn't stated anywhere in the description. Lastly, they made a mistake with our booking which led us into a cramped room with the worst bed I've ever slept on. The error wasn't resolved until we complained about the cockroaches. I checked the booking again and entered everything correctly.

This was my second stay at this place and I would come back again and again, wonderful and cozy area with lots of places where you can retire. Very caring and polite workers and hostess. And the view from the window will be in my best dreams. A very beautiful street, along which you can go to the very center; there is a grocery store right opposite the stairs from the hotel. My daughter and I stayed for a week this time, but that was not enough to enjoy this place and the city. Thank you very much for your attention and hospitality.

It is necessary to take into account that the hotel is located on a hill and you need to climb the stairs to your room, but for my family this was not a problem.

They didnt update the status of the street, it was under construction, no taxi or any kind of transportation could access the street and some restaurants were closed. There is a looot of stairs so its good if you want to stay fit after all that delicious food

I enjoyed the friendly and caring hosts, the very comfortable and spacious room, plenty of common areas, a wonderful terrace and a fantastic view of the city.

However, I found the breakfast to be not very fulfilling in my opinion.
