Great location right at the top underneath the Spanish Mosque. Beautiful setting and grounds.

Before we arrived at the bus station late at night I spoke with the hotel who said call on arrive and we will collect you. We called 5 times and no one picked up. We had to get a taxi and then find our way in the dark. Was not ideal. When we were leaving we arranged for a taxi via the hotel for 3:15pm to ensure we didn’t miss our bus, the taxi was very late and we just made it in time. A little frustrating.

Me pareció un hotel de ensueño, con diferentes estancias que se extendían a lo largo de la montaña, una piscina preciosa en el centro, un buen restaurante, y un excelente desayuno. Nuestras habitaciones eran tipo suites, muy amplias con unas vistas espectaculares

Tuvimos que aparcar lejos, ya que no hay posibilidad en las proximidades del hotel, y pensando que estabamos cerca, cargamos con las maletas hasta el hotel, y acabamos agotados.... Recomiendo llamar al hotel para que ayuden a llevar las maletas. Nos ayudaron a la vuelta a llevarlas al coche y fue mucho más cómodo

Le pressing ils m’ont abîmé des vêtements ! À cause des problèmes de travaux sur la route, le personnel a dû transporter nos valises à pieds jusqu’au points de rassemblement des transports et ils ont cassés ma valises. Mais c’est pas de leur faute, la fille de l’accueil n’a pas voulu régler les fameux tuktuk qui peuvent venir jusqu’à l’hôtel!

Es un paraíso escondido. Cuando llegas, afuera, no te imaginas que por dentro sea tan hermoso. Muy bien decorado, limpio, el trabajo de paisajismo fue impecable. La gusta desde nuestra habitación era de ensueño. Si personal fue muy amable hasta bajando las maletas donde podíamos tomar el taxi. La ubicación del hotel es buenisima, está bien arriba así que pueden comenzar su recorrido desde la punta más alta e ir bajando.

Hotel molto bello a due passi dal centro di Chefchaouen. Immerso in un bellissimo giardino con una meravigliosa vista sulla città. Dispone di una grande e bella piscina. Camere comode e spaziose, servizio attento e gentile, buon ristorante e fantastica colazione. L’hotel è ancora più bello di quanto appaia nelle foto.

I travel the world and in my opinion this was by far the most beautiful stay. The room the bathroom shower pressure everything was on point. The view from our room was amazing and the pool too was beautiful. The breakfast and restaurant as well was so so good - tbh it was a perfect stay and we couldn’t get enough of the place! I would happily spend all my days there! Money definitely worth spent

Very minor point - don’t provide additional bin in the room with a child we needed it. Also don’t put bin liner in the toilet bin which again I would have liked but it’s very very minor to what you get for your money

Struttura nel verde, con bellissimo panorama sulla città blu. Dispone di una grande piscina, colazione completa, stanza grande e pulita. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare il ristorante.

Un po’ di caos per raggiungere la struttura a causa di una strada chiusa. Le comunicazioni con la struttura non sono state chiare e il nostro driver ci ha dovuto lasciare lontano dalla struttura, che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi.

A wonderful hotel, located in the upper part of the city — from the terrace of the upper-floor rooms, you get a stunning view of both the city and the mountains. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated in authentic Moroccan style. A lovely pool and an excellent restaurant. Highly recommended!

I would suggest that the hotel provide clear instructions on how to get there. We had trouble figuring out where to park and how to actually reach the hotel.

Absolument tout! 2eme séjour dans cet endroit et nous n’avalons pas été déçus. La décoration est incroyable, l’endroit est super calme, la piscine superbe avec une vue a couper le souffle. Le restaurant est au top. Le personnel adorable! Malgré la difficulté d’accès actuel (à cause d’une route impraticable), le personnel de l’hôtel se plie en 4 pour faciliter l’accès (navette, taxis…)

Rien tout était parfait! Mais peut être envisagé d’ajouter des prestations type massage, spa.

Aux portes de la médina, cet hôtel nous a véritablement charmé. Tout est très beau et très propre. Les chambres sont confortable, la literie parfaite. Et sa piscine tellement bien venue ;)

Les portes des chambres sont mal insonorisées, la première nuit les enfants de nos voisins ont passé la soirée à jouer dans le couloir et rentrer et sortir de la chambre ce qui faisait un vacarme d’e fer !

Pour accéder à l'établissement en voiture ce n'était pas possible suite à un éboulement de pierre, j'ai dû laisser ma voiture dans un parking conseillé par l'établissement et malheureusement j'étais harceler par deux jeunes qui voulait absolument me proposer des services dont j'avais pas besoin, se mêler dans la conversation entre le gardien et nous car le gardien avait demandé 50DH la nuit alors que l'établissement ont préciser que ça ne dépasser pas les 30DH, on nous traitant de radin et qu'on négocie le prix alors qu'on porte des marques, on ne s'est pas senti en sécurité.

Todo! A este riad no le pongo mas puntuacion porque no existe mas de un 10. Por todo es excepcional! No solo Por su enclave y su belleza. Todo el hotel es precioso! Cenar aqui fue maravilloso y el precio fue bueno. Su personal es fantastico. Su desyuno maravilloso y las habitaciones de ensueño. Me hubiese quedado mas tiempo. Enhorabuena por gestionar este riad de manera impecable!

I Liked the way they treated us overall, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, they made my son and me feel very welcome and that made our stay more than good. The morrocan hospitality at the highest level.

What a wonderful place and stunning location! Beautiful and very comfortable cottage, separate from the main hotel building. Best breakfast we had on our trip in Morocco. I also strongly recommend to have dinner in the riad at least once -- ours was excellent. I could easily have spent 4-5 days here (do not skip Akchour!). Compared to the other (admittedly cheaper) riads on our trip through North Morocco, value-for-money was second to none.

Very weak wifi signal in room and riad was hard to reach due to road collapse (though riad tries hard to to address the problem). But who said heaven is easy to reach/has wifi?

Location is ideal, situated on the upper border of the medina. The rooms are well appointed with large beds and great showers. The pool is lovely and the grounds are very attractive. The breakfast is terrific.

Un établissement plein de charme, typiquement marocain, niché dans un cadre naturel magnifique. Les jardins sont superbement fleuris, de manière naturelle, ce qui apporte une atmosphère paisible et authentique. La piscine est absolument splendide, avec un décor à couper le souffle, et l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Chefchaouen. Les chambres sont jolies, confortables et très propres. C’est une excellente adresse pour se ressourcer, déconnecter et profiter du calme. Le potentiel de cet établissement est indéniable.

Notre arrivée a malheureusement terni l’expérience. La route d’accès était effondrée, mais personne ne nous en avait informés avant notre arrivée. Nous avons donc perdu beaucoup de temps à chercher un accès, avant d’être pris en charge par des jeunes qui nous ont guidés dans des ruelles extrêmement étroites pour nous garer, avec en plus un parking payant. Un simple message de l’hôtel avant notre arrivée aurait évité beaucoup de stress et d’incompréhension. Nous avons également trouvé l’accueil assez froid et distant. Nous nous attendions à retrouver cette chaleur et cette hospitalité marocaine qui font la réputation du pays, mais nous ne l’avons malheureusement pas ressentie ici. C’est d’autant plus dommage que l’établissement est magnifique. Avec un accueil plus chaleureux et une meilleure communication avant l’arrivée, cette adresse pourrait devenir véritablement inoubliable.

La situation géographique du Riad, le calme, la propreté, l’ambiance.

Nous avons été désagréablement choqué lors de notre départ matinal du Riad que 2 jeunes réceptionnistes de l’hôtel, qui ne parlaient pas le Français et très mal la langue anglaise nous rattrapent dans la cour pour nous demander de payer la note d’hôtel en mettant notre parole en doute, alors que nous avions déjà réglé notre note de séjour à notre arrivée auprès de votre responsable à la réception qui parlait parfaitement notre langue..!! mais qui malheureusement semble ne pas avoir fait parfaitement son travail en mettant à jour l’ordinateur de l’hôtel en liaison avec Bookîng..

The location was great. It was convenient, well situated, and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

What I did not like was the lack of parking facilities. In addition, we were unable to obtain our room key cards until 9:30 a.m., and we did not receive any response from the hotel regarding the delay. I also requested a prayer mat and was informed that a staff member would bring it to my room, but it was never delivered, and I received no further update. These issues affected what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

Bonjour, franchement rien a dire sur l hotel l emplacemenet est unique et les chambres sont bien equipees,maleureusment j ai eu une mauvaise experience lors de mon dernier jr de sejour.une dame m a demande de changer la table au momment de mon ptit dej chose que j ai pas apprecie du tt sous pretexte qu elle veut organiser un groupe de touristes sur la meme ligne de tables. En plus la table n est pas reservee. J ai pas voulu m enerver plus j ai change de table calmement mais j ai exprime mon insatisfaction.mon pays est tres beau mais ils preferent les etrangers que les marocains. J ai ete decue et je ne reviendrai jammais.j ai ecrit en francais pour qu une grande majorite des etrangers arrivent à lire.

Ubicación buena; a pocos minutos de la Medina. Jardin, exteriores y zonas comunes bonitas. Una noche cenamos en el hotel y la comida estuvo bien sobre todo el postre. El desayuno tambien bien: excepto el café... aguado de esas máquinas de palanca. Mejor decantarse por otras bebidas.

Trato poco personalizado (excepto el te que te ofrecen a la llegada) por parte del personal que trabaja allí, todo muy indiferente. Se pusieron a fumigar las alcantarillas de la zona de la piscina a las 15.00 horas de la tarde con los huéspedes presentes (incluidos niños). Esas sustancias son tóxicas y no entendimos porque no lo hacen en un horario más discreto. Lo peor fue la habitación familiar que reserve. Este tipo de habitación está fuera del edificio principal.... es como una casita. Muy oscura, con muchísima humedad (hasta se podía oler), la ducha se salía el agua por fuera, articulos de aseo mínimos (un bote de 20 ml de champu y otro igual de gel..... que para tres personas y dos días de estancia es insuficiente), papel higiénico también a cuenta gotas.... en fin.... Nuestro grupo era de 3 personas (2 adultos + 1 niño de 6 años) y pague 400 euros por nuestra estancia de dos noches (alojamiento + desayuno). Esto es mucho dinero en Marruecos. A mi no me importa gastarme esto en un hotel pero tienen que ofrecerte lo que prometen y un mínimo de calidad. En este sentido nos sentimos "estafados". Desconozco si las habitaciones que se encuentran dentro del edificio principal están bien pero la habitacion familiar que nos dieron en el exterior no se la recomiendo a nadie.

What a dream hotel - upon arrival we immediately regretted only booking 2 nights! It’s only a few minutes’ walk to everything, but behind the walls it feels and sounds like you’re miles outside the city - so peaceful and serene. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the furnishings are exquisite and authentic to the area, the views are spectacular, the customer service is amazing, and the food is delicious! We cannot wait to go back again!
