Very welcoming and friendly host with lots of tips about Maastricht. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Using the bikes is a great option, and the best way to go to the city centre. The street is very calm without any noise.

Steep stairs inside the accommodation, which can be a problem for some people especially if you cannot lift your luggage.

Schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage um Maastricht zu erkunden. Großes Plus war die Klimaanlage. Supernette Vermieterin die uns auch Tips bei der Ankunft gegeben hat bezüglich Ausflügen und Restaurants. Alles in allem gerne wieder.

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven en alles was tiptop voorelkaar. De eigenaresse is erg hartelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Heel fijn om fietsen tot je beschikking te hebben. Al is alles ook heel goed te voet te doen; via het park ben je zo in hartje Maastricht. We komen graag eens terug!

Perfect verblijf en fietsen waren top!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w cichej części miasta i jednoczesnie blisko do centrum. W okolicy zabudowa jednorodzinna lub szeregowa. Mozliwość zaparkowania samochodu na ulicy w okolicy hotelu. Atrakcją samą w sobie jest zamieszkanie w prawdziwym holenderskim domu a nie w hotelu, który jest jednak zawsze podobny do innego.

Room was very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and location was reasonablely distant form the city centre. I highly recommend staying here.

Checking in was easy. We were greeted by our host, Ingrid, who helped us with tips about the local area and where to go. The property is in a quiet street in a nice area and close to the river. There is a pathway alongside the river that leads you into the centre and the views are lovely. The city centre is easily walkable, so much so that we didn't avail ourselves of the free bicycles provided.

You may struggle with the stairs if you have mobility problems but that did not effect us.

We stayed here for three nights during a graduation visit. The location is walkable (25 minutes from the city center) and the host kindly helped carry a suitcase up on arrival. The free bikes are potentially great, if the weather permits, which in our case it was not.

Several aspects of the accommodation did not meet our expectations for the price. The room is located in an attic (3rd floor ) with very steep and narrow stairs, which may be difficult for older guests or anyone with larger luggage. Inside, there is no proper closet—only a few hooks and hangers—which makes longer stays less convenient. The bathroom also posed challenges. Although the shower is set in a larger tub, the curtain is very narrow and tends to cling, making showering uncomfortable. Additionally, the kitchen items were openly stacked, in the bathroom, which felt unusual and not hygienic. The was a TV but would not turn on. Regarding parking: the listing did mention that the free parking is not on-site, but the distance—about a 10-minute walk each way—was more inconvenient than expected, especially in bad weather and when carrying bags. At €150 per night, plus €22 in city taxes for three nights, we felt the accommodation did not quite match the level of comfort typically expected at this price. This place may be suitable for students or younger travelers, but it may not be ideal for older adults or those seeking a more comfortable stay.

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Ein schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung, Kühlschrank). Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Nutzung und eine tolle Stadt die zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar ist.

Wat een top verblijf hebben we hier gehad. Alles dik in orde. En wat fijn dat er fietsen beschikbaar waren. Deze locatie en hier verblijven is zeker een aanrader. Een dikke 10 van ons 👍

A bit expensive considering this is a room in the attic of someone's house. Also, a separate sink in the pantry would have been nice to wash coffee cups etc.

Amazing hotel, with a very nice room and a very clean bathroom. Excellent attention from Ingrid. We use the bikes and they were perfect. The place is in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the city centre. Very recommended.

Ingrid is a friendly and welcoming host. The house is very nice, cozy, and quaint. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Tea, coffee, microwave and refrigerator are available and are a nice addition. Note this is within a shared home but your floor is only for guests with one other room across the hall. Also note there are 2 levels of stairs required to access the room. Very quiet place and good location. Bikes make it easy to get around anywhere.

A wonderful, comfortable, very clean accommodation, the bikes - a big plus - 5 minutes by bike from the center. The hosts are very kind, there is a common room with everything you need for breakfast, the coffee is very good. We had a great stay dreamlike!

We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and lovely. Having access to bicycles was awesome. Ingrid was very nice and welcoming.

Perfect location - easy to find and within walking distance of the city. Friendly hosts and a nice room.

Bikes could have been a little bit better. I appreciate it isn’t a bike hire shop, but they weren’t brilliant - the gears didn’t work and a small bag on the front would have made it easier to carry the map rather than having to stop and get it out all the time; but it’s a very small niggle. It was also very expensive for just a bed for the night, but I guess that was because it was the André Rieu concert period, so this to be expected, but I would totally recommend the Alberti; it is lovely and peaceful in a really nice area.

The B&B was located in a nice neighborhood with a very short walk to the city center. Many nice restaurants nearby - walking or biking! The bikes are the very best amenity!! They made us feel right at home! Ingrid is a super hostess. We arrived very late in the evening after our plane was delayed -- she helped us with a few groceries in the fridge for a taste of dinner and walked us patiently through all the details of the house. We have already recommended this place to our Dutch friends and the next time we are in the city we will not think twice about booking again! Thank you very much!

The parking can be a hassle due to the broken city meters. Unfortunately, the B&B cannot control this issue. There is a free parking lot a very short walk from the house which solved the issue for us! This is a beautiful Dutch house -- be prepared to climb stairs. The description clearly states there are stairs --- don't be surprised.

No freedom to move like hotel

Spacious room in a beautiful Art Deco building (with some wonderful period details), with everything you need (incl. coffee machines!) and nothing you don't. Quiet neighbourhood, within easy cycle to the centre of Maastricht. A small pantry allows easy meal preparation if you're in the mood. The "no breakfast, free bike" approach is perfect: there's a great bakery and cafe two blocks away, and the bike saves the hassle of renting bikes (which, if you're not a Dutch resident, is a pain in the proverbial). Bookmarked for return.

A comfortable en-suite room in the roof with everything on offer a traveler needs. Nice supermarket, deli and coffee shop nearby. The wonderful hosts live on the property and offer excellent personal service to ensure the guest is comfortable at all times. To have a bike included in the rate, is such a winner!

Ingrind was the perfect host nice and caring. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was a variety of tees to chose from, which I appreciated. The room was air conditioned which was really good for the hot days of Maastricht. There are plenty of bikes to use.

The warm friendly messages and communication from my host. The excellent individual accommodation with a unique atmosphere for the style of accommodation. Clean neatly laid out accessories for tea/coffee etc. And shown where one can get top ups from. The extra twist, was my room overlooked the castle of where Andra Rieu lived. And her daughter was a surprise act at the end of his show. OMG FANTASTIC just like my accommodation.
