We had a lovely stay! The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it was especially nice to have a washing machine available. The host is super friendly and responds very quickly.

The location is close to the beach, which is great. However, there isn’t much else within walking distance, so you’ll need a taxi to get around and visit other places.

Sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Große und schöne Gemeinschaftsräume. Aussenküche. Sehr nah am Strand, dort aber kein schwimmen möglich.

没有。首先交通既不靠近乔治市也不靠近峇都丁宜，往两个主要景点打车都要25马币左右，周边也没有任何商业配套设施，吃饭不方便。房间设施老旧，墙皮渗水，生霉。房间空调不制冷且噪音极大，晚上根本没有办法入睡。临近主要交通干道，晚上飞车党炸街根本不能睡觉。房间淋浴水量很小，洗澡不舒服。最最最不能忍受的是餐厅厨房区域卫生极差，晚上下楼去找工作人员时发现老鼠出没，餐具都是露天摆放的，老鼠能直接接触，不敢想象。发生这个事情后要求booking协调退房，房主态度强硬，booking也坐视不理，最后自认倒霉只退了50%费用，第二天一早赶紧离开，中国游客避雷！ None. Firstly, the location is neither close to George Town nor Batu Ferringhi. It takes about 25 Malaysian Ringgit to take a taxi to the two main attractions. There are no commercial facilities nearby, making it inconvenient to eat. The room facilities are old, with peeling walls that are damp and moldy. The air conditioner in the room doesn't cool and makes a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep at night. It is close to the main traffic artery, and the noise from the motorcycle gangs at night makes it impossible to sleep. The water pressure in the shower is very low, making it uncomfortable to take a bath. The most intolerable thing is that the hygiene in the kitchen area of the restaurant is extremely poor. When I went downstairs to find the staff at night, I saw rats running around. The tableware was placed outdoors, and the rats could directly touch them. It's unimaginable. After this incident, I asked Booking to coordinate a refund, but the landlord was very tough and Booking just ignored it. In the end, I had to accept my bad luck and only got a 50% refund. I left as early as possible the next morning. Chinese tourists should avoid this place!

Tutto. La struttura era assolutamente pulitissima. Erano incluse tantissime cose come colazione e possibilità di usare cucina e lavatrice. La lavatrice è stato un plus non indifferente. Il ragazzo che abita nella depandance dietro non c'è quasi mai ma è molto carino. Camera spaziosa e bagno bellissimo. AC funzionante.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer, Gruß mit zwei Betten, einen Bad, mit WC und Dusche. Der Raum hat Klimaanlage und ein elektrisches Türschloss. Wir hatten ein Auto, was wir auf dem Grundstück parken konnten. Der Check-in war problemlos, der Besitzer zeigte uns alles, man hatte sich frühstücken können.

It was a quick walk to the beach from this home. The room was clean and the bathroom had an enclosed shower which we like. There was plenty of dishes and cups and refrigerator space along with cooking equipment. There was a large washing machine and plenty room to dry the clothes. There are inside community areas along with beautiful outside areas to sit and relax.

The villa was clean 👍 very cozy & comfy interior, fresh new look just nice for us 4adults n 1baby. Spacious room & kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped. Balconi for lepak 😁 value for money. Will come back again.

Room is spacious and comfortable, bed is nice, comfy and with clean sheets. Shower is good. House is spacious and clean. There are facilities to cook. Everything is well signed and organised. Perfect location, very close to the beach, restaurants and mini mart. Not far is even a pharmacy, a wet market, supermarket... There is a parking slot indoors.

The only thing that could have made logistics easier is a second remote to enter the house, as sometimes the family splits and logistically it gets tricky with one single way to enter.

Location is easy to find and within walking distance to public transportation and amenities, also located at beach front that is clean and nice view makes it worth to stay here. Villa is very homely and good for big family gathering with seniors and children too.

Blanket is too thin, thicker comforter will be excellent to sleep with.

Good-sized room with very comfortable beds and a great balcony - good size and you can see the sea (between the high-rise buildings surrounding the villa). Very friendly and helpful staff. Useful to have use of a washing machine and communal fridge, and nice to have coffee, bread etc available..

'Beach front' isn't quite accurate as the building is separated from the beach by a high-rise apartment block. It is very close though, just don't expect to step off a terrace and feel the sand between your toes. A pool to dive into after a hot day walking would have been perfect!

Location was good, easy to get to the nice beaches at Teluk Bahang and Batu Feringgi.

Great rooms, the bathroom is awesome. The location is next to Tanjung Bungah beach, within 200-300m. Very well maintained property. The host is available whenever needed. Parking space available for 3 cars. The main Batu Ferrringhi beach is 5-6km away. There's a Family Mart nearby

Everything is self service, which is not a bad thing. But I would recommend daily room service for room cleaning. This is not a complaint, but a recommendation to enhance the services.

Comfortable, very close to beach. Easy access to Georgetown, Batu Ferringhi and Balik Pulau. Away from crowded areas of Georgetown. Host was such a pleasant guy.

The windows in the room are super old wood, which means the isolation was super bad. Because of that, it was not possible to have the room cold as desired. In the bathroom there were a couple of holes with ants coming from there (it's not something that you can't live with, but still it's something that is super easy to fix). The beach near the villa is super bad, so you'll need anyway to go to another beach.

It would be better if I booked the whole villa. Since I only booked only one of the 4 rooms, the common areas are a bit crowded. You must socialise with strangers for no purposes...

I was lucky to have the place all to myself as it was a weekday but sadly I was only able to stay for 1 night. The place is big, very homey, well kept & has all the facilities you need & everything works well. Felt like I visited my friends house & am having a stay over. They even had a christmas tree, so that was nice. It would be good to stay with family. The owner Dez is friendly, kind & helpful. Will definitely visit again the next round. Location is quiet too. .

It's a little far from Batu Feringghi so you can't walk. Need to take a grab which is about 15mins drive. But otherwise no issue.

The host was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The place was pretty clean and the room was cozy, with facilities that we needed. Quiet and peaceful place with food places within walking distance.

The water dispenser was downstairs so we had to go down whenever we needed water. The place was older than expected but it was clean and good enough for us.

Arrive and feel good. The owner is very concerned about the well-being of the guests. Free filtered water is always available and hot drinks can also be prepared in the communal kitchen. Many teas and coffee is available. Even toast jam and eggs we could use. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and leave nothing to be desired. We say thank you for the great time we were able to spend here as a family!

Location mentioned in the address says Batu ferranghi .... which might be technically correct but gave a wrong indication that it's just on this beach, while in realty it was about 8 KM away and took more than 30 minutes to reach there.

Spacious room for two. I booked Deluxe Room 202 and they were a queen bed and two single-stacked beds provided inside. Came with your own private bathroom. Easy check in and self checkout. Friendly and accommodating host. Situated in a peaceful road right by the beach. Love the ambience and how quiet the place was! Will stay here agaij in my next visit to Penang.

It felt like home away from home.The energy and the enviroment was very calming and relaxing.The host Mr Chong is very gracious,kind ,professional and made us feel very comfortable and very welcomed,we felt very safe and secure staying at the villa.

Since there was only us booking on that date, so the home is like ours 😊 very good host waiting for us even we are late. The AC is so cold. This place is very suitable for family gathering or reunion and just 3 minutes walking to the beach.

Everything was perfect. The host is a nice person. He contacted us on WhatsApp the day before checking in. He was there when we arrived, and showed us the house. In this house you have everything you need for a pleasant staying. It was furnished with a great care. On the ground floor, there is a specious shared living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with everything: plates, glasses, cups, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, pots and pans and so on. There is also a fridge and a washing machine, 2 irons and ironing boards. The rooms are upstairs. They are cosy and nicely furnished, and the beds are comfortable. You feel yourself like you were at home. I must mention that everything was impeccably clean.
