Reviewed Aug 14, 2026We stayed overnight on our way to Cape Town. The owners were very helpful with our late arrival and early start. Room was comfortable with a good ensuite bathroom. Provided tea/coffee etc and small kitchen facilities in the room which we did not use.

The bathroom is quite small but we were 4 guests. May be sufficient for 2. It can do with an upgrade.

Je recommande vivement et espère sincèrement revoir nos hôtes ! !!! Avec mes enfants, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Leuke kamer voor een nachtje. Alles zat erop en eraan en alles was schoon. De host was heel erg lief en gaf ons aanbevelingen voor de buurt. We hebben leuk kunnen eten en zijn naar het strand geweest. De badkamer was helemaal prima, niks op aan te merken.
We hadden verwacht uitzicht op zee te hebben vanuit onze kamer. Dat heb je niet maar je hebt wel uitzicht op zee vanaf het balkon dat boven de kamer zit, dit is een woonkamer/keuken gedeelte. Dit deel je met andere gasten.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Sehr nette Vermieterin, sichere Gegend und Parken auf dem umzäunten Grundstück, toller Ausblick vom Balkon aus, sogar Milch zum Kaffee im Kühlschrank vorhanden.
Aktuell werden in Wilderness viele Straßen saniert. Man kam trotzdem überall hin, aber es war etwas mühsamer.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026I liked the hosts very much. A lovely couple which cares about their guests very much. We had our own door from the garden. About 800m to walk to the cliff access to the beach. Everything was there for self-catering.
There was quite excessive mold on the wall of your head board. It needs to be looked at. Health risk. All metal was corroded/rusted, from shower head to door handle, even the rings of the booklet. The Jojo tanks are right outside the wall of our head board of our bed and the pump is exceptional loud, even woke me up more than once. Every time someone used water, the pump started. The nearby N2 echoes the truck at night quite loud, with or without construction site. My understanding of tranquil is different. Sorry.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Wir waren hier für zwei Nächte und hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöner Blick und alles wie beschrieben. Kleine Küchenzeile, die sogar mit Kleinigkeiten gefüllt ist. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe zum Detail überall steckt. Ganz bezaubernd. Lage sehr ruhig und sicher. Man konnte auch nachts unbeschwert unterleg sein. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber sofort zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Unfortunately it was not clean. The floor was really dirty so we could not walk barefoot in our room which was really a shame. Otherwise it would have been really nice. But the room really needs to be properly cleaned! Floor is very dirty, same goes for dust on decoration and bathroom.

Clean facilities, but some slight mold in bathroom silicone areas in the room we stayed in. The toilet flush handle needed serviced, as manually had to be lifted after use or would remain in flush mode. Minor issues though but feedback for the host if wanting to fix.
