Not clean, bed sheet not clean, insects in the room, in washroom the shower tap is even damaged , when switched to hot its very hot and cold is also the same there is no something in between.. Breakfast is a joke you will receive bread of same stone and they will present in you in broken plates.. Overall very bad experience..

No air on ,no television,fridge not switched on,no plug .Sink tap spewed water everywhere but the bowl,the shower spread water all over the bathroom floor and there was a vine growing through the window,the noise outside kept me awake all night ,kids playing football till the early morning and dogs howling all night so no sleep.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025El trato con las personas que lo dirigen, algo normal. Personas educadas y respondieron algunas de nuestras necesidades. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la plaza. El desayuno es bueno.
Las instalaciones. Falta de limpieza, olor de las tuberías cuando entrabas en la habitación. Aire acondicionado con bastante polvo.

I was disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. Specifically, the sink taps were loose and clearly in need of repair. Proper maintenance of such basic amenities is essential, and I hope management addresses this soon to improve the guest experience.

Reviewed May 23, 2025El hotel está ubicado en el centro con un parking privado (6eur por día) a dos minutos andando. La Medina está a otros 5 minutos. La habitación donde hemos dormida era cómoda y limpia, nos han preparado el desayuno en la planta superior que tienen un pequeño comedor y una terraza. Muy recomendable si vas a pasar una o más noches en la ciudad.

Accueil insignifiant. Abords pas propres (poubelles débordantes donc odeurs). Nuisances sonores nocturnes( circulation véhicules et aboiements chiens) Et nous avons dû réclamer des serviettes propres et sèches le 2ème jour.

Lo único que no me gustó de la habitación fue la distribución de la misma, ya que para acceder a la cama deja un pequeño pasillo entre una columna que hay en medio y el frigorífico.

We had some issues in getting warm water in the evening. Plus the pressure is weak for a shower.
