The proprietors are commendable, demonstrating a welcoming and amiable demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed an engaging and challenging hike to the coastline. This is truly a remarkable, secluded treasure within Wilderness.

The beds are uncomfy and bedroom cupboards smelled very mouldy. The windows did not close properly and one person in our group got bitten by a spider in the unit.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Wilderness und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer. Manchmal sieht man sogar Delphine von der Terrasse. Leider ist der Zugang zum Strand seit ein paar Wochen gesperrt, so dass man einen ca. 1km weiten Umweg laufen muss, um an den Strand zu kommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super und uns wurde ein Obstkorb sowie Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Persönlicher Kontakt zu der Vermieterin - Sie war stets hilfsbereit und hat liebevolle Unterstützung bei persönlichen Anliegen geleistet - Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend - wir konnten sogar Delfine beobachten! Unser Sohn hat sich besonders über den Garten gefreut - dank der tollen Ausstattung (Fußball, Sandspielzeug und Spiele im Haus enthalten)
Zugang zum Strand war leider nicht mehr direkt vorhanden - Grundstücksverhältnisse in der Nachbarschaft haben sich geändert und dadurch war der direkte Zugang nicht mehr möglich - Auto musste genutzt werden.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Uns hat alles gefallen die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber die Lage und die wundervolle und liebevoll ausgestattete Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht wir wurden sogar mit Blumen , Obst und Süßigkeiten begrüßt. Ein wunderschöner malerischer Strand befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus wenn man eine steile Treppe runter geht. Eine perfekte ausgangslage um die Umgebung von Wilderness zu erkunden. Vielen Dank

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025Superfijn plekje in Wilderness om een paar dagen te verblijven. Het is een heel ruim en compleet uitgerust appartement, incl een braai op het terras. Vlakbij het strand gelegen en vanuit je slaapkamer heb je uitzicht op de oceaan (als je geluk hebt zie je dolfijnen).

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025It was a wonderful stay in every way. The house was stunning, right in front of the ocean, with a garden surrounding it. We parked the car on the grass in front of the apartment. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had breakfast outside, overlooking the sea, and were even able to spot some whales. From the house, you can walk down to a private beach, which is truly beautiful. The owners were very kind, allowing us to wash the car in the garden and giving us recommendations on places to visit. The town itself is beautiful, with wonderful views over the “Map of Africa.” We would have given this house a score higher than 10 if possible, because everything was perfect.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short and easy walk to the stunning Wilderness beach. The spacious unit offers breathtaking views and is exceptionally neat and well-kept. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, including a generous offering of tea, coffee, milk and rusks. Crockery, cutlery, and utensils are of a good quality and were sparkling clean. The kitchen appliances also include a dishwasher and washing machine, which makes sense for longer stays. The beds were very comfortable, with beautiful, high-quality linen and pillows. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere and a good night's sleep. Our hostess was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

Reviewed Apr 8, 2025The hosts both Talitha and her husband were amazing, the cleanliness in that place is exceptional, every appliance you will need is there. Wifi was fast and stable didn't face any issues there. This is such an amazing place to stay in it's soo peaceful and you wake up to the ocean view, we even had a braai one evening since they have a braai area. Finally the beds are super comfortable, slept like a baby.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the view is amazing and you have an exclusive beach - however the path is a little steep, so with a small child it was a little challenging. We can only recommend everyone to book this beautiful apartment!

Its a perfect and tranquil location. Beautiful private beach was just a short walk away from the apartment. Talitha, our friendly host ,was super responsive and helpful. She provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and local eats, as well as activities. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place. A personal rating will be a 10/10 for us. Thank you Talitha for hosting us. We will definitely return.

The apartment was immaculate and everything one needs (and more) in a holiday home was provided. The most comfy beds! A lovely and attentive hostess.
