Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Muy buena localización. Limpio y moderno. Anabela gestiona el alojamiento en remoto muy bien, rápida y de mucha ayuda en sus respuestas.
Todo bien, solo remarcar que la habitación es estrictamente para dormir, si necesitas trabajar o algo entonces mejor salte a la zona común que también se utiliza de cocina.

I liked everything, but tourists often need an iron (and there wasn't one). Although the owner offered to bring one upon request.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Unter dem Dach war es trotz Ventilator unerträglich heiß. Wir bekamen am nächste Tag zum Glück ein Zimmer im 1. Stock ohne Probleme sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Zdalny ale dobry kontakt z gospodarzem który pozytywnie reaguje na prośby gości. Super lokalizacja prawie nad samą rzeką, ale bez żadnych widoków. Wygodne łóżko, przyzwoity standard pomieszczenia. Brakuje tylko jakiejś szafki na rzeczy w pokoju lub łazience.
Widok na mur i chodnik, okna tuż przy ulicy na parterze. Duża wilgoć w pomieszczeniach Śniadania zawarte w cenie w postaci małych gotowych pakietów bez możliwości wyboru produktów.

Czystość pokoju na niski poziomie, zalegajacy kurz, karaluch zawitał pierwszej nocy, dywan pod łóżkiem, który wyglądał na nieodkurzany, włosy na płytkach ściennych w łazience, zapach stechlizny w pokoju.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The host provided easy self check in details, the location was perfect a couple of minutes walk and you’re at the river. The bed and room were comfy. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. But there was a kitchen to use, vending machine and coffee machine which were handy. Good value for money a perfect find for exploring Porto!
There was a little bit of a smell from drains but I kept the bathroom door closed and it was fine.

É uma zona difícil de estacionar mas com vários parques pagos. No entanto não da para reservar o lugar. Era bom ter um acordo, ainda que pago, para ter um lugar de estacionamento durante a estadia.

Não gostei nada do colchão. Sentiam-se as molas no corpo e acordei várias vezes com dores no corpo…. resumindo: dormi mal. Também devia ter prateleira no duche para colocar os produtos de higiene, esponja, etc e uma pega de segurança para não cair já que o piso fica escorregadio durante o duche ( somos um casal idoso). De resto estava tudo bem.

Es dificil aparcar. Hay un parking cerca de la casa pero es muy caro. Es mejor aparcar en el parking que está cerca de las vias del tren que esta a 5 min de la casa andando.

A pesar que el hotel cuenta con instalaciones muy agradables hay detalles que son muy importantes y se tienen descuidados: la habitación tenía una humedad en la pared detrás de la cama lo cual hace que el olor de la habitación sea siempre a humedad aún cuando dejes las ventanas abiertas, y el otro detalle es la cama, tanto colchón como almohadas son de una calidad muy básica y la verdad mi pareja y yo dormimos mal. La ducha también necesita un mantenimiento.

Not so much what we didn’t like but instead feedback, it needs better lighting in the bedroom and bathroom for doing make up! Some hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. The mattress was very hard, so I didn’t have the best nights sleep.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The accommodation is conveniently located close to the Douro bank, delivered breakfast was very rich and quality OK, the room itself has a nice modern style.
Our room was small, at the level of the street, and located next to the entrance, the coffee machine and breakfast area... So not quiet at all. Breakfast is delivered in paper bags each day, but one morning our breakfast was not there... And we didn't get any compensation for that. In the bag you have instant coffee, if you want coffee from the vending machine you have to pay for it.

Śniadanie w formie gotowego cateringu przywożonego przez zew firme- codziennie to samo( choc takie śniadania kontynental e zwykle tak wyglądają), szkoda ze nie było chociaż expresu na kapsułki, był automat z napoji a kawa tam wielkości minimalnej, a w zestswie śniadaniowym jedynie rozpuszczalna- choc przecież to nie kawa. To jedyny minusik

The breakfast is a fraud: you have to buy your own coffee from the machine, and in the morning you may find......a bag with frozen stuff. Not worth at all. Moreover, please avoid the chamber at groundfloor with a window on the street: zero privacy if open, zero air circulation if closed. The "double" bed is also quite uncomfortable for 2 people.

The entrance, kitchen, and corridors have a strong damp smell. The ventilation either doesn’t exist or is not working. There is not enough lighting. For example, there is a large mirror in the room, but the light is 2 meters away above the entrance door. Some of the bulbs are not working properly. In the bathroom, there is nothing to place makeup items on, and the shower cabin is quite dark. There are also not enough hangers for clothes. I travel frequently, and from my experience, I believe that in a modern and secure hotel at this price, even providing disposable slippers would leave a lasting positive impression on guests!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Great location for our port tasting expedition, and easy to get to by Metro from the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Firm mattress (which my back needs!). Great water pressure in the shower! Found a small shop just down the road for basic supplies and coffee, and a lovely cafe a little further down the road that became our regular brunch spot (we didn’t end up using the shared kitchen or fridge, but it was nice to have the option. Very clear instructions and very responsive host :-)
Not much sound proofing - but there wasn’t much noise so not a problem when it came to sleep.

la difficulté pour trouver le code d'entrée le symbole de la sonnette étant invisible à 19h ... heureusement une personne s'est déplacée et est arrivée sur place 15 mn plus tard ! Les bruits dans la rue toutes les chambres sont au RDC ... vive les boules quies !
