Excellent breakfast. Very clean and comfortable Staff very pleasant.

Wonderful hosts. Breakfast was extraordinary!!
All good.
La possibilità di cenare e l'ottima colazione, anche le bottigliette d'acqua nella stanza.
Sarebbe stato ottimo trovare un bollitore nella stanza.
Breakfast was fantastic. Appreciated Eilish's kindness and Nancy's violin! Bill's cooking was great.
La gentillesse de nos hôtes et l’effort de compréhension de notre mauvais anglais 😄
Excellant facilities & amazing breakfast. Host very accommodating.
Poor directions & signage. Had to ask locals for directions.
Very nice breakfast, very nice people
If you want exceptional Irish hospitality with an exquisite breakfast and comfy stay, then Woodlands House is for you.
Location. The breakfast was very good.
Being forced to pay cash. We only learned about that as we walked in the door and only after a credit card was asked for to secure the room. The hostess told us “well you have three days to figure it out” after we said we didn’t have cash with us. Then we figured out PayPal to pay but the hostess was mad when PayPal charged her a fee. We stayed all three nights because we would have been charged anyway and it was a fairly decent place and great location. Again breakfast was delicious. We just felt pressured about the cash!
Everything amazing! The location, the host are amazing and the breakfast is delicious. For sure I will stay again there if I came to Ireland again
Nothing everything perfect
Large rooms and great breakfast
Payment in cash only
Pleasant helpful hosts, nice room - we had the choice of the "green" room which was our favourite. Breakfast was special with a mini traditional fiddle concert by the host's talented daughter!
A little distant from Farranfore.
Nice and quiet. Excellent food. Lovely Irish music
Found the room a little warm - no air conditioning
Location pleasant. Good breakfast.
Cleanliness No tea making facilities in room. Electric sockets hidden behind furniture. Large dark furniture. Nowhere nearby to eat for evening.
Peaceful,perfect situation
Nothing
The owners welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. We really enjoyed talking with them and listening to their daughter play the fiddle.
All was lovely
Very friendly hosts who gave us good advice on our travel plans locally. Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast, in fact the best of a two week stay in Ireland. This is an ideal place to use as a central point to explore the southwest of Ireland.
Our room was cozy albeit not fancy. The hosts were fantastic--very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they served was superb. It was very quiet and peaceful at their home, and it was indeed a home because we could see their personal photos and evidence of their daily life. I felt like we were welcomed into their home as their guests, in the best way.
This may seem silly, but I noticed that some dusting and cobwebs needed to be removed from the decor in the house over our heads. A little attention to that would make it seem even more homey.
Location and wonderful hosts
Nothing
Made welcome. Great food.
Nothing to dislike.
Very large room clean comfy very fiendly staff lovely breakfast
Could not find fault.
The family who own and run Woodlands are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are first class, the breakfast is the best you'll find anywhere. If you're especially lucky you might get to hear Nancy the daughter practice the fiddle,a real talent. The house is set in the most relaxing of grounds with a trout and salmon stream running through.
nothing to complain about at all
great cooked breakfast and afternoon tea made on our arrival when we asked to make one, comfy bed and pillows, roomy ensuite, the pump water pressure was good.
Thin towels, and the last part of finding the house with google maps, but we did
Such a warm welcome from Eilis & Billy. Fab food. Beautiful grounds. Playful pets. A perfect base to explore Kerry. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
The property is beautiful and very private. Beautiful home with amazing scenery all around. Our host was incredible, absolutely communicative and accommodating. It was such a pleasure to stay in her home and enjoy breakfast the next morning. The rooms are even nicer than the pictures. Everything is spotless and I got the best sleep of the trip in this bed. I will certainly be recommending this stay to friends!
Not a thing, service and stay was exceptional.
Breakfast was excellent.
The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The B&B was spotless and well-stocked with everything guests might need—-including delightful treats on the pillow. Nancy, thank you so much for the amazing Celtic fiddle music! We truly enjoyed it and wish you great success in all your future endeavours.
Very friendly owners. Tasty cooked breakfast and plenty of cold accompaniments too. A huge walk-in wardrobe space. A quiet location making for a good night's sleep and a very friendly house cat.
A kettle for hot drinks would have been great in the shared lounge or in our room.
Fantastic setup here for our night before a morning flight from Kerry Airport. Absolutely wonderful hosts making our stay top notch. We so appreciate Eilis and Billy and their kind hospitality!
Woodland House provide quiet, comfortable accommodation with easy access to many attractions of the South-West of Ireland. You need a car to reach it, but there is sufficient free parking space. Great hosts providing excellent (à la carte) breakfasts (included) as well as dinners (at additional charge if requested). This was, by far, the best stay during our Scotland - Ireland trip.

The innkeepers were excellent
The breakfast was extremely good and also an opportunity to meet and have conversations with other guests.
Lovely and quiet. Very friendly hosts
Exceptional service by Ailish and her husband. They brought a forgotten IPad to the bus station just in time.
Nothing really but we would have loved hearing their talented daughter play an Aire on the fiddle.
Everything. The room is huge, the bathroom is huge too! Super clean and really really beautiful. They have a lot of attention to details. Tons of choice for breakfast, big portions. The dinner was also amazing! Eilis and her family are super welcoming and accommodating. Loved the cats as well!
Nothing.
We had a great stay and would definitely be back. Breakfast was great!

Nothing we didn’t like.
Hospitality and breakfasts
The breakfast was one of the greatest meals I have ever eaten. The room was very well appointed and the owners were just lovely and could not be more helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you
It is just a very little thing, but I would have liked to make a cup of tea in the room. But seriously, this is small thing because the stay was just brilliant.
The room was quaint with a nice view of the countryside. The breakfast is quite delicious with meals made to order and a good selection of options. Parking is easy and it is right off the main road. While not in the city, it is still convenient.
We were required to pay cash for the room. Nowhere on Booking does it mention this. Upon review, I did receive a long message from the owner prior, and it was buried in that. Also, the owner was very mechanical and did not come off as the most welcoming.
Generally everything was fairly good
Nothing
The breakfast was amazing! There were so many choices and homemade scones. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
Food was good and owner was friendly.
You had to pay cash and that was not very well communicated. There was no other option. The location is not near many pubs or restaurants and it definitely smelled like a farm.
Great location for the airport, train and arterial roads. Quiet. Light and pleasant spaces to relax and enjoy. Delicious breakfast with extensive menu.
Household noises, but nothing untoward. Payment by cash is tricky these days.
Massive bedroom and bathroom. Delicious breakfast
Liked it all. Very comfy mattress on the bed. Hostess was very pleasant especially after I got her talking. Food was great. Service even better. Even had a cool cat, Putz, that I played with. I'd definitely go back here. Yard was nice as well. Lots of flowers
The hosts were charming and relaxed and breakfast was excellent

Great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again
Friendly and flexible to accommodate our arrival time. Breakfast time was a delight at this home!
Just wish we could have stayed longer.
The delicious food we had and the close proximity to Dingle and the beautiful drive around the peninsula.
There weren't enough electrical outlets.
Everything, easy to get to, lovely quiet location, with lovely views at the rear and just a short drive to killarney. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.
There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room, but when we asked it was no trouble, Eilis made us tea and coffee....
Quiet , friendly .
The whole experience was amazing, the family running the guest house are exceptionally kind and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you xx
Front yard nice. Breakfast very good. The daughter was very hospitable.
Room was tired. Cracks in walls. Damage in shower. Lack of power points. Back yard untidy. Fence damaged. TV didnt work initially and too small sitting on a large stand with rough tape.
Beautiful setting, lovely garden by river. Bird song abundant
Spacious, welcoming, great food! Lovely hosts
Very close to Killarney and Tralee (~15 min drive), the breakfast is amazing, we've received a very warm welcoming. We will certainly stay there again.
Clean, quiet and the owner. Eilis, was delightful! So welcoming and thoughtful. The breakfast every morning was so good! Took care of us through.
Only one issue…our toilet was difficult to flush and we felt bad having to flush more than once.
Family were all super friendly, lovely welcome on arrival. Nancy, the owners daughter, even serenaded us on her fiddle whilst we ate our dinner - she was amazing, very talented. Superb breakfast, so much choice
Everything was beautiful friendly host patrick feeney lookalike and a very nice young lady that was most welcoming
Excellent dinner and breakfast! Delightful conversation with the host's daughter, who entertained us with her music abilities! Clean, comfortable room.
Breakfast and hosts lovely.Food great would have liked thicker towels and teamaking facilities
Towels definately need renewing.enjoyed touring the Dingle but limited where to eat st night .
Everything! Clean, Comfortable, Welcoming Owners/Family, Fantastic Breakfast & Dinner!
We liked everything!
